Complete the EFF campaign on 'Very Hard' mode once, and load the clear data.

Unlock Char Aznable:

Complete Zeon campaign on 'Very Hard' mode once, and load the clear data.

Unlock Fraw Bow:

Complete any campaign on 'Very Hard' and load the clear data

Unlock Hildolfr:

Become Brigadier General and play on 'Very Hard' in early December before the unidentified enemy mission.
