What you do is beat the crap out of your opponents until every single one is red.Throw them all out of the ring and grab the breifcase.Or you can set up another ladder and connect the two ladders.Have an opponent climb up one.Run up it and press and hold the right analog or the left analog stick up and sideways to the right a slight bit and the meter filled with red will automatically deplete in seconds.It worked for me
