Unlock Halloween Mode

This feature becomes available when you set the system date to October 31. In Halloween mode the enemies will be tougher to beat but when they are defeated you will recieve better rewards.

Boletarian Palace: Dead Red Dragon Bonus

When you have killed the Red Dragon go back to Boletarian Palace where the two dragons were sleeping (before the bridge to the main gate lever) and you will be able to get the Ring of Strength, Ring of Fire Resistance and a Renounced Hero Soul without the dragons being present.

Defeating the Red Dragon

To defeat the Red Dragon on the bridge going to the Tower Knight get a crossbow and 100 bolts and go to the top of the first tower on the bridge and kill the two archers. Then go to the archer window on the far right and fire at the Red Dragon every time it swoops down to burn the bridge. This will take time to do but eventually you will kill it and get about 8,000 souls and his lead soul.

Events of World Tendency

Black World Tendency

Yurt the Silent Chief

After the Fool's Idol boss in the Tower of Latria, you will find a warrior wearing a spiked helm and using a shotel (a c-shaped sword) trapped in a cage. Do not let him out of the cage, or let him out and kill him. He is Yurt the Silent Chief, and if you let him free, he will return to the Nexus and one-by-one kill the NPCs who sell you Miracles and Magic, which will make you unable to learn new spells/miracles or change which spells/miracles you are using.

Retry

Demon's Souls doesn't autosave your character's death until the load screen after it says "You Died". When you receive a fatal injury, quickly hold down the PS button and quit the game. Start it back up and load your profile and you'll start at your last autosave, before you died.

Dont use Demon's Souls

After you beat a boss of an area, don't use his soul. Give it to the guy who keeps your belongings. The souls will be needed later after youve saved sage freke and yuria. You will need them so you can trade them for strong or usefull spells.after youve used them for money you wont be able to get them again until your next playthrough.

Eye Stones

Here are the differences between the eye stones-

Blue Eye Stone- Can only be used soul form; used to leave a soul sign, which when picked by a living person, can summon you to aid them to kill a major demon. In return for killing the demon, you get your soul back and the summoner gets the demon's soul and the seperate souls as a bonus for killing the demon, you, unfortunately you don't get the souls.

Red Eye Stone- Used for people to duel other people, can be used in soul or living form. Can be used as a scoring too, you can be judged over your dueling performance, the one who loses the duel is penalized...

White Eye Stone- Used to banish Black Phantom from your server after which they cannot come back; can only be used in living form considering that bla..

Bosses through Melee: World 1, Boletaria

This is for those of you who get stuck on a boss because you don't have magic, and are told to "Just use Soul Arrow till it's dead! :p" whenever you look for help. People like me.

This covers the bosses of 1-1, 1-2, and 1-3.

1-1: The Phalanx: Shields, up! The Phalanx is covered with Hoplites, the spear wielding blobs you fought on the stairs not too long ago. Keep your guard up, and avoid as many attacks as possible. The Hoplites attack individually, and all dish out piercing damage, which means you're going to take damage even if your guard is up. It'll be reduced damage, but this is Demon's Souls. Minimize the amount of hits you take.

As you guard, circle the room, rolling when you have to. As you move, take out the Hoplites that the Phalanx leaves beh..

Combat Tip

When fighting someone or something your not very used to, remember, Demons's Souls has a clever messaging system you can use to see from other people's experiences from tips and such from messages and you can see a prevous players mistake before he/she met their demise, so you can know how to avoid a disaster. And always remember that your shield is your best friend when it come to stronger opponents. Remember to block and parry often. I have a username on PSN it's Isom97 (same as this). Just message me if you have any more questions about Demon's Souls or any other RPG platform (chances are I've probably played it). I'm usually on between 3:45PM-11:00PM if you do have any questions.

How to get your Eye Stones

Blue:You can get this after you beat phalax, the first boss. After you talk to the Monumental,go down to The Maiden In Black and she will give you the Blue Eye Stone.

White:Same as above. You get the White Eye Stone with the Blue one after talking to The Maiden In Black.

Black:This is obtained after looting the body of the first Black Phantom you have killed . The easiest way to get this is to defeat the one at the end of 3-1.

Red:This is obtained after Spoiler:

Bosses through Melee, World 1-4: Spoilers ahead.

Alright guys, here comes what is widely considered the last boss of the game. Now, I wasn't lying: Spoilers are ahead.

First off, if you're reading this while preparing to pass through the Fog, I'd like to congratulate you on getting past that freaking dragon.

Congratulations!

Now, Allant can be a tricky foe. Like most bosses, he won't be stunned easily, so the Meat Cleaver is not the best option here. He has an assortment of attacks, but you have a few advantages in this fight.

1. He clearly telegraphs his attacks. Whether it's by slowly raising his sword, or jumping into the air screaming bloody murder, you'll always know when he's getting ready to attack.

2. Windup time. Nearly all of his attacks have a good amount of wind..

Keeping soals

Getting tired of dieng, losing soals and having to start back at the latest stone well I figured out that if you hit the ps button just as you are slain or fall then hit the quit button, when you resart the game you will still have all of your souls. a little time consuming but better than lossing everything

Random Tip

Alright, after you kill the beginner demon (phansomething I forgot it's so long) after you kill him, if you need some help with the next demon on the small king archstone (big temple knight), there are usually 2 or 3 or 4 soul signs that you can use to summon some other players as phantoms to help you and if they kill the major demon (in this case, the temple knight) they get their living body and you get the demon's soul (which can be exchanged for multiple souls, in this case I think it's 4,000-10,000) and access to the next area, but to advance you need to kill an archdemon (the executoner is an example, forgot her name)

Defeating the bosses with ease

First is the phalanx, pretty simple just use soul arrow to waste most of the shields and then

The phalanx is defenceless.Next the tower knight, first kill all the crossbow men then you can

Start on him, longrange attacks are the best way(from above). Now armor spider, magic again

Just wait for it to open it's mouth(remember to dodge the web shots and fireballs). Flame lurker,

Magic again just keep moving and casting soul arrow and water veil for protection.Dragon god

Name well deserved, you can't physicaly attack it but you can use the lances of hyperion to slay it(found on either side of arena)once down attack the horn on it's chin. The penatrater,

You need help slaying this one.You must first free biorr of the twin fangs, and as thanks he

Will help you slay t..
