Okay, first off, this is an easy to read walkthrough meant for begginers, but is still very useful to others. First you need to now how to read the directions on the binocucom in order to fully understand the paths you need to go down to be able to find the clues. Here they are:

E = East
W = West
N = North
S = South
W.S = South West
S.E = South East
N.W = North West
E.N = North East

Click down the R3 (right anolog stick) to bring up the binocucom. Yes, you may need the binocucom to find certain turns and roads.

Episode 1: The Black Chateau - All 30 Clue Locations

The Clues:
Go to the building in front of the safe house (South). Jump on to the cloth to get on top of the roof. Clue #1 is on a taller part of the roof to your left. Jump up and get it. Now move across the bridge that is connecting the building, that you are on, to another one (South - South East) To your left (East) should be a balcony with a door. Head over to it and run along the wire that leads to the balcony. Clue #2 is on the edge. Go back across the wire and head towards the South-South East edge of the building.There is a skinny bridge with clue #3. Continue across the skinny bridge and get onto the roof. Head to your left (North East), there is another skinny bridge with clue #4.

After you get it, go back to the roof and head South West, towards the building with the dome on it. Head across the rope, walk over to the dome and jump on it. Now jump onto the cylinder that is coming out of the dome. There is a spike on top of the cylinder, which has clue #5. Hit the X + Square or just the Triangle to get it. Now go back in the direction of the rope that you walked across. Near you is another bridge, which has clue #6. Head across the bridge and get the clue. The roof that you are close to has a small clock tower, go behind the clock tower and get clue #7. 

Now head back to the front of the clock tower and climb up the pipe. On the other side of the roof, of the clock tower, is a skinny bridge, which is where clue #8 is. Go across it and head East, towards the edge of the roof and look down. You'll see clue #9 on the edge of a cloth. Jump down and get it. Now, get back on the roof and head West, towards the other edge of the building. There will be a wire leading to a balcony, and below it is an area with a few tables and suitcases...and clue #10. Go down and get it.

Now get onto the street and head South. You'll notice a tunnel with a table. Clue #11 is behind the table. Go to the tunnel and get the clue. Keep heading forward (South East) and towards the truck. Past the truck, and some suitcases, is a red car, in front of a large gate. Jump on to the car and jump over the gate. Once on the other side, you'll see a stereo and a whale statue with a wire coming out of it's head to your right (East - North East). Use the stereo to get on to the wire and head to the circle shaped platform. To your right (East) is a rectangle platform, with 3 lights underneath it and clue #12 on top. Jump over there and get it.

Now jump back to the circle platform (if you fall, just use the stereo and wire again.) and head to your right (North) towards the gargoyle statue. Behind it is clue # 13. Now go to your left (West), there is two more gargoyle statues, both leading to two different balconies, which hold one clue each. The one to the North West has clue #14. Go across the rope and get on the retangle platform. Now jump onto the balcony and get the clue. Jump back onto the wire and go back to the circle platform. Head to the last statue (South), jump on the wire, run across and get clue #15.

Now head North, towards the building with a red sign on it and turn right(East). When you get to the edge, you'll see a boat with clue #16. Jump into the boat and get it. Now get onto the sidewalk around the corner (North - North West), continue forward, go up the stairs and look to your left (West). You'll see a tower with a satalite dish on it, go to the building past it. Make another left (South West) and go a few steps past the brown car. Clue #17 is behind the tree in front of you. Now turn to the brown car you just past. Get on it and get into the 'small plaza' (it has alot of tables in it). To your right is a pipe. Go up it and get onto the balcony, which has clue #18. In front of you is another balcony(West) with clue #19. You will see a blue aura near the back of the balcony that your are currently on. Get near it and hold the O. Travel along the ledge and get the clue.

Now go back along the ledge, to the balcony that had clue 18. At the front of that balcony is a wire. Get on it and run along until you get to another balcony(East), it has clue #20. Now go back to the tower, with the satalite, and head West. You'll soon see 4 small balconies(3 at first, due to their position). The 2nd one has clue #21. Continue across the two remaining balconies and go to the street ahead. A lamp post will be in frint of you. Grab on to it and climb up to the roof. To your left (South East) is a skinny bridge with clue #22. After you get that clue, get back on the previous roof and head West until you get to a part of the roof that is slightly higher and in a circle-like shape. Move to the right a little (North West) and you'll see a blue aura. Travel along it and get clue #23.

Go along the blue aura again and go back to the skinny bridge where clue 22 was. In front of you (East) is a wire and to your right (South) is a building. Use the wire to get to that building, and then look to the South. You'll see, yet another, balcony with clue #24. Head over to it, jump on the part of the roof that is slightly higher and jump onto the balcony. After you get the clue, turn to the peacock sign (it's behind a small water fountain) and look down. You'll see a golden, some-what, half-moon shaped platform, jump down to it. To your left is a blue aura, leading to the peacock sign. Travel along it and climb up the pipe that leads to the top of the peacock sign. Once you are all the way up, grab onto the pipe on the other side and climb down. Clue #25 is at the bottom.

Now jump down and head towards the safe house (North West), continue down the road, then turn right (North East) ,then left (North West) and then right (North East) again. Continue forward until you see two small boats, one will have clue #26. Get it and get back on the street. Now head South West, continue in this direction until you reach a slope that is leading to a rooftop. There is a table to the right of it, and between the table and slope is clue #27. Now continue down the road until you reach two more boats. one has clue #28.

After you get that clue, get back on the street and keep going forward(South - South East). Keep moving South until you reach a Y turn. (the left is even and the right slopes downward). Go to the right turn (South - South West). You will shortly reach a lamp post. Climb up it and get clue #29. Jump down and continue down the road below (South East). Stop when you reach three boats. The middle boat has clue #30, the last one of the level.

The Vault Location:
The vault can be found while or after you do the job "Bug Dimitri's Office". Go back to the balcony where you got clue 18(in the 'plaza' where the bunch of tables are). There is a blue aura at the back of the balcony, to the left this time. Travel across it and go through the window. Go forward until you reach some stairs to your right. Look to the left, jump on the red platform and jump down (be sure to stay out of sight). Move forward (South) until you reach a bunch of lasers. Use the tables to get to the bar that has a gold pupe that swirls at the top. Climb up and head to the wall. Travel along the blue aura and then travel along the wires(slightly to Sly's right). Move towards the water fall and follow the blue aura behind it. Continue until you get to a vent. Smash it open and press the O to crawl through. The vault is in the room that the vent leads to(if you have already completed this mission, you can just easily go through the door to enter the room)
