Story
-----

(This is taken from the games manual. This ain't my own words)

Scooby-Doo and the gang are back on the case, trying to solve a supernatural 
mystery. What starts out as a routine ghost-hunting caper, soon turns into a 
task of monstrous proportions! A mysterious villain is using an ancient book, 
the Tome of Doom to unleash some of the creepiest creatures the gang has ever 
met. Scooby, Shaggy and the gang will need your help to find the Tome of Doom, 
defeat the creeps and solve the mystery. Who knows? They might even let you 
share their Scooby Snacks! Zoinks! Let the mayhem begin!


On-Screen Display
-----------------

Cool Meter - If the two get spooked by a ghost, they lose some of the Cool 
Meter. If it empties, they run around until you pick up a Scooby snack. If a 
ghost touches when the meter's empty, they return to the last place you saved 
at. It can be seen at the top-left hand corner of the screen.

Radar - This shows ghosts on here. The yellow needle is you and red dots are 
the ghoulies. It can be seen opposite the Cool Meter.

Action button - When an object can be interacted with, a button appears at 
the bottom of the screen. Press the key it tells you. For example, to open a  
door, press X.

File Folder - When this appears, you have a new objective. Check the Episode 
List to se what it is. If it appears with a tick over it, you have completed 
that objective.

Inventory - A press of the triangle button and you can check how much power you 
have in the Tome of Doom, how many ingredients you have collected and what you 
have picked up, such as keys.


Episode File Screen
-------------------

Objectives - Tells you all the objectives you have to complete in the episode 
or are completed.

Clues - Clues that you pick up go here. They are 5 clues in all.

Ghosts and Monsters - This tells you what pages for the Tome of Doom you have 
collected.


Saving and Loading
------------------

Saving and loading your game couldn't be easier. Just walk up to a camera and 
press X. Choose a save game file slot and your game is saved. If the two are 
scared off, they restart here.


Items
-----

Costumes - If you cannot get by a ghost, use costumes. They have a time limit 
though, so you should be quick.

Clues - Look out for magnifying glasses; these are vital to help solve the 
mystery.

Switches - Turning a switch ON or OFF causes something to happen.

The Tome of Doom - A very powerful book that lets you capture every ghost and 
monster in the game. If you don't have the necessary page, you cannot defeat 
the monster. To use it, press the Square button, point it at a monster and a 
light and hand will erupt from the book. Repeatedly press on of the keys 
(Triangle, O, X) to get rid of them. Some are easy; some are hard. Side-step
when monsters are coming towards you. 


Collectibles
------------

Scooby Snacks and Snack Boxes - Recharge your Cool Meter with these (Snack 
Boxes restores it fully and singular snacks restore it a little bit).

Keys - Opens the right door. When the key is picked up, it tells you the name 
of the key. Cardkeys are used in the final episode in the Research Labs.

Sandwich Ingredients - Pick them up for a special bonus.

Wisps - Recharges the Tome of Doom. If standing in a spiralling green circle, 
the book continually charges until full.


Episodes (Levels)
-----------------

The Haunting of Hambridge Library - The gang's first mystery. Velma's local 
librarian Mr. Dinsdale called Mystery Inc. because his library has become an 
area for ghosts. Solve the mystery, please Shaggy and Scooby!

Mayhem at the movies - The clues found at the library lead the gang to the 
Milton Brothers Movie lot. Ghosts have infested the studios and you are the 
only ones to help.

Weird Wild West - Clues found at the movies lead Mystery Gang to the Gold 
Mountain Western-themed amusement park. More ghosts have scared everyone away. 
Solve the mystery!!!!

Bad Juju in the Bayou - You now arrive at a creepy bayou where Greenwood 
Development is planning to buy the bayou including the mansion. Solve the 
mystery you two!!!!

Hi-Tech Terror - You finally reach the last mystery, but it isn't easy. 
Security guards roam the place. You'd better put on a costume to sneak by them. 
This is where the final boss fights are.


Walkthrough
-----------

Objectives:
Get into the old library
Find the ANNEX key

Follow the instructions as this is really the game's tutorial. Start by going
through the double doors at the other end of the lobby. Notice the camera; 
these are like the save + load game points; use them all the time 
because when the Cool Meter empties, you'll return to the last point you 
saved. Look in the trunk and press X. You become ghosts, but only for a short
time. Run up the stairs to the right of the door and pick up a clue. Go left 
and speak to Velma (after the ghost costumes have gone). Open up the episode 
file and go to the picture of the magnifying glass and select the clue you 
picked up. Velma reads it to you. Exit the Episode File. Go up some stairs and
you'll see two doors beside each other. Go through the right hand one and go 
up a set of crates to find another clue. Fall off and climb more crates. Press
the red button to move the ladders over to the other side of the room. Climb 
up the ladders and pick up the ANNEX KEY. Exit through the door. Go down the 
stairs and enter through the door. Switch characters by pressing the O button.
Go to a big messy area, where chairs and all sorts of other things are lying 
in a heap. Go towards a gap and press X and Scooby crawls. You get a new task
saying, "Get Shaggy to follow Scooby." Push the carts out of the way. If you 
see a bookcase, climb up and get another clue. Also climb up the crates to get
ingredient no. 1: Ham. Go through the door (once you have Shaggy). Use R1 to 
sneak by anything that scares the pair. Climb up the bookcase and collect 
ingredient no. 2: Tomato. Use the costume trunk to get to a door beside a 
camera. Run past the shadow. A cutscene will show the Fake ghost going into 
the bastement. You follow. Climb up the bookcase, get clue 4 and go through 
the door at the other end. Avoid the shadows and get the HIDEOUT key (found in
the last corridor of shadows). Go back to the second corridor and the next 
door beside the one you exited. Avoid the ghosts to get to a door at the other 
end. You get Clue 5 and the Tome of Doom but you cant use it yet. Exit through
the door and you find Velma. She's lost her glasses as usual. Find them in and 
return them back to her. She tells you about the Tome of Doom and to capture 
the ghosts behind the bookshelf. At the moment, the Tome of Doom has no 
energy, so get the wisps and capture all the ghosts. Once you have done that, 
the sheild covering the door disappears. Go through the door. Get the SHADOW 
page for the Tome of Doom. Now you can get shadows. Go back to where you found
the HIDEOUT key and open the door that had it. You now have ingredient no. 3: 
Mayo. Capture the shadows here and then the shadows in the previous room. 
After you have the shadows, go to the first corridor and grab the shadow. Go 
through the door and capture the ghosts. The shielded door disappears when you
have them all. Go through this door. Capture the shadow and go through the 
door at the far end. Capture the ghost and push the bookcase to get to the 
door. Go around the bookcase and enter. Grab the shadow and go back through 
the door you just came through. Capture all the ghosts and go through the door
at the end. Grab the ghost and go through the door. If you need to, use the 
wisp generator to recharge the Tome of Doom. Go up the stairs and through the 
door where you went to get the ANNEX key. Get the ghost and go to the area 
where the ANNEX key was and you can get ingredient no. 4: Pickle. Go through 
the door and capture the ghosts. If you have caught them all, you can get 
ingredient no. 5: Lettuce by the Lobby door. Go through and a cutscene 
initiates. You appear in an area where there is a load of bookshelves. 

BOSS BATTLE - FAKE GHOST
-----------

You are told to find Shaggy, so find him at the other end. You cannot push the 
bookcases as you need both of them. Run through, avoiding ghosts. When you 
find Shaggy, you need to capture all the ghosts to solve the mystery (Note: 
There is no wisp generator.  If the Tome of Doom is low, touch the fake ghost, 
who is marked with a blue spot on the radar, to gain wisps.) Once all the 
ghosts are defeated, you have solved the 1st of 5 mysteries. Well done.


                          The movie lot haunting
                          ----------------------

Objectives:
Explore Studio A
Open the castle gate
Launch the rocket
Capture the poltergeists
Rescue Scooby
Find your way to the crane
Rescue Daphne
Find the fuse and gear
Capture all the mummies in the Roman set
Lure the Red Knight to the Sci-Fi set


First, go up the stairs and go behind some fake bushes. You'll see a 
crawlspace. Go in and collect Clue 1. Go back to Shaggy go right at the 
intersection. Grab the ghosts and climb up some crates. As you do not have the
POLTERGEIST page for the Tome of Doom, you can't get them. Go up a little path
and get the BACKSTAGE key. Go back the way you came, but when you get to the 
intersection, go right again and a small cutscene will initiate. Climb up some
crates, go across the plank and fall off the other side. Go through the door 
and you are now backstage. Go to the other side, turn around and you'll see 
another key. This is the TOWN key. Grab it and go back to where you were going 
to get the BACKSTAGE key, but when you have crossed the bridge, go to a blue 
door and go in. Grab the ghost and the shield disappears. Enter and you will 
be in the town. Find your way through and when you get to a fire, turn left 
and go through the door. The file folder should appear, meaning you have 
another task. It says "Open the castle gate." Go up to a catapult and a key is 
tossed up into the air and lands on top of a giant box. Go to where the key is
and climb up the ladder, push the bridge down and grab the key. You now have 
the CASTLEYARD key. Go back down the ladder, through the door, past the fire 
and go in the direction of a snack trail. You'll soon see a door. Go through 
and up the stairs. You'll find 4 levers. They should be in this order:

1 - Down
2 - Up
3 - Down
4 - Up

(Note: If anyone tells me the right combo, I'll change this one. I'm pretty
sure that is the right one.)

You should have completed the task. Go all the way back to the drawbridge and 
enter. You are now on a space scene where you need to launch the rocket. Once 
you have crashed into a smiling moon, enter through the door, go down the 
stairs and crawl under the crates, where ingredient no. 1 is: Ham. Go to the 
door and open it. You are back on the space scene, beside the trunk. Go back
through and enter through the door beside the camera. You are now on a 
graveyard set where Clue 2 is. Make your way to an archway, go through that 
and down some stairs. Climb up the crate and get Clue 2. Go back the way you
came and go over to the wisp generator. Go down the dirt path and, as Scooby, 
crawl through the gap. You are under the graveyard. Follow the path and when 
you come to a chandilier, climb up a ledge and to find the Lettuce. Keep 
following the path and atke the left path at the backstage part. Follow that 
and go up stairs beside the cofin, climb up the crates and push the button. 
The coffin is actually a secret passageway to the Electric Room. Go through 
here. You now need to find the POLTERGEIST page and capture them. Clue 3 is 
also in here. Once you have captured the poltergeists and went through the 
door, you need to follow the Red Knight, avoiding rocks. You now are on the 
Roman set and also you need to rescue your buddy. Go through the door. Push 
the aqueduct and go back to a plank. Go up the stairs to find Clue 4. Go back
down and into the circular area. You get two more tasks. Find your way to the 
crane and then follow the path and through a door (Note: Don't go through the
door until you have the French Mustard.) You are in a Roman Boat set. Go left
and down the stairs. If you look carefully, you'll notice planks going up the
crates. Go up here, up the ladder and get the Eggs. Go back down and keep 
going towards the messy area, where a Valve Handle can be found. Go all the
way back and this time, go to the wisp generator. Put the Valve Handle on and
use it. Go onto the boat and press the button. Climb up the ladders and you 
will find the fuse up here. Push a button to extend the platform and then you
can get the fuse. Once you have it, go back onto the boat but DO NOT PUSH THE
BUTTON!! Go onto a platform and go through the door. You are on an Eygptian 
set. Go straight ahead and enter through a door. Go up the staircase and pull
a lever. You get the gear. Grab the MUMMY page on the bridge and grab the 
mummies. The shield will disappear. Pull the lever and get through the door 
before it shuts again, avoiding the swinging picks. Cross the pool of fire and 
go down the stairs and enter through the door. Go back to the room with the 
rock in it and collect the final ingredient: Cheese. Go all the way back to 
the crane and use it. Find the CAGE key to rescue Daphne. You can find it on 
the other side of the wall. Once you have freed her, you need to capture all 
the mummies in the two areas of the Roman set. Once you have done that, go 
back to the door that is unlocked. Talk to Velma about the clues and then 
enter through the door beside her. 

BOSS BATTLE - RED KNIGHT
-----------

You now have to run around, away from the Red Knight, the town and Castleyard
while Fred opens the gate. You do 3 laps before the mystery is solved.


                               Weird Wild West
                               ---------------

Objectives:
Investigate the Hotel
Find Shaggy
Follow the mysterious woman
Get out of the basement
Explore Main Street
Solve the piano puzzle
Rescue Fred
Dig out the Mine Cart Entrance
Get out of the Mine
Find Velma
Capture all the Dust Devils
Stop the Carousel
Capture the Dust Devil (this isn't an objective. I made this one up.)


First, capture the poltergeists and then go through the un-shielded door. Pick 
a character and then eat as much food as you can. When you complete it, go up
the stairs and enter. Watch where the woman goes. She goes in this order: RM,
LT, LM, RT, LB, RB. Try to ignore the ghosts as they hide where the woman 
hides. Go down the stairs and go in the door. Grab the lantern and the light.
Find Shaggy in the maze. Once you have him, climb up the crates and get the 
Barbecue Sauce. Go all the way back and you'll see a chink of light. Go out 
here. Go over to the piano and select these keys: 

1 - Purple
2 - Orange
3 - Red

You should get the MINECART key. Go behind the bartenders desk, go up the 
stairs and get Clue 1 behind you. Go up the stairs and go through the door and
get Clue 2. Go back and go through the door. Go over to the 1st wagon and get
ingredient no. 1: Bacon. Go to the bank and go right and you'll see a gap. 
Crawl through here and get the LIQUID SOAP. Go back through the gap and go 
over to the Jailhouse. Don't go inside but go to the left and press X. You 
automatically have rescued Fred and have got the BANK key. Go over to the 
schoolhouse and go right and go through the gap and get the Hot Peppers. Go 
over to the Mine Cart entrance and enter. Grab the saw and go back through the
door. Go back to where you freed Fred. Go through the gap and look over the 
metal poles, separating the cells. Press X to saw through the poles. Press it 
again and crawl under. Get the VAULT key and go back to the bank. Capture the 
poltergeists (if you want), crawl underneath part of the desk and open up the 
vault. Grab the Shovel and press X on the vault. The combination is 137. 
You'll get the DUST DEVIL page. Go all the way back to the mine cart entrance 
and dig it out. Enter and you now have to get out of the mine. (note: I know 
that a clue is hidden in the mine, but i don't know if a sandwich ingredient 
is in there. If there is, email me at [email protected] and tell me 
where it is. Also you need around 120-150 nuggets to get the cheese.) Once out
of the mine, go over to the vending machine and get the chesse. Go up the 
stairs and through the door. Grab Clue 4 and enter through the door. Go over 
to the costumes and you get Clue 5. Exit through the door at the other end. 
You need to capture the dust devils with the Tome of Doom. If the book is low,
grab the wisps scattered around Main Street. (note: You need to go back into 
the entrance of the mines and get the Ham.) Once you have captured them all 
and have the Ham, go and talk to Velma and go through the train compartment.

BOSS BATTLE - MASTER DUSTDEVIL
-----------

You now need to capture the dust devils. If you run out of energy for the Tome
of Doom, grab the wisps that come off the spinning carousel.


                                 The Bayou
                                 ---------

Objectives:
Investigate the farm area
Get to the gumbo pot
Make the water flow
Connect up the water pipes
Swim all the way down the river
Find Shaggy
Create a diversion for Billy Bob
Escape to Billy Bob's Cabin
Capture all the zombies

First, go left and climb up onto the crates to get the WATERHOUSE key. Find 
Clue 1 near the waterhouse. Go across the bridge and climb up the crates to 
get the Fish. Enter the waterhouse. Go down the stairs and into the pipe. You
need to make the water flow so the fountain becomes very big. Go down the 
stairs and up the ramp to three coloured valves. Turn the green one, then blue
, then red, and then do the same thing again, only backwards. Grab the SNORKEL
GEAR and go over to the wooden platform. Dive in and go left, following the 
river and avoiding crocodiles. If a croc comes towards you, press and hold 
down R1 and wait for the croc to pass by. Like the Tome of Doom, it has a 
limited supply of air. If it runs out, Scooby pops up again. Push the button 
at the other end, cross the bridge and press that button. Turn the valve and 
climb back into the pipe again. Pull the lever beside the stairs to the door.
Go down the stairs and push the pipe, which has wheels on it. Go over to where
the water is gushing, go behind here and crawl underneath the pipes to get the
VALVE HANDLE. Crawl back and push the pipe. You'll see the fountain pop up. 
Pull the lever and go down the stairs. Push all the pipes until the water 
flows. Make sure the big pipes that are hanging down are connected together. 
Go back outside and connect the water pipes. One of them hasn't got a valve on
it. Once all the pipes are connected, go over to the platform, dive in and 
climb out on the other one. Get the FOUNTAIN key and go back to Shaggy. Go to 
the locked platform and go on it. Watch all the cutscenes. You now must 
cleverly evade the guards in the boats and the crocodiles. Watch out for the 
searchlights. When you get to some logs, find your way through them to get the
shrimp. Go through the hole in the side of the dirt. Swim over to Billy Bob. 
Follow the path up atop the ground. Avoid guards and find the hole in the 
dirt (before going through, find Clue 2). Follow the river until you find Clue
3. Keep following the river, find your way through the logs and get by the 
guards. As far as getting by the guards here, this is easy. Go behind the tent
and find the chicken. All you have to do is distract the guards from seeing 
Billy Bob opening the cage up. Now you have to drive away from the 
mercenaries. Collect the petrol tanks to fill up the tank. Remember to get 
Clue 4 and the ingredients. (Note: Clue 4 is in the 3rd area. Go straight 
ahead, jump the gap and go left. Jump up to get it. The Hot Peppers and 
Ketchup are in here too. To get them, read the guide composed by YuGiOhFm2002/
YuGiOhAngel.) 

BOSS BATTLE - ZOMBIES
-----------

Talk to Velma and then fall off the edge and capture those critters. After you
have caught the small ones, you need to capture the big one. No culprit 
though. 


                           Hi-Tech Terror
                           --------------

Objectives:
Find your way to the elevator
Disable the security cameras
Find the others
Overload the machine
Capture all the monsters
Activate all the sprinklers
Capture the Fire Ghost

First, go over to the vending machine and get the Barbecue Sauce. Go through 
the door with the pool ball beside it. Press and hold R1 and creep up behind 
the crates. When the guard has gone down the hall, og up the side passage and
collect Clue 1. Put on the costumes and follow the guard and go through the 
double doors before the costume wears off. Put on the scientist costumes on 
and go back out the door, turn left and go through the door. Wait for the 
guard to wander through the door and then pull the lever. You have disabled 
the security cameras. Go through the left hand door. Put on the costumes and 
go through the door at the other end. Go left twice and run up the stairs and 
through the door. Pick up Clue 2 and put the costumes on and leave through the
door. Run down the corridor and go through the door. Step onto the elevator.
You are now in the research labs. Go over to the yellow and black striped area
and press in this combination:

1 - Green
2 - Yellow
3 -    "
4 - Green

Go over to the button and press it. Go to the door. Go through the door and 
open the forcefield. Run inside and grab the keycard. Go back out and go 
right. Use the keycard on the machine. Another forcefield opens. Go here and
use the teleporter. Save if you need to. When the steam goes off, run down to 
the 4th locker and grab the keycard. Climb up the crates and get the eggs. 
Climb back and, as Scoob, crawl through the opening. Open the left-hand door.
Going to the other one won't do anything. Crawl back out again and use the 
control panel to use the robot. Go through the unlocked door. Using the robot,
turn all the valves to turn the steam off. Once you have done that, go through
the door at the other end of the corridor (as Scoob and Shag). Crawl through 
the gap and wait for the camera to turn the other way. Crawl under the crates
and through the door. Open the forcefield and lead the scientist in here. Run
out and close it. Go over to the control panel and use the robot to move the 
costume chest back from the camera. Push the button. All but one camera go 
off. Go back to Shaggy (not through the crawlspace) and put on the costumes. 
Run onto the teleporter and use it. Press the button and capture the zombies.
Go through the unguarded door. Go left and climb up some crates. Get Clue 3
and use the chest. You need to run and go up to one of the scientists to get a
cardkey. Once you have it, go over to the control panel and use it to get rid
of the forcefield in the next room. Use the teleporter and go through the 
door. When through the door, you need to dodge the electric beams to get to 
the door. Use the control panel to move the robot to the button. Go through 
the unlocked door.

BOSS BATTLE 1 - Mind-Controlled Fred, Daphne and Velma
-------------

Fred, Daphne and Velma are being mind-controlled by a device. You need to push
all the buttons, get Clue 4 and the Bacon to destroy the machine. 

Once you have, you need to capture all the ghosts to get rid of the 
forcefields (Note: You cannot get rid of the fire ghosts. You need to change 
them into ordinary ghosts to get them). When you get to the room where the red
cardkey was, go into the door where the robot went to turn the valves off to 
find the Slab of Meat. Keep getting ghosts and zombies to finally get to the 
final boss fight.

BOSS BATTLE 2 - Fire Ghost
-------------

The aim here is to turn on all 4 sprinklers to destroy the Fire Ghost. If you
want the onion, you need to capture 2 Fire Ghosts (once they have went under
the sprinkler). Most of the valves are behind hedges. Just get the boss to 
throw bombs at the hedges. You'll notice alot of Snacks lying around.

BOSS BATTLE 3 - Extinguisted Fire Ghost
-------------

Now that the Fire Ghost is extinguised, all you need to do is pull him into 
the Tome of Doom. (Note: It is impossible to capture him on the 1st chance.
The only person who can do this is the person who created this walkthrough.)
Once you have captured him, the mystery is solved.
