Higher Rating at different position
In franchise mode you have the ability to change a player's position to something their skill set my have more value at.
For instance Reggie Bush is a 78 overall RB with default rosters. Reggie Bush has 97 speed and very good catching ability though. Moving him to Wide Reciever gives him an overall rating of 90 because his skills are better for a reciever then a back.
