Unlock Ma Chao:

On the Wei side of Han Zhong Attack Defense Battle succeed in 2 battle objectives.

Unlock Lu Bu:

Complete Musou mode with Liu Bei, Cao Cao and Sun Jian.

Unlock Liu Bei:

Complete Musou mode with 3 Shu characters.

Unlock Cao Cao:

Complete Musou mode with 3 Wei characters.

Unlock Sun Jian:

Complete Musou mode with 3 Wu characters.

Unlock Diao Chan:

Complete Musou mode with 1 character from each Kingdom.

Unlock Cao Pi:

Within 5 minutes deafeat Cao Pi on Wu side of He Fei.

Unlock Ling Tong:

On the Wei side of the Battle of Shi Ting succeed in Battle Objective 1.

Unlock Yue Ying:

On the Wei side of the Battle of Wu Zhang Plains succeed in Battle Objective 1.

Unlock Sun Ce:

On the Sun Jian side of the Battle of Xia Pi succeed in Battle Objective 1.

Unlock Sun Quan:

On the Lu Bu side of The Battle of Chi Bi succeed in Battle Objective 1.

Unlock Cao Ren:

On the Lu Bu side of Fan Castle succeed in Battle Objective 2.

Unlock Huang Gai:

On the Wu side of The Battle of Chi Bi succeed in Battle Objective 3.

Unlock Xiao Quio:

On the Wu side of the Battle of Shi Ting succeed in Battle Objective 3.

Unlock Xiahou Yuan:

On the Shu side of Ding Jun Mountain succeed in 1 battle objective.

Unlock Huang Zhong:

On the Wei side of Ding Jun Mountain succeed in 1 battle objective.

Unlock Xu Huang:

On the Wei/Wu side of Fan Castle succeed in 2 battle objectives.

Unlock Lu Meng:

On the Wei side of He Fei succeed in 2 battle objectives.

Unlock Zheng He:

On the Shu side of Han Zhong Attack Defense Battle succeed in 2 battle objectives.

Unlock Zhou Tai:

On the Shu side of Yi Ling succeed in 3 battle objectives.

Unlock Pang Tong:

At Cheng Du battle succeed in 3 battle objectives and finish the battle with Pang Tong alive.

Unlock Guan Ping:

On the Shu side of Fan Castle succeed in 2 battle objectives and finish the battle with Guan Ping alive.

Unlock Wei Yan:

On the Shu side of WuZhang Plains succeed in 2 battle objectives and finish the battle with Wei Yan alive.

Unlock Taishi Ci:

Defeat him in the Battle for Wu Territory.
