To defeat her. Equip the Solid Eye in thermal mode. Keep the M4 handy as you walk through the corridors. Make sure to keep notice of the threat ring as the Laughing Octopus speaks. Make sure to keep a eye on the ceiling and at the windows. If on hard, when she shoots at you, get under a bed or hide behind a corridor. Don't bother with headshots, make sure to have every shot count.
