First upgarde your car I e put as much top upgrades into you car as you can racing soft wheels and turbos or superchargers depending on the car I,e if it's more than 400pp say 480pp go to garage click on you car you just upgraded click on settings go to engine limiter then de spec the car back to 400pp this applies to all cars in any pp race ok in the 650pp buy the b m w mclaren f 1 racer upgrade it then do the same to it's engine limiter put it back to 650pp then of to race with any luck you should win any race you put it in same applies to cars in other pp races ,my handling for my car,s set up is 3 2 & 4 for all my cars though some have a mind of there own sometimes case of trial and error .one last thing in like the wind game buy from the playstation store car pack with the red bull racer use it to win the race it's a bit shall we say hairy to drive go to transmission limit the speed to say 400 km should be easier to drive .so hope this is of some help in winning those races
