If you are trying to get the best Legendary Weapons, it is worth remembering that enemies drop lower level Legendary Weapons if they are dropped in Normal mode. You should play in Vault Hunter Mode to get mid-level Legendary Weapons. Once you beat that mode and everything is boosted to level 50, the Legendary Weapons are better too.
