Hello! I am Damir Kolar and I welcome you to my new project. Wild Arms 4 has
taken a different approach to usual WA playstyle - and I like it. I also like
the fact that (unlike in Alter Code F), monster data carries over into EX New
Game, when you choose to play it. Still, that doesn't do you much good, if you
don't know where to look for the enemy that has eluded you.
That's the reason I created this small and nifty guide. It lists all the
monsters and their locations.
Additionally, I have uploaded to the internet entire Monster Book. The links:

EB stands for "Event Battle". This is a battle which you have to win, and it is
impossible to escape from it.
Also a note regarding locations of enemies as posted within Prima's official
guide - Prima's guide is missing quite a few enemies. Examples are Accident
Rabbit within Neve D'Argento, or Dalawa Bunny within Wunderweltraum. And how
about Greater Beast on Forsaken Road? Sure, they're mentioned in the enemy
section of the guide, but you don't have their locations listed.
Make sure you also read few additional notes at the bottom of this section.

* - If you miss killing Dalawa Bunny, Critter and/or Vacuumon while in
Wunderweltraum, you'll have to try again in EX New Game.
** - Do *not* kill Belial too fast. Wait for her to summon Distortion at least
once. Kill summoned Distortion, then kill Belial as well. If you miss
Distortion in one or both battles, you'll have to try again in EX New
Game.
*** - When on Silver Star Express, fight few random battles to engage this
enemy. If you miss it, you'll have to try again in EX New Game.
**** - When on Garra de Leon, fight few random battles to engage these two
enemies. If you miss one or both, you'll have to try again in EX New
Game.
***** - Do *not* kill Incubator too fast. Wait for it to summon Larva at least
once. Kill summoned Larva, then kill Incubator as well. If you miss
Larva in this battle, you'll have to try again in EX New Game.
****** - Do *not* kill Pasaran too fast. Wait for it to summon at least one of
its clones. Kill summoned clone, then kill the original as well. If
you miss Clone in this battle, you'll have to try again in EX New
Game.
You cannot view enemy's number, when using Analyze battle command. However, you
can see enemy's numbers when you unlock Monster Book. In order to do so, three
requirements must be met:
- defeat Ragu O Ragla
- collect 1500 or more gella during single Accmode
- play for more than 24 hours
Then, go to "Load" menu, and choose "EX File" option. Select the desired save -
if the save you've chosen has met the requirements I listed above, you will be
able to access "Monster Library".

IMPORTANT NOTE!
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
We've received official confirmation from XSeed games themselves. Dalawa Bunny
and Accident Rabbit HAVE BEEN TAKEN OUT of the US version of the game. However,
they were not removed from the "Monster Library". As a result, US players are
screwed out of getting two EX File Features, these being "Character Voice
Library", and "Character Library".
A fellow GameFAQs board member Riata has sent mail to XSeed, asking about the
alleged removal of these two enemies and here is the response Riata received:

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please excuse the late reply
as it took us some time to figure out exactly what happened.
Basically, the Accident Rabbit and the Delawa Bunny were removed from the US
version for various reasons, but unfortunately they were not removed from the
monster guide due to an oversight. This means that the monster guide cannot be
completed 100%, as you had stated.
We apologize for this mishap and the inconvenience it has caused you and the
other dedicated fans that are trying to unlock all bonus contents in Wild ARMs
4. We hope that it did not distract too much from your enjoyment of the game.

So there you have it - no bunnies at all. Fortunately, there is something you
can do. Because they were not removed from "Monster Library", you can use codes
(for devices such as Action Replay MAX; personally I use AR MAX) and unlock the
EX File Keys with that, thus getting access to all EX File features.
