Its easy. First go to the system memory. Then select hard drive and then games and apps. Select mortal kombat and delete the files with charecter names and if there is a file name Freddy Kruger, delete it and start the game, go to character select and move your cursor to Cyber Sub-Zero and in the extra slots, there will be Freddy Kruger. Hope you like the answer because it worked in mine. (these are instructions for Xbox 360) |

You can't get Jason, whoever told you that is a lie. As for the komplete edition, Freddy, Skarlet, Rain, and Kenshi should already be unlocked, as well as all fatalities and kostumes. If they aren't, your game is broken |
