Whenever you are doing a Mission where you have to fight a Giant Boss(Ex: Yammy, Kokujo Tenken Myuo/Sanjin Kamamura's Bankai, etc.)
Simply select Uryu Ishida as your Playable Character, then when you reach the Giant Boss Battle, Simply use the "Liecht Regen" (Hold Circle Button while Air Born/Jumping) , and Not only will you be able to deplete the enemy's health really Fast,
But you will also get a High Combo, AND Uryu can't be interrupted while using this attack.
However, he still takes damage from enemy attacks when using this move.
Also, this attack uses Spiritual Pressure, so be sure to pay attention to both your Health, AND your Spiritual Pressure Gauge when using this Technique.
P.S. Make sure Uryu has LOTS of Spiritual Pressure Upgrades when using this Technique.
It worked for me, And I hope it'll work for you.
If you are ever having trouble keeping your combo High(Even with the Combo Boost Upgrades), Simply
Go to the main menu where you select between Story, Mission, Soul Attack, Collection, etc., open the Options Menu(Triangle button), and turn On the "INPUT ASSIST".
Then when you do Missions, Soul Attack, Story, etc. When using any character, While pressing Square Button, they will automatically attack with added moves(Ex: Projectile, Air combo, etc.) even if you didn't press the Button input for the attack you want to use, and they will help prevent your combo from breaking/ending.
It worked for me, and I hope it will work for you.
For those of you who are having trouble with some Missions/Bosses Here's a nifty little trick I learned for winning those types of missions:
Select "Toshiro Hitsugaya" as your playable character, then when the Battle begins, Try and trap your opponent(s) using the "Senhen Hyoro" Technique(Circle Button when on the Ground)
Then Combo attack the trapped Enemy as much as possible before the Senhen Hyoro(aka: Ice Prison) wears off.
Repeat this Process until they're dead.
NOTE: This technique does NOT work on large enemies such as the Jade soldiers, and the Gillion Class Menos Grande. So be careful.
Also, This Technique uses Spiritual Pressure. So make sure you pay attention to your Spiritual Pressure Gauge.
It worked for me, and I hope it'll work for you.

KOKUTO GAMEPLAY: In terms of getting soul points, Do you have any tips on using "Kokuto"? I've tried the "Defeat.. |
If you want to earn as many soul points as possible, the most important things to do are tto o play on Very Hard difficulty and to get the combo number as high as possible and then keeping it from ending. Once the number gets over 100, you get double the soul points from enemies, over 300 gets you triple points, and anything over 1000 gets you four times the points. For this reason, the most important upgrades to buy to make getting soul points easier are the "extended combo time" upgrades (Soi Fon, Yoruichi, Ukitake, Zommari, Love, and Rose.) These make the red combo bar go down slower, which keeps your combo from dying for longer periods of time. Kokuto really doesn't have any particularly good attacks for raising the combo number a lot, but luckily any character can raise it to over 100 quickly by dashing through big groups of enemies repeatedly. Also, he requires the fewest soul points of any character to ger to level 175, because his space would normally cost 3000. The mission I use for quick soul points is mission 20. It doesn't take long and there are big groups of hollows to dash through. Also, it is easy to keep up the combo for the entire mission because it all takes place in one small room (tip: to keep the combo from dying when there are only turtles around that are not tipped over, you can still hit them with dash, this works on bosses who are blocking as well.) Anyways, I don't use Kokuto much so that is all the advice I can think of, I hope it helps. |
SOUL ATTACK("INTERMEDIATE" AND "ADVANCED") I'm currently trying to win "Soul Attack" on Intermediate.. |
I really didn't find Soul Attack very difficult at all, but I'll see if I still remember how I did it. |
LIFE ABSORBING UPGRADES QUESTION: With the "Absorbs life with(super Moves, Basic Attacks, spirit attacks, etc.)[.. |
If you are playing as a character who has these upgrades, your player will gain a very small amount of life every time you hit a living enemy with an attack. Hitting nonliving objects such as rocks, walls, or even the darkened corpses of defeated enemies will not add anything to the yellow life bar. Even if you are doing the correct type of attack on a living enemy, you will have to do several attacks to make any noticeable difference to your life bar. If the enemy is blocking the attack, you will still gain life. The enemy does not need to be defeated for it to work. The life-absorbing effect works on both bosses and normal enemies. Reading over this response, I realize I am not the best writer, but hopefully my explanation helps. |
SOI FON'S SUZUMEBACHI TECHNIQUE: Why doesn't Soi Fon's Suzumebachi attack work on bosses?(Ex: Aizen, Gin, Kokuto, e.. |
Why? Because that would give Soi Fon an unreasonably huge advantage over all other characters in the game. The reason the butterfly mark doesn't appear is that the mark indicates that another hit from Suzumebachi will kill the enemy. If Soi Fon could simply kill anyone with two hits, then winning battles while playing as her would be too easy, and winning battles where you're fighting her would be too hard. Anyways, saying that the Suzumebachi attack doesn't work on bosses is only half true. The attack will certainly still cause an appropriate amount of damage for a typical "super move," (meaning an attack which you press the red O button to perform.) This may seem frustratingly inconsistent with the Bleach anime and manga, but it actually kind of isn't. Remember when Soi Fon hit Aizen twice with Suzumebachi but the two-hit kill rule didn't take effect because of Aizen's superior power level? That tells you that Suzumebachi's power isn't meant to be absolute and can't be used to cheat your way to victory over stronger opponents. If you think of it that way, you will surely be less dissatisfied and frustrated with the attack's limited effect on bosses. |
CHARACTER UNLOCKING PROBLEM: I unlocked Ichigo(Skullclad), but I can't find him on the Character select screen. .. |
