Instant 10 xp

First select career mode. From the career mode menu select squad and then press formation. Choose a formation you would like to edit and make some adjustments. Save the new formation as custom 1. From there re-edit the same formation and save to custom 1. Every time you save it you will get 10 xp for making a new formation.
