I was taking outpost on the privateer island after beating the game and reseting my outposts and found that I could fast travel back to the compound so I did bodies everywhere were loot able and privateer patrols still spawned there even without outposts no matter how many times I fast travel back the dead bodies remain loot able but you can only loot them once per fast travel it's easy money have fun

P.S.bring plenty of ammo and possibly a grenade launcher vehicles occasionally get in there because the gates open
