When you find Margot next to Hercules, shoot her when the screen is fading out (it's hard, but aim the gun away from her as you walk towards her and swing to her during the fade and shoot.) Once the mission begins, you will see Margot and Luis standing and on the steps where Margot was will be her corpse!

Kinda Funny. :P
