At the 'Main' menu go to 'Options' and select 'Cheats' and enter the following codes to unlock the corresponding effect. When entering the codes remember that they are case-sensitive.

Unlock ALL Cars:
Enter the code 47GIV3MECARS

Unlock ALL Missions:
Enter the code IMFEDUPWITHTHIS

At the Title screen go to the 'Options' menu and select 'Cheats'. Then type '5FINGERDISCOUNT' without the quotes as a code.

Enter the code '10E6CUSTOMER' without the quotes taking note that the second character in the code is the number zero, and the tenth character in the code is a capital letter O.
