Go to 'Account Management' in the XMB and click 'Enter Code'. Then enter the code 'MC56 BXBC 349K' (without the quotes), this code can be found as graffiti in the background of the latest Home trailer from Sony. When you enter the code you will get the Shark Hat (Female) and the Fish Hat (Male).
