Force Gun hints and tips for Dead Space 2

The Handheld Graviton Accelerator, or Force Gun as it's more commonly known by, is an excellent weapon to have in Dead Space 2. This weapon can get you out of more jams than you can imagine if upgraded correctly. Ever had a problem with getting swarmed by enemies or run into one that just won't die? This gun WILL help you.

Primary Fire - This type of fire acts like a shotgun. If you're ever swarmed by a mass of enemies, use it. It will knock them all back and give you plenty of breathing room. From there, if you wish, you may switch over to the alternate fire;

Alternate Fire - This one happens to be an excellent enemy killer. Doesn't really matter what your problem is, this one can do some massive damage. There is a short charge, but after that, your force gun will let out a long beam of energy that I've found to kill most enemies in one shot. Perfect no matter what problem you have.
