Before racing in The Chase mode you'll need to select a vehicle manufacturer to determine what type of cars you would like to drive for your race team. This decision also determines which race teams offer you contracts. For example, if you select Chevy as your manufacturer, you'll get contract offers from teams that run Chevy cars, such as DEI and Hendrick Motorsports. You can always restart The Chase later and select a different manufacturer in order to sign contracts with the different teams.
