If the first thing you go on is Pro season mode on semi-pro difficulty and you think like me you think getting exoerience points is a breeze and very quick to get then don't think that when coming into manager mode if you are doing what I done then you'll find all the details for that on forums at the Gemeral Playstation 3 on Pro challenge 5 which is my series of posts and then come back to this hint it takes twice as long to get twice as long to get the players to top form as it would in Pro season.
