Maria location
The Maria can only be obtained when you are doing the quest the House always wins part 1. Go to the Legion fort and inside Caesars tent Benny is tied up inside. Benny has it kill him or pick pocket him. Its a slightly more powerful 9mm pistol but it's a beautiful weapon.
