The 'The Georgian', 'The Bolivian', 'Special Delivery' and 'Le Français' bonus single-player missions can be unlocked at the 'Main' menu by going to 'Additional Content' and choosing the 'Promotion Code' option and entering one of the following case-sensitive codes (without the quotes) '6aPHuswe', '96CesuHu', 'zUmU6Rup' or 'SpujeN7x'. A confirmation message will appear if you have entered the code correctly.
