This is an In-Depth FAQ especially for the skill points in Ratchet: Deadlocked
(also known as Ratchet: Gladiator and as Ratchet & Clank 4th: GiriGiri Gigna no
Giga Battle, depending on where you live). This game is the fourth installment
in the Ratchet & Clank series for the PS2, made by Insomniac Games.

This FAQ covers all the skill points in the game. In the Skill Points chapter
there is a clarification of the skill points (when needed), the requirements
and the best place(s) to get it.

Brief descriptions of the enemies that feature in the skill points can be found
in the chapter Enemy Descriptions.

Each planet has 15 skill points and there are 11 planets so the total number of
skill points in this game is 165. Most of these 165 skill points can be done in
the Normal Mode (the first time through the game), some of them can only be
done in the Challenge Mode (you unlock that mode when you finish Normal Mode).
This game has 5 difficulty levels, 4 of which can be selected at the start of a
game. The fifth difficulty level (Exterminator) can only be selected after you
have finished the game once in Normal Mode. There are three skill points that
require you to finish a challenge on the Exterminator difficulty level. Almost
all skill points can be done on the higher difficulty levels but when you find
yourself failing every time you try to get the skill points just remember that
there are lower difficulty levels too.

Switching down to a lower (or lowest) difficulty level is easy. Just fly to the
DreadZone Station, the game will auto-save when you land. Now go to the Options
screen in the Pause menu, scroll down to LOAD and select it. Select the save
the game just made and press X. Now select the difficulty level you want to
use to get a specific skill point. When you have the skill point you just do
the same thing to reset the difficulty level to the one you want to use to play
the rest of the game.

                        DreadZone Station Battledome #P01
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

The 15 skill points on this planet, the DreadZone Station Battledome, return
four times in the game, once in every Tournament. This doesn't mean you can
get them five times though, you can only get them once. Some skill points can
only be done in specific challenges in the Tournaments, others can be done in
any challenge in the DreadZone Station Battledome. You have to do all of them
in the Battledome. You can't fly directly to the Battledome, you must first go
to the Containment Suite on DreadZone Station. From there you can use the
small Shuttle which will take you to the Battledome.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Skillful                     (reward   100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You must kill 10 enemies in a row with the same weapon in the Dread Challenge
"Grist for the Mill". This is an easy skill point to get, you will most likely
get this one during the Dread Challenge. Just shoot 10 enemies with the Dual
Vipers and the skill point is yours.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Fiver                        (reward   200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You must kill five enemies in the Dread Challenge "Grist for the Mill" without
taking any damage. Just like the previous skill point this one is very easy.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Get Some Balls (reward 100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Another one of the automatic skill points. You will get this one in the first
challenge you do in the Battledome. You must kill five Blade Balls within 15
seconds.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Ankle Biters (reward 100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Grist for the Mill" Dread Challenge, there are
more than enough Swarmers in that challenge. You need to kill 10 Swarmers in
10 seconds.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* The Protector (reward 200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Another skill point you can easily get in the first challenge. Just equip the
Magma Cannon when you reach the second area. Two Dropships will arrive here,
the first one will be on the right and the second one will arrive a little
later on the left side of the area. Each Dropship will drop off 4 Tremors, just
kill at least five of them with the Magma Cannon within 20 seconds.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Eagle Eye (reward 300 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
To get this skill point you must finish a challenge with an accuracy above 75
percent. Get it in the first challenge, as long as you don't keep missing the
enemies there this is another of the (almost) automatic skill points.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Can't Touch This             (reward   500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
This skill point is just a little harder to get than the previous ones. You
must complete any challenge in the Battledome without getting hit. Do it on the
first challenge, it has the fewest enemies. Just watch out for the bullets
fired by the DZ Strikers.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Speedy                       (reward   400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Manic Speed Demon" Dread Challenge in
the Avenger Tournament. Finish the challenge in less than 60 seconds and the
skill point is yours.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Dead Again (reward 400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Zombie Attack" Dread Challenge in the
Crusader Tournament. In this challenge you have to use the weapons that are
lying about. Remember that the weapons here have the same strength and mods
(both Alpha and Omega) that your weapons have, so selecting the right mods can
make a difference here. Just kill at least 50 Robot Zombies within 2:16:00.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* The Bomb (reward 100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You will get this skill point when you do the "Zombie Attack" Dread Challenge
in the Crusader Tournament. You have to blow up 15 barrels, but because the
barrels keep dropping down from the sky to replace the ones you blew up this
is a very easy skill point to get.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Five in One (reward 200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
To get this skill point you must kill five Swarmers with one shot. Just equip
a weapon with an Omega Mod that will do damage to a lot of enemies (Shock for
the non-explosive shot weapons and Mini Bomb, Napalm or Time Bomb for the
explosive shot weapons) and use the Swarmers in the "Grist for the Mill" Dread
Challenge to get this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Two in One (reward 300 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Equip the Fusion Rifle with the Shock Omega Mod and just fire it at a group of
enemies, most likely you will get this skill point with your first shot. This
is also one of the easier skill points (if you have the right equipment).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Reactionary                  (reward 3,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Reactor Battle" challenge in the
Crusader Tournament. To get this skill point you have to kill Reactor in 30
seconds or less. If you have trouble getting this skill point then wait until
you have the strongest weapon in the game and try again. Switching down to the
lowest difficulty level also helps, he is a lot weaker on that level.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Eviscerator Raider (reward 5,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Eviscerator Battle" challenge in the
Vindicator Tournament. You have to defeat the Eviscerator using only the
Scorpion Flail. Just keep whacking him with the Flail until he dies, watch out
for his green laser attack. He will summon other enemies into the arena during
the fight, kill them as well with the Scorpion Flail.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Ace In The Hole (reward 7,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Ace Hardlight Battle" challenge in
the Liberator Tournament. You must defeat Ace Hardlight without getting hit.
Again this is a skill point where having the strongest weapon in the game at a
high enough level so you have sufficient ammo makes all the difference. Try it
on a lower (or lowest) difficulty level if you keep having trouble with this
skill point. Watch out for his ground attacks when you fight Ace Hardlight.

                               Catacrom Four #P02
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Piece Meal (reward 200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Rise Up" challenge or in the "Monuments of Death"
challenge. There are enough enemies in both challenges to allow you to kill 20
of them in a row with the B6-Obliterator. Equip the Napalm Omega Mod if you
have that mod, it will make it easier to kill lots of enemies with the limited
ammo of the B6-Obliterator. Remember that "in a row" means that you are not
allowed to use another weapon, it doesn't matter if your Combat Bots kill
enemies. That only means you have to kill some more enemies to get the skill
point. Just keep blasting them with the B6-Obliterator. On the "Monuments of
Death" challenge you can revisit the Weapons Vendor to get more ammo, on the
"Rise Up" challenge there are enough ammo crates around so you can get the
skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Nap Time (reward 800 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "On The Prowl" challenge, just let your Combat Bots
kill 15 enemies in this challenge. This is another of those (almost) automatic
skill points.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Crank It Up (reward 200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Just crank two of the three bolts in the "On The Prowl" challenge yourself and
you will get the skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* The Perfect Mod (reward 500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Rise Up" challenge. You will need at least two
Omega Mods before you can get this skill point. Just kill one enemy with a
weapon equipped with one Omega Mod and kill the other four with another weapon
that is equipped with a second Omega Mod. You must do this within 30 seconds
but in the "Rise Up" challenge that isn't a problem.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* All Scattered (reward 200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Again a skill point where the "Rise Up" challenge is the best place to get it.
Equip the Magma Cannon with either the Acid, Freeze or Shock Omega Mod and kill
every enemy with the Magma Cannon. There is enough ammo in this challenge to
be able to kill all enemies with the Magma Cannon. When you do run out of ammo
just let your Combat Bots kill the last enemies. You will still get the skill
point if you do this because you only used the Magma Cannon to kill the enemies
on this challenge, it doesn't matter if your Combat Bots killed a few of them.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Lights Out (reward 500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Do this skill point in the "Demolition Derby" Dread Challenge as that challenge
is the only one where there are enough Stalker Turrets. Just approach each
Stalker Turret with the Landstalker but don't shoot it yet, let one of your
Combat Bots EMP that Stalker Turret and then you can blow it up with the cannon
or with the mortars of your Landstalker. Repeat this for at least two other
Stalker Turrets and you will get the skill point. Try it on a lower (or lowest)
difficulty level if you keep having trouble getting this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Tough As Nails (reward 1,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point on the Exterminator difficulty level. When
you can play on that difficulty level the easiest challenge to get this skill
point is the "Rise Up" challenge. Just drop a lot of Mini Turrets and let them
kill all the enemies while you stay in the middle.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* I Dare Ya!                   (reward 1,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Finish any challenge without using the health crates to get this skill point.
Again the "Rise Up" challenge is the best place to get it. There are only a few
enemies in that challenge that shoot at you, the rest just keep walking or
staggering towards you, making it easier to kill them without getting hurt.
When you do get hurt make sure you stay as far away as possible from the health
crates so you can avoid picking up the health in them, just let the enemies
come to you.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Cha Ching (reward 200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
To get this skill point you have to break or shoot all five Jackpot Crates in
the "On The Prowl" challenge. You will get the skill point when you break the
fifth Jackpot Crate. You don't have to do this in one go, you can go back to
the challenge and get the Jackpot Crate(s) you missed the first time.
The locations of the five Jackpot Crates are:
- To the left of the tunnel that has the Stalker Turret inside it, it is behind
the rocks to the left of the tunnel entrance.
- At the end of the tunnel, near the left wall.
- Just across the bridge that appears when you crank the three bolts. It is on
the right near the base of the tower there.
- Near the base of the second tower, near the wall to the left of the second
orange force field on the left side of the area.
- After the first Swingshot passage, on the left near the wall.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Vandalism                    (reward   200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
To get this skill point you have to break 10 breakable objects. Get this skill
point in the "On The Prowl" challenge. Just break the lights and cameras that
are standing around, the health crates also count as breakable objects.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Camera Shy (reward 500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Shoot down the five floating cameras in the "On The Prowl" challenge to get
this skill point. Just use the Dual Vipers to shoot them down, one shot per
floating camera will do.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Chase the Goose (reward 800 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You must get this skill point in the "Hovering Madness" Dread Challenge. Just
keep R1 pressed during the race to blow up the barrels standing in your way as
those barrels will slow you down and damage your Hoverbike when you run into
them. If you are having trouble getting this skill point then do it on a lower
(or lowest) difficulty level. You will get more extra time with each checkpoint
on those easier levels, making it easier to finish the race with at least five
seconds left on the timer.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Derby Death (reward 800 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You must get this skill point in the "Demolition Derby" Dread Challenge. Just
charge up the mortars with L1, make sure you don't fire the cannons with R1 and
also make sure you target at least five enemies before you release L1.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Unstoppable                  (reward 1,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in either the "On The Prowl" challenge or in the "Rise Up"
challenge. Just kill 25 enemies without taking any damage, remember that those
enemies that are killed by your Combat Bots don't count towards your target of
25 enemies killed.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Holey Warriors (reward 200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Just kill 10 Robot Zombies in either the "On The Prowl" or in the "Rise Up"
challenge with the Dual Vipers. It is another of those (almost) automatic skill
points.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Shocking                     (reward   800 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You need the Shock Omega Mod for this skill point, but you can buy that Omega
Mod on Sarathos, so get it and put it on your Dual Vipers. Get the skill point
in the "Alien Soil" challenge. When your Combat Bots are hacking the orbs a lot
of Swarmers appear. Kill them all with the Dual Vipers with the Shock Omega Mod
and kill the rest of the Swarmers inside the building as well. There should be
enough Swarmers here so you can kill 25 of them within 45 seconds.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Long Shot (reward 1,200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You will need the Fusion Rifle for this skill point so get it when you have
that weapon. When you have the Fusion Rifle put the Shock Omega Mod on it and
get the skill point in the "Alien Soil" challenge on those same Swarmers you
used to get the "Shocking" skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Mystic Warrior (reward 2,000 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Alien Soil" challenge, it is the shortest one with
the fewest enemies. Just don't take any damage and you will get the skill point
when you complete this challenge.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Mix and Match (reward 1,200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point when you have at least five Omega Mods. When
you have them just put them on five different weapons and use those weapons to
kill at least 10 enemies with five different Omega Mods in the "Alien Soil"
challenge. Just make sure you kill at least one enemy with the first four Omega
Mods and kill the rest with the fifth Omega Mod.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Beat Em Up (reward 1,200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point when you have the Scorpion Flail. When you
have that weapon you can get this skill point in the "Alien Soil" challenge.
Just kill 15 enemies with the Scorpion Flail and the skill point is yours.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* The Big Bang (reward 1,200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Where the Leviathans Roam" challenge. Let your
Combat Bots EMP that Landstalker that is inside the first building on the left.
Now toss out a lot of Hunter Mines and with any luck the Mines will blow up the
Landstalker and the four DZ Strikers that appear once the Landstalker is gone.
You may have to do this on the lowest difficulty level to make sure the Mines
kill those four DZ Strikers with one shot and putting the Shock Omega Mod on
the Hunter Mine Launcher also helps towards getting this skill point. If this
doesn't work then you can either wait until you have the strongest weapon or
you can put a lot of Area Alpha Mods on the B6-Obliterator and use that weapon
on the DZ Strikers near the nodes or the bridges.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* That'll Fix Em               (reward   400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Alien Soil" challenge on those same Swarmers you
used to get the "Shocking" skill point. Just kill 15 of them in a row with the
Wrench and the skill point is yours.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* No Fly Zone (reward 800 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Sarathos Sprint" challenge as that one is the only
one with four Dropships. Keep an eye out for the first three Dropships and kill
them with the Arbiter. The fourth Dropship hides behind the force field near
the end so make sure you are on the righthand side of the platform where the
Stalker Turret was and shoot the fourth Dropship when it is flying past you.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Camera Shy (reward 400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Where the Leviathans Roam" challenge. Just shoot
down 15 of the 16 floating cameras in this challenge and you will get this easy
skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* No Peas Allowed (reward 800 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You will automatically get this skill point when you finish the "Check Me Out"
Dread Challenge because you can't use any weapons except those on the Puma when
you do this Dread Challenge.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Death From Above (reward 800 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Swamp Fever" Dread Challenge. Just make sure you
always target two Leviathans with the mortars on the Landstalker and you will
get this skill point when you kill two Leviathans with one release of L1.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Denied                       (reward 1,200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You will automatically get this skill point when you finish the "Check Me Out"
Dread Challenge because you can't use any weapons except those on the Puma when
you do this Dread Challenge.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Don't Come Back              (reward   400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Where the Leviathans Roam" challenge. Get out of
the Puma and just walk around the area killing at least five Leviathans with
the B6-Obliterator.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Time To Kill (reward 1,600 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You must finish the "King of the Leviathans" challenge in less than 2 minutes
to get this skill point. You will need some strong weapons to do this.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Gone In 30 Seconds (reward 800 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Where the Leviathans Roam" challenge. Use the Puma
to drive over the three groups of Swarmers near the start and the 2 DZ Strikers
at the end of the path and just make sure you kill at least 10 enemies with the
Puma within 30 seconds.

* Cow Patties (reward 1,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Infiltrate the Cathedral" challenge. There are
enough enemies in this challenge so you can kill 20 enemies in a row with the
Hunter Mine Launcher which will give you the skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Raining Shells (reward 1,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Introducing Shellshock" challenge.
Just keep firing your Dual Vipers at Shellshock until he leaves again. If you
are having trouble with this skill point then do it on a lower (or lowest)
difficulty level.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Slip and Slide (reward 1,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Enemies are Such a Grind" challenge,
if you don't waste too much time in the beginning of this challenge then this
is another one of those (almost) automatic skill points.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Punishment                   (reward   400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You will probably get this skill point during the first challenge on Kronos. It
is one of those automatic skill points if you only use the Dual Vipers from the
start. Once you have this skill point you can select other weapons.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Too Nimble (reward 1,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Infiltrate the Cathedral" challenge. Just kill 20
enemies in a row without taking damage.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Big Changes (reward 400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Infiltrate the Cathedral" challenge. Equip the
Dual Vipers with the Morphing Omega Mod and shoot every enemy you meet until
you have morphed 40 enemies. As an alternative you can also equip the Morphing
Omega Mod on the Mini Turret Launcher and drop a few Mini Turrets and let them
turn 40 enemies into barnyard animals. Yes, pigs can fly...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Can't Hit Me                 (reward 2,300 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
To get this skill point you must defeat Shellshock in the "Shellshock Returns"
challenge without getting hit. Just keep firing at him with your strongest
weapons and watch out for his shockwave attacks. Try it on a lower (or lowest)
difficulty level if you have trouble getting this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Jet Assist (reward 1,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Again a skill point that is easy to get in the "Infiltrate the Cathedral"
challenge. Just go on a killing spree with the Arbiter. Kill 25 enemies within
40 seconds and the skill point is yours.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Lucky Shot (reward 1,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Infiltrate the Cathedral" challenge. Equip the
Fusion Rifle with the Shock Omega Mod and wait until a group of DZ Strikers is
coming your way. Fire a shot into this group and with any luck you will kill
three of them so you will get this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Dizzy                        (reward   400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Showdown With Shellshock" challenge.
Crank the three bolts in this challenge yourself and the skill point is yours.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Flying High (reward 1,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Night Flight" Dread Challenge. You
must kill seven enemies at once with the missiles. Hold L1 and target at least
seven enemies and then release L1. Use the Pincer Rays as they are the easiest
to target as a group.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Who Am I?                    (reward   900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Another skill point that is easiest to get in the "Infiltrate the Cathedral"
challenge. Equip the Magma Cannon with the Brainwash Omega Mod and fire one
shot into a group of Swarmers. That should brainwash at least three of them so
you will get the skill point. As an alternative you can also put the Brainwash
Omega Mod on the Mini Turret Launcher. Drop a few Mini Turrets, retreat so
your Combat Bots aren't shooting at the enemies and just let the Mini Turrets
brainwash the required number of enemies.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Don't Flail Me Now (reward 400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You will need the Scorpion Flail for this skill point. Once you have the Flail
just start up the "Infiltrate the Cathedral" challenge and keep whacking the
Scorpion Flail at anything that moves. Not one of the hardest skill points.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Now It's Personal            (reward   900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You need to kill an Executioner with your Wrench. Wait until you have at least
the second or third Wrench upgrade and then start up the "Infiltrate the
Cathedral" challenge again. In the arena at the end of this challenge the first
enemies you meet are two Executioners. Kill one of them with the Wrench for
this skill point. Try it on a lower (or lowest) difficulty level if you are
having trouble getting this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Just Passing Through (reward 2,300 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You need to finish any challenge without getting a hit for this skill point.
Get it in the "Shellshock Returns" challenge, watch out for his shockwave
attack. After Shellshock leaves the area a group of Cycloids appears. Kill them
all quickly without getting hit.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Drunk For Joy (reward 700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can get this skill point in the "Landstalker Stalkin'" challenge. If you do
this challenge on foot then you can kill nine Laser Backs in this challenge.
Check the Enemy Descriptions chapter if you have trouble figuring out just what
a Laser Back is. Here is how you can kill those nine Laser Backs.

(Outside part of level)
First you clear the outside part of enemies (Swarmers, Landstalkers, Stalker
Turrets, Missile Turrets, Dropships, DZ Strikers and Executioners). Now you
capture the node on the right first. When you've captured that node a Dropship
arrives, it will start to shoot rockets at your Combat Bots.

VERY IMPORTANT: Let that Dropship finish its first rocket attack!

If you destroy it before it has finished its attack then the Executioners and
Laser Backs in the outside part of the level won't appear. When it has finished
shooting its rockets you can destroy it. After that you walk off the platform
towards the outside node on the left. Up ahead two Executioners drop down, kill
them with the Fusion Rifle. Behind them a Laser Back (1) drops down, followed
by another Executioner and two more Laser Backs (2 + 3). Finally two groups of
Swarmers drop down, kill them all. Now continue towards the outside node on the
left and capture it. Kill the enemies that appear when you've captured it.

Refill your ammo at the Weapons Vendor (if needed).

(Inside part of level)
Now walk towards the entrance on the right, kill the two Executioners from the
outside and walk through the entrance. Turn to the left and walk towards the
node. Kill the DZ Strikers, Missile Turrets, Executioners and two Laser Backs
(4 + 5) here. Go to the node on the right. Kill the DZ Strikers, Missile
Turrets, Executioners and two Laser Backs (6 +7) here. Capture this node. Walk
towards the node on the left. A Laser Back (8) will drop down near the ramp
that leads to the temple (the central building), kill it. Continue walking
towards the left node, the last Laser Back (9) will drop down near the left
node. Kill it, after that some Swarmers drop down, kill them as well and
capture the left node to end the challenge with nine dead Laser Backs (plus a
load of other dead enemies, of course, but they don't count for the skill
point).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Catch Me If You Can (reward 3,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Return to the Deathbowl" challenge. It helps a lot
if you have the Mini Turrets. Just keep placing them all around the area behind
the first bridge and let your Combat Bots hack the orbs to make the second
bridge appear. Now just shoot the two flying DZ Strikers near the Landstalker
and this skill point is yours when you walk towards the Landstalker.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Hot Stuff (reward 1,500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "As the Wrench Turns" challenge. Just equip the
Napalm Omega Mod on all your explosive-shot weapons and only use those weapons
to kill 40 enemies in a row. Use the Arbiter for the Laser Backs and Dropships
and use the B6-Obliterator and Hunter Mine Launcher for the other enemies.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* That's Gonna Hurt            (reward 3,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You have to get this skill point in the "Landstalker Stalkin'" challenge. Wait
until you have the strongest Wrench (the Obsidian Blade) and to stack the odds
even further in your favor you can also select the lowest difficulty level.
Get out of your Landstalker, walk towards the enemy Landstalker and order your
Combat Bots to EMP it. Now hit the Landstalker with the Wrench (the Hyperstrike
move does more damage, jump and in the air press [square] to slam down the
Wrench). On the lowest difficulty level it only takes a couple of blows to
destroy the Landstalker for this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* The Smashing Machine (reward 700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "As the Wrench Turns" challenge. Kill 30 enemies
in a row with the Scorpion Flail and the skill point is yours. Not the most
difficult skill point to get on this planet...
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Boom Stick (reward 1,500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Whack-A-Swarmer" Dread Challenge. The first weapon
you pick up here is the Magma Cannon. Just make sure you have the Shock Omega
Mod fitted on the Magma Cannon before you start this Dread Challenge. Now just
kill 15 of those Swarmers for this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* All Balls (reward 3,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can get this skill point in every challenge except in the Dread Challenge
"Shoot to Kill" (there aren't enough enemies in that challenge). Just kill 30
enemies without taking a hit.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* The Run Away (reward 3,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
To get this skill point you have to complete the "Landstalker Stalkin'"
challenge without damaging your Landstalker. This just means that you have to
complete that challenge on foot. Just make sure that the bullets from the enemy
Landstalkers and Stalker Turrets don't accidentally hit your Landstalker. Get
this skill point on a lower (or lowest) difficulty level if you have trouble
getting this skill point (see also the "Drunk For Joy" skill point).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Far Far Away (reward 1,500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in either the "Landstalker Stalkin'" challenge or in the
"As the Wrench Turns" challenge. In the "Landstalker Stalkin'" challenge you
order your Combat Bots to EMP one of the Landstalkers and then you destroy it
with the Fusion Rifle. In the "As the Wrench Turns" challenge destroying one of
the two Stalker Turrets with the Fusion Rifle also gives you this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Tea Cups (reward 2,300 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can get this skill point in the "Landstalker Stalkin'" challenge if you do
that challenge on foot. There are a lot of Executioners in this challenge, you
must kill five of them with the Fusion Rifle for this skill point (see also the
"Drunk For Joy" skill point).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Shocking                     (reward 1,500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "As the Wrench Turns" challenge. Just equip enough
weapons with the Shock Omega Mod and use those weapons to kill at least ten
DZ Berserkers in this challenge.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Look Out Below (reward 2,300 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Whack-A-Swarmer" Dread Challenge.
Equip the Magma Cannon with the Shock Omega Mod and go through this challenge
as fast as possible, killing each group of Swarmers when they appear. Only pick
up another Magma Cannon, skip the other weapons. If you kill 181 Swarmers with
the Magma Cannon within 60 seconds then the skill point is yours.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Four Dropships (reward 700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Another skill point that is easiest to get in the "Landstalker Stalkin'"
challenge. There are more than enough Dropships in this challenge, just kill
four of them with the Arbiter and the skill point is yours. This does mean that
you have to do this challenge on foot, of course. A couple of Dropships appear
near the outside nodes (they don't hang around forever, so kill them quickly).
Inside another couple of Dropships appear, one of them you must get from afar
because it shoots rockets at you if you get too close.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Locked and Loaded (reward 1,500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Return to the Deathbowl" challenge. Kill every
enemy with the Magma Cannon, your Combat Bots are allowed to help you kill the
enemies, as long as you only use the Magma Cannon to kill enemies you will get
the skill point. Equip the Freeze Omega Mod, that one will slow down the Laser
Back so it won't shoot at you while you destroy it with the Magma Cannon.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Lights Out (reward 700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Landstalker Stalkin'" challenge. Let your Combat
Bots EMP the two Landstalkers and the three Stalker Turrets in this challenge
and this skill point is yours.

* Hard To Hit (reward 2,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You get this skill point if you kill at least 30 enemies without taking any
damage. You can get it in any challenge, the Dread Challenge "Swarming the
Gauntlet" is one of the easiest to get this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* The Frying Pan (reward 2,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Labyrinth of Death" challenge. Just
equip all explosive-shot weapons with the Napalm Omega Mod. You have to kill 10
DZ Berserkers with the Napalm Mod. Make sure every Dropship drops off the DZ
Berserkers before you destroy it and then this skill point isn't that hard to
get.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Running in Circles (reward 1,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Node Overload" challenge. Just crank
the bolts yourself to capture all six nodes. Kill all the enemies near the node
before you capture it. Drop a few Mini Turrets before you capture the node, the
Mini Turrets will kill all the enemies that appear while you are cranking the
bolt to capture the node.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* The Electrical Socket (reward 700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Refinery Ambush" challenge, it is very similar to
the "The Frying Pan" skill point, only this time you have to kill 10 of those
DZ Berserkers with the Shock Omega Mod. Equip your weapons with the Shock Mod
and you will get this skill point quite easily.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Snooker                      (reward   700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Swarming the Gauntlet" Dread
Challenge. You need to find the B6-Obliterator, there is one in the left leg of
the |______|-shaped corridor. Combine getting this skill point with the "Batter
Up" skill point. When you have the B6-Obliterator just use it to kill 10 Blade
Balls.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Counter Sniper (reward 1,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Node Overload" challenge, there are more than
enough Executioners in this challenge. Just kill five of them with the Fusion
Rifle and the skill point is yours (see also the "Light Them Up" skill point).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Batter Up (reward 1,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Combine this skill point with the "Snooker" skill point. Get this skill point
in the "Swarming the Gauntlet" Dread Challenge. Kill 15 Blade Balls with the
Wrench on your way to the B6-Obliterator to get this easy skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Toughen Up (reward 2,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Refinery Ambush" challenge. Just place a lot of
Mini Turrets, they will kill the enemies for you, and order your Combat Bots
to hack all the orbs here.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Iron Skin (reward 3,600 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
See the "Toughen Up" skill point, don't get hit while you get the "Toughen Up"
skill point and you will get the "Iron Skin" skill point as well.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Light Them Up (reward 700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Node Overload" challenge. Combine it with the
"Counter Sniper" skill point. Equip the Shock Omega Mod on the Fusion Rifle and
kill 10 Executioners with the Fusion Rifle. You will get the "Counter Sniper"
skill point when you have killed the first five Executioners and the skill
point "Light Them Up" when you have killed the next five Executioners with the
Fusion Rifle. On the big middle part of the higher platform the Executioners
and Beam Turrets just keep dropping down, there are more than enough of them
here for this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Light Speed (reward 2,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Chains of Villainy" challenge. You
must complete the challenge in less than 1:30:00. If you are having trouble
getting this skill point then do the following: Free three of the four balloons
and then let the enemies destroy your Landstalker. The challenge will restart
but this time you only have to free the last balloon, this will be very easy
to do within 1:30:00.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Special Delivery (reward 2,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Labyrinth of Death" challenge. There are six
Dropships in this challenge, five of those are relatively easy to kill.

When you start the challenge walk down the ramp, kill the Swarmers and turn
around. Walk backwards down the rest of the ramp, on the higher platform the
first two Dropships will appear (for a short while only). The one on the left
will drop off some DZ Berserkers. Destroy these Dropships before they go away
again. Now let your Combat Bots hack the orbs near the force field on the left.
It doesn't matter which path you take, the enemies you meet along the way are
the same for both paths, it's just that the Dropships are easier to get on the
left path. Kill the DZ Berserkers in the first room, kill the Swarmers that
appear when your Combat Bots hack the orbs to remove the second force field.

In the next room kill the two DZ Berserkers first, let your Combat Bots EMP the
Landstalker and destroy the Landstalker. Walk further into the room and turn
around. The second set of two Dropships will appear near the entrance to this
room (they also only stay for a short while), one of the Dropships will drop
off some more DZ Berserkers. Destroy the two Dropships; four down and only one
to go.

Kill all the enemies in the third room, there is no Dropship here.

The fourth room is tricky, there is a Stalker Turret to the right and a lot of
DZ Berserkers are firing at you from the left. There is also a Dropship here,
again only for a short while, but you will most likely miss it in the mayhem
in this room. Don't worry, there is a sixth Dropship in this challenge, so you
can still get the skill point if you missed the Dropship in the fourth room.

Kill the Swarmers in the fifth (and last) room. Turn to the right, the sixth
Dropship will appear there (for a short while only). Don't let your Combat Bots
hack the orbs immediately when you enter this last room or the challenge will
end before that sixth Dropship will appear.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Half And Half (reward 1,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Another skill point that is easiest to get in the "Refinery Ambush" challenge,
just kill a couple of DZ Berserkers with a weapon fitted with one Omega Mod and
kill the rest with another weapon fitted with a different Omega Mod. Do this
within 45 seconds and the skill point is yours.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Chilly Proposition (reward 2,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Refinery Ambush" challenge. Kill all the enemies
here with the Magma Cannon fitted with the Freeze Omega Mod. There is a lot of
ammo here, if you do run out of ammo then let your Combat Bots kill the last
few enemies. This way you will still get the skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Don't Be A Wimp              (reward 3,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
This is another one of those skill points you can only get on the Exterminator
difficulty level. The "Refinery Ambush" is the easiest challenge to get this
skill point in, just place a lot of Mini Turrets and let them kill the enemies.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* The Disease (reward 1,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can get this skill point in any challenge except the two challenges where
you have to use the Hovership. Equip the Magma Cannon with the Brainwash Omega
Mod and use it to brainwash five enemies at the same time. Any enemy will do,
as long as they stay alive long enough so you have time to brainwash the other
four for this skill point. As an alternative you can also put the Brainwash
Omega Mod on the Mini Turret Launcher. Drop a few Mini Turrets, retreat so your
Combat Bots aren't shooting at the enemies and let the Mini Turrets brainwash
the required number of enemies.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Medieval Power (reward 2,200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the challenge "Lost and Found" or in "Let the Light
Shine Through". These two challenges have more than enough enemies in them so
you can kill 50 of those enemies with the Scorpion Flail.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Touchy Feely (reward 2,200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Lost and Found" challenge. Kill three DZ Strikers
with your Wrench, use Hyperstrikes to kill them or press L2 and [square] at the
same time to throw your Wrench. Near the start of the challenge five of those
DZ Strikers fly in, kill three of them with the Wrench and the skill point is
yours.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Invulnerable                 (reward 5,700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Complete any challenge without taking damage. The "Power Up!" challenge is one
of the easier challenges to get this skill point in. There aren't that many
enemies in it and when you replay the level you'll more or less know where the
dangerous enemies are, so you can kill those enemies from afar.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Fuselage                     (reward 2,200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Lost and Found" challenge, there are more than
enough Dropships in that challenge. Shoot down five of them with the Fusion
Rifle and the skill point is yours. You'll have to be quick with some of the
Dropships, they only drop off some enemies and then they go away again, so
shoot them quickly.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Schooled                     (reward 3,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Space Ace" challenge. Use only the missiles (L1)
of your Hovership to shoot down the Pincer Rays. Target as many of them as you
can at the same time and then release L1 to kill most of the group in one shot.
Kill 30 Pincer Rays with the missiles and the skill point is yours. When you
are trying to get this skill point it is best to refrain from using the cannon
(R1) of the Hovership, only use the missiles (L1).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Healthy                      (reward 4,500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
When you get the "Invulnerable" skill point you'll also get this one, that is,
if you didn't get it beforehand. Just complete a challenge without using the
Health crates.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Mix And Match (reward 3,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Lost and Found" challenge. Just equip three of
your weapons with three different Omega Mods and use all three weapons to kill
at least 10 enemies within 30 seconds (10 enemies in total, not 10 per Mod).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Turret Syndrome (reward 3,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can get this skill point in any of the non-Hovership challenges. Just keep
placing Mini Turrets and the skill point is yours before you know it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Chill Out (reward 1,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Equip the Scorpion Flail with the Freeze Omega Mod and get this skill point
when you are getting the "Medieval Power" skill point. When you have killed
20 enemies in a row with the Scorpion Flail you will get the "Chill Out" skill
point, after that you only need to kill another 30 enemies for the "Medieval
Power" skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* A Baker's Dozen              (reward 1,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Let the Light Shine Through" challenge. At the end
of this challenge you will get to a building (with the last node in it). Just
go clockwise around that building, and when you approach the back of the
building (where the door is) you start placing Mini Turrets as you walk past
the door. Continue walking around the building, placing Mini Turrets as you go.
The walking around the building will trigger a lot of Cycloids behind you and
the Mini Turrets you placed will kill them all, after you have killed 13 of the
Cycloids this way you will get the skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Ring My Bell (reward 1,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Time Extension!" Dread Challenge.
You must finish the race with at least 30 second left on your timer. If you are
having trouble getting this skill point then get it on a lower (or lowest)
difficulty level, you will get more extra time when you fly through a
checkpoint on those easier levels, making it easier to get this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* The Big Bang (reward 3,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Equip the Arbiter with the Mini Bomb Omega Mod and fire a shot into a group of
Cycloids, that will (almost) automatically give you this skill point, as long
as you kill five of them with this one shot.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* In A Row                     (reward 2,200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Let the Light Shine Through"
challenge. Just equip the Fusion Rifle with the Shock Omega Mod and kill two
enemies with one shot, the Swarmers are the easiest enemies to get this skill
point on.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Bombs Away (reward 2,200 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Equip your explosive-shot weapons with the Mini Bomb Omega Mod and use them to
kill 20 enemies in any of the non-Hovership challenges. Not one of the hardest
skill points to get.

* Frenzied                     (reward 1,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "The Turn On" challenge, there are six Laser Backs
in this challenge. You need to morph five of them for this skill point. Equip
the Dual Vipers with the Morphing Omega Mod if you want to shoot it out with
the Laser Backs, equip the Fusion Rifle with the Morphing Omega Mod if you want
to morph them from a distance or put the Morphing Omega Mod on the Mini Turret
Launcher when you want to do it artistically. Anyway, just make sure you have
the Morphing Omega Mod on your weapon(s). There are two Laser Backs near the
node where the three Beam Turrets appear, the second set of two Laser Backs is
just outside the building, on the walkway that leads to the node that is on top
of that walkway. The last set of two Laser Backs appears when you reach that
node that is on the walkway, you must be on the walkway to make them appear.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Bits And Pieces (reward 1,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "The Turn On" challenge. Use the B6-Obliterator to
kill 20 DZ Strikers. There are enough DZ Strikers in this challenge, the only
problem can be that your Combat Bots kill too many of them. When this happens
you can always play this challenge on a higher difficulty level so your Combat
Bots don't kill the DZ Strikers so quickly, thereby giving you more time to
kill them with the B6-Obliterator. Equip the B6-Obliterator with the Mini Bomb
Omega Mod, that will kill more of the DZ Strikers when they are close together.
Just walk everywhere in this challenge but don't capture the nodes just yet.
First clear the level of all the "loose" DZ Strikers before you capture the
nodes. Capture the node that is on the walkway last, the capture of the other
two nodes triggers more DZ Strikers.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Hard Luck (reward 4,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point on the Exterminator difficulty level. This is
the last skill point that requires you to do that. Get this skill point in the
"Seek and Destroy" challenge, there are no enemies there, just the 12 Drones
you need to destroy to finish this challenge.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Hard To Hit (reward 1,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Seek and Destroy" challenge. Just
finish the challenge in less than 2:45:00. The 12 Drones always follow the same
path so learn that path and just keep following them (you can catch up with the
Drones in three spots along that path) and shooting at them all the time with
the machine gun on the Hoverbike (R1). Get this skill point on a lower (or
lowest) difficulty level if you have trouble getting this skill point, the
Drones are easier to destroy on the lower difficulty levels. Just remember that
you can make a small hop with the Hoverbike when you press X, that will avoid
slowing down when you want to race over the low ridges that litter the course.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Unfair Game (reward 2,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "The Turn On" challenge. Equip three weapons with
three different Omega Mods and use those three weapons to kill at least 15
enemies within 40 seconds. Just use the Fusion Rifle on the two Exterminators
near the start, any explosive-shot weapon on the Robot Zombies and the third
weapon on the Blade Balls that keep coming from the corridor to the right.
Not one of the hardest skill points on this planet.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Mined Out (reward 2,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Another skill point that is easiest to get in the "The Turn On" challenge. Just
keep placing the Hunter Mines in the corridor near the start, where all those
Blade Balls keep appearing. Before you know it you will have this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* No Help (reward 3,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You will get this skill point in the "Seek and Destroy" challenge when you
finish that challenge. It is another one of those automatic skill points.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Dead On (reward 3,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Hoverbike or Bust" challenge or in the "The Turn
On" challenge. Both challenges have enough Robot Zombies in them, just kill 10
of them with the Napalm Omega Mod.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Not A Scratch                (reward 4,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Seek and Destroy" challenge, as long as you don't
bump into the barrels in this challenge this is an easy skill point to get.
Just shoot the barrels on your path with the machine gun on the Hoverbike (R1).
Blow up 10 of those barrels and you will also get the "In The Open" skill
point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* In The Open (reward 900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Seek and Destroy" challenge. Just
blow up 10 barrels with the machine gun on the Hoverbike (R1). See also the
"Not A Scratch" skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Muniez                       (reward 1,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "The Turn On" challenge. You need to
find and break the three Jackpot Crates in this challenge. You will get the
skill point when you break the third Jackpot Crate. You don't have to do this
in one go, you can go back to the challenge and get the Jackpot Crate(s) you
missed the first time. The locations of the three Jackpot Crates are:
- In the corridor that is on top of the metal walkway that is near the node
where the three Beam Turrets appear when you capture that node. There are
also two DZ Strikers shooting at you from that corridor once you have
  captured that node.
- At the end of one of the metal walkways that are in the leftmost passage that
leads to the bridge. The passage is on the other side of the Ace Hardlight
statue when you are at the Weapons Vendor. Just walk all the way to the end
of that metal walkway and you will find the Jackpot Crate.
- At the end of the other metal walkway that forms the other wall of that
passage. Again just walk to the end and you will find the Jackpot Crate.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Stripped                     (reward 2,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You will get this skill point in the "Seek and Destroy" challenge when you
finish that challenge. It is another one of those automatic skill points.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* I'm Melting                  (reward   900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Another skill point that is easiest to get in the "The Turn On" challenge. It
is almost the same as the "Mined Out" skill point, only this time you have to
kill 25 enemies with the Acid Omega Mod. Use the same enemies to get it.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Far Away From It All (reward 900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "The Turn On" challenge. You need to
kill 10 Executioners in this challenge with the Fusion Rifle. There are 11
Executioners in this challenge, their locations are:
- The first Executioner is near the start.
- The second Executioner is just behind the first one, inside the building.
- Enter the building and go left, go past the first node you see but don't
capture that node. Continue into the other corridor here that leads to the
other node. The third Executioner is near that second node.
- Capture this node, the fourth, fifth and sixth Executioner will appear when
  you have captured this node.
- Continue into the other corridor here, towards the outside. Once you are
outside you take the leftmost passage that leads to the bridge. At the other
end of the bridge is a ball-shaped force field. Let one of your Combat Bots
EMP that force field. When it is down you enter the area that is behind it.
The seventh and eighth Executioner will drop down once you enter this area.
- Turn to the right and walk up the ramp in the other room. Kill the two Laser
Backs that appear in the doorway that leads to the walkway that has the third
node on it. The ninth Executioner will drop down behind the spot where those
two Laser Backs were. Continue along the walkway and capture the node here.
Drop off the walkway and walk towards the turret you see here.
- When you are near that turret the tenth and eleventh Executioner will drop
down in the area under the walkway where that last node was on, behind you.
Turn around and kill them. Now return to the first node, the one you didn't
capture, and capture it to end the challenge.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Quick Fix (reward 1,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in either the "Hoverbike or Bust" challenge or in the "The
Turn On" challenge. You must kill five Robot Zombies with your Wrench within 30
seconds. If you are having trouble getting this skill point then wait until you
have the Obsidian Lance (the last Wrench Upgrade) and try it on a lower (or
lowest) difficulty level.

"Shield Survival". Use the Magma Cannon to kill 20 enemies in a row. Equip the
Magma Cannon with either the Freeze Omega Mod or the Shock Omega Mod for easy

kill 20 enemies in a row with the Magma Cannon.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Shocking Conclusions (reward 1,400 bolts).

weapons to kill 15 enemies in a row.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* All Mixed Up (reward 4,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
The easiest challenge to get this skill point in is the "Shield Survival"
challenge. Just equip the Brainwash Omega Mod on the Mini Turret Launcher and
drop some Mini Turrets near the enemies. Now stand back and watch the Mini
Turrets brainwash five enemies at the same time.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Electrical Storm (reward 1,400 bolts).

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Drop Dead (reward 2,900 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the challenge "Junking the Jammers". Destroy five

Dropships only drop off enemies and then they fly away again, other Dropships
hang around and start to shoot rockets at your Landstalker.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Strange Changes (reward 1,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
The easiest challenge to get this skill point in is the "Shield Survival"

drop a few Turrets near the enemies. When your Turrets have morphed 20 enemies
you will get this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

point with the "Dead Last" skill point (see "Dead Last" skill point).
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Speed Bumps (reward 1,700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Total Control" challenge. You must
drive the Puma over 10 enemies to kill them. Forget about driving over the
Executioners, they are hard to kill with the Puma. There is however a trick you
can use to get this skill point quite easily. Get out of the Puma, equip the
Fusion Rifle with the Morphing Omega Mod and morph one of the big enemies (the
Laser Backs and Executioners) first, then hop back into the Puma and drive it
over the morphed enemy. This way they still count as "roadkill", making it
easier to get this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Rapid Fire (reward 1,700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Leave No Man Behind" challenge. Near the end of

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Heavy Metal (reward 3,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Total Control" challenge. Equip the
Arbiter with the Mini-Bomb Omega Mod and kill five of the many Executioners in
this challenge for this rather easy skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Dead Last (reward 1,700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Jail Break" challenge. Use the Fusion Rifle to
kill five Reapers in a row. You'll see the first two walking in the distance
at the start of the level, snipe them. Walk towards that dip in the terrain
that is near to where those two Reapers were walking, go under the low pipe
here, kill the first Reaper you see (for the "AA Assault" skill point), jump
over the Swarmers (don't kill them) and snipe two of the three Reapers in the
area behind that low pipe. If you killed three of the Reapers without getting
a hit then you'll also get the "AA Assault" skill point. Check the Enemy
Descriptions chapter if you don't know what a Reaper is.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Pocket Rocket (reward 3,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in any of the "normal" challenges (not in the Dread
Challenges). Just kill fifteen enemies in a row with the Arbiter.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Fatal Frenzy (reward 1,700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Showdown in Delta Block" challenge. Here enough
Swarmers appear so you can kill 10 of them with the Wrench within 20 seconds.
The only problem can be that your Combat Bot kills too many of them before you
can. There is a simple solution, but you'll need a second controller to be able
to do it. Plug in the second controller and play this challenge in Co-op mode.
Leave the second player on the platform near the Weapons Vendor and now you can
kill all the Swarmers at your leisure without the Combat Bot messing up your
attempt at getting this skill point.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Time Will Tell (reward 6,800 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Speed Trap" Dread Challenge. You need
to complete the race with more than 10 seconds remaining. If you are having
trouble getting this skill point then do it on a lower (or lowest) difficulty
level, you'll get more extra time with each checkpoint on those lower levels,
making it easier to finish the race with more than 10 seconds left.

Just kill three Ghost Executioners in one challenge with the Hunter Mine
Launcher.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Meltdown                     (reward 3,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in any of the challenges, except the "Escape" challenge.
Just kill ten DZ Ghost Strikers in one challenge with the Acid Omega Mod.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Friendly Fire (reward 6,800 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in either the "Running the Gauntlet" or in the "Prison
Break" challenge. Just let your Combat Bots kill ten enemies in one challenge
and the skill point is yours.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* No Landing (reward 5,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Running the Gauntlet" challenge. There are 13
Dropships in this challenge, destroy ten of them for this skill point.
Remember that most Dropships are there only for a short while, they drop off
some enemies and then they go away again. Some Dropships hang around, they
start to shoot rockets at you. Just destroy them quickly, as soon as you see
them.

The locations where the 13 Dropships appear are:

The first seven Dropships appear in the first area.

The nodes in the first area are as follows: the first is the node you can see
from the start, the second one is the node that is to the left of the first one
and the third and fourth nodes are the nodes you see when you continue around
the area in a clockwise direction.

1: Near the start, in front of the first node.
2: Between the second node and the third node.
3: Between the third node and the fourth node.
4: Between the fourth node and the first node.
5: When you capture the first node, it is outside the room.
6: When you capture the third node, it is outside the room.
7: When you capture the fourth node, it is outside the room.

The next four Dropships appear in the second area, past the Swingshot sequence.
Walk a few steps forwards, into the area in the middle. The Dropships will fly
into the middle area through the arches, they will appear from left to right.

8: To the left of you.
9: In front of you, a little to the left.
10: In front of you, a little to the right.
11: In the arch that is to the right of you, you will have to walk a little
further into the area to see it.

The last two Dropships appear in the last area, behind the force field.

12: Appears from the right, in front of the column of blue light.
13: Appears from the left, a little behind the twelfth one.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Death Is Near (reward 5,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in either the "Running the Gauntlet" or in the "Prison
Break" challenge. You must kill 15 enemies with 5 different Omega Mods within
60 seconds. Just equip at least five weapons with five different Omega Mods and
use those weapons to kill 15 enemies within 60 seconds.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Double Trouble (reward 3,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Prison Break" challenge. You have to kill all the
enemies in this challenge with only the Dual Vipers. You can always go back to
the Weapons Vendor at the start when you get low on ammo.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Warming Up (reward 1,700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in either the "Running the Gauntlet" or in the "Prison
Break" challenge. You must kill 10 Ghost DZ Strikers with the Napalm Omega Mod.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Sharpshooter                 (reward 8,500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in any of the challenges, except the "Escape" challenge.
Just kill twenty enemies in one challenge with the Fusion Rifle.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* The Great Escape (reward 8,500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Prison Break" challenge. It is the shortest of
the challenges. Just complete the challenge without taking any damage.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Too Hot to Handle (reward 3,400 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in either the "Running the Gauntlet" or in the "Prison
Break" challenge. You must kill 25 enemies in a row with the Napalm Omega Mod.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Fodder Follies (reward 1,700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Running the Gauntlet" challenge. You must kill 15
Ghost DZ Strikers IN A ROW with the same weapon. Use the Fusion Rifle, that one
kills from afar and it doesn't hurt the other enemies too much when you shoot
at an enemy. This can be a tricky skill point. You have to make sure you ONLY
kill Ghost DZ Strikers, so ignore the Ghost Executioners, Blade Balls and
Dropships when you are getting this skill point. It is alright if your Combat
Bots kill those enemies, as long as you only kill the Ghost DZ Strikers.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* No Medic Here (reward 8,500 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
This is an automatic skill point when you do the "Escape" challenge. That is,
if you didn't get it in a previous challenge on this planet. You must complete
a challenge without using the health crates.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Skill Kill (reward 5,100 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in the "Prison Break" challenge. Equip the Shock Omega Mod
on the Fusion Rifle and fire one shot at the Blade Balls in this challenge for
this easy skill point, just kill at least three enemies with that one shot.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Show me the Money (reward 1,700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
You can only get this skill point in the "Running the Gauntlet" challenge. You
must find and break the five Jackpot Crates in this challenge. You don't have
to do this all in one go, you can go back and get the Jackpot Crate(s) you
missed. You will get the skill point when you break the fifth Jackpot Crate.

The locations of the five Jackpot Crates are:

The first three Jackpot Crates are in the first area.

The nodes in the first area are as follows: the first is the node you can see
from the start, the second one is the node that is to the left of the first one
and the third and fourth nodes are the nodes you see when you continue around
the area in a clockwise direction.

- The first Jackpot Crate is just before the room with the second node, on the
edge of the platform, behind one of those low barriers. It is possible that
this Jackpot Crate has been broken during the fight with the enemies near it.
- The second Jackpot Crate is inside the room with the second node. The Jackpot
Crate is just above the ground, on the left side of the doorway.
- The third Jackpot Crate is inside the room with the fourth node. The Jackpot
Crate is on the metal walkway in the back of the room. Walk up the metal
walkway and then turn to the right, the Jackpot Crate is on the walkway.
You can also break this Jackpot Crate from the ground, just shoot it.

The fourth Jackpot Crate is in the second area, past the Swingshot sequence.

- The fourth Jackpot Crate is on the other side of the platform, almost
opposite the spot where you enter this area when you swing in from the
Swingshot targets. It is behind one of the pillars.

The fifth Jackpot Crate is in the third area, behind the force field.

- The fifth Jackpot Crate is behind the first barrel on the left, just past
the force field. Just shoot that barrel and the Jackpot Crate will break.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Put Em On Ice (reward 1,700 bolts).
---------------------------------------------------
Get this skill point in either the "Running the Gauntlet" or in the "Prison
Break" challenge. You must kill 15 enemies in a row with the Freeze Omega Mod.

When you turn on this cheat the weapon you fire with (R1) in all vehicles will
morph enemies when you shoot them. Turn it off in those challenges where you
have to kill a set number of enemies in a limited time, the morphed enemies

you, not help you. The choices are On and Off.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------

There is one last cheat, the Ninja Ratchet. You unlock that one when you have
collected all six Exterminator Cards. The choices are On and Off.

The Exterminator Cards (and their requirements) are:

 - Vox (Get all 165 Skill Points)
 - Slugga (Vox's Pet) (Complete all 89 challenges on Exterminator difficulty)

Although you can get 3 of the Exterminator Cards in Normal Mode (Shellshock,
Ace Hardlight and The Eviscerator) you will only receive those Exterminator
Cards in Challenge Mode, on your first visit to the Containment Suite on the
DreadZone Station. The Exterminator Cards are displayed around the edge of the
central platform. When you have completed the requirements for an Exterminator
Card in Challenge Mode you will be informed of that fact when you return to the
Containment Suite on the DreadZone Station. You must fly in from one of the
planets, only then will the new Exterminator Card be given to you. It will not
be given to you when you return from the Battledome on the DreadZone Station.

In this chapter are brief descriptions of the enemies in this game.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Swarmers.
-----------
Looks : The smallest enemies, they walk up to you.
Attacks : They try to bite you, that is their only attack.
Types : Tri-Spike Swarmers.
          Claw Tooth Swarmers.
          Rhino Swarmers.
Ghost Swarmers (not on the Stats page).

You will find the Swarmers throughout the game, the only difference between
the different types is their looks. The different types have different colors.
The Ghost Executioners on the Ghost Station sometimes release Ghost Swarmers.
Ghost Swarmers also appear in the final battle.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* DZ Strikers.
--------------
Looks : Medium sized robots, some of them can fly.
Attacks : They can have two types of guns, one that shoots three bullets and
they can also have a laser-aiming gun that fires only one bullet.
Sometimes they fire Blade Balls at you (see Blade Balls).
Types : DZ Strikers.
          DZ Berserkers.
          DZ Vipers.
          DZ Stingers.
          DZ Annihilators.
          DZ Ghost Strikers.

You will also find the DZ Strikers throughout the game. The different types
are tougher as you go down the list, the Ghost DZ Strikers only appear on the
Ghost Station, although you can find them in the "Zombie Attack" challenge in
the DreadZone Station Battledome. They are almost invisible, they only show as
a faint greenish shape.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Executioners.
---------------
Looks : Big robots, they hold a big wrench.
Attacks : They shoot big yellow laser bullets from their wrench, when you get
too close they slash you with their wrench.
Types : Executioners.
          Ghost Executioners.

You will also find the Executioners on most of the planets. These guys pack
quite a punch, so kill them quickly. They will normally shoot at your Combat
Bots first, but sometimes they go straight for Ratchet. The Ghost Executioners
only appear on the Ghost Station, although you can also find them in the
"Zombie Attack" challenge in the DreadZone Station Battledome. They are also
almost invisible, just like the DZ Ghost Strikers.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Robot Zombies.
----------------
Looks : Medium sized decrepit looking robots, they climb out of the ground
and then they stagger or run in your direction.
Attacks : When they get close they hit you with their arms.
Types : Robot Zombies.
          Ghost Zombies.

You will find the Robot Zombies on Catacrom Four and in some of the DreadZone
Station Battledome challenges. The Ghost Zombies only appear on the Ghost
Station. You can have some fun with these guys. You can shoot them in half, so
that they are either reduced to a couple of legs walking around aimlessly or
they drag themselves along the ground with their arms, you can decapitate them
so they walk around headless. The Ghost Zombies are almost invisible, just
like the other Ghost enemies.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Pincer Rays.
--------------
Looks : Red space enemies, they fly in groups. They will form into a pattern
where they are all connected with electric links, then they fly at
          your Hovership with great speed.
Attacks : They will ram your Hovership if you let them fly at you.
Types : Pincer Rays.

You will only find the Pincer Rays in the challenges you have to do with the
Hovership. They spawn in certain spots on the map, so if you stay near that
spot you will get wave upon wave of them. When you are killing them for the
skill points make extra sure you ONLY kill them with the missiles (L1). When
you kill them with the cannon (R1) they don't count for the skill point.
Try to target as many of them before they do their formation attack and shoot
them with the missiles (for the skill point) or missiles and cannon (when you
have the skill point or there isn't a Pincer Rays related skill point on that
planet).

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Shriekers.
------------
Looks : They look just like Swarmers, they are green.
Attacks : They also walk up to you and try to bite you.
Types : Shriekers.

They appear on Sarathos and in the DreadZone Station Battledome. They aren't
mentioned in any of the skill points. They are mentioned in the skill points
on Sarathos as Swarmers (because they look the same).

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Blade Balls.
--------------
Looks : Small balls that fly at you.
Attacks : When they are near you they stop and blades come out of them. Then
they start to spin, hurting you with their blades.
Types : Blade Balls.

The Blade Balls are old friends to those who have played the earlier Ratchet &
Clank games, they are the only returning enemies in this game. They are ideal
for the "get multiple enemies in one shot" skill points (they share that
characteristic with the Swarmers). Just equip the Fusion Rifle with the Shock
Omega Mod and fire one shot at them, most of the times you will kill a whole
group of them with that one shot. Sometimes the DZ Strikers will fire Blade
Balls at you when they can't hit you with their laser shots.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Cycloids.
-----------
Looks : They look like a circular spinning dish with a long straight tail
under the dish. They will appear in groups, they will always fly.
Attacks : They will shoot red laser beams from the tips of their tails.
Types : Cycloids.
Ghost Cycloids (not on the Stats page).

When they appear they are almost always in a tight group, but they soon
disperse and fly in all directions. The Ghost Cycloids only appear in the
"Escape" challenge on the Ghost Station.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Tremors.
----------
Looks : Medium sized enemies with long arms.
Attacks : They run up to you and slash you with their arms or they produce a
narrow ground attack which they fire in your direction.
Types : Tremors.

The Tremors aren't that dangerous when they do their slash attack but their
ground attacks can hurt you if you're not careful. These ground attacks travel
quite fast and they can do them from far away.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Reapers.
----------
Looks : Medium sized enemies with spikes all over their backs. They have
short arms and short stocky legs.
Attacks : They will fire a volley of red scales at you, these scales travel in
an arc and land all around you. The scales will hurt you when you
walk into them. When you get too close to them they will spray a
cloud of green vapor in your direction.
Types : Reapers.

Try to kill the Reapers before they have the chance to do their primary attack.
You can see when they are about to use their primary attack. They stand still
and bend slightly forwards before they unleash a volley of those red scales
from their backs.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Leviathans.
-------------
Looks : Large enemy with a flat body with four short legs, a long curved neck
          and a little head.
Attacks : They will either spit green blobs of acid at you or they will fire
a green laser beam at you. Both of these attacks are quite powerful
so watch out for them. When you get too close to them they will try
to hit you with swipes from their long necks.
Types : Leviathans.
          King Leviathan (level boss).

You can only find the Leviathans on Sarathos and in the DreadZone Station
Battledome. They are usually accompanied by groups of Shriekers. On Sarathos
they will jump out of the mud holes or only stick their necks out of these
mud holes. Not all of them come out of mud holes, you can also see them walking
around in the area, they will run up to you.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Laser Backs.
--------------
Looks : These big enemies look a little like a beetle. They float above the
ground, when they are about to shoot at you they tilt back and their
two machine guns, one on each side of their body, open up like a
flower. They usually appear in pairs.
Attacks : They will produce streams of bullets from their twin machine guns.
They will stop shooting for moment and then they will shoot at you
again. They will keep this up until you kill them.
Types : Laser Backs.

The name of the Laser Backs is very confusing, they have nothing to do with
lasers. Kill them before they start to shoot or pay the price. Use a strong
weapon to kill them.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Landstalkers.
---------------
Looks : They are the same as the Landstalkers you use in certain challenges.
Their turrets are nearly always protected by a shield.
Attacks : They fire continuous streams of laser bolts from their turrets.
They will also fire a mortar-like laser bolt, that one is thicker and
it travels in an arc. They will fire it when you are hiding behind
a Holoshield (not when you put it close to them) or behind a ridge.
Types : Landstalkers.

Watch out for these enemies, they can really kill you very quickly with their
attacks. Their shields must be de-activated with an EMP Grenade before you can
kill them. When they are hit by an EMP Grenade they are incapacitated for a
short while, after that they start to fire their laser bolts again. They will
appear as large bright red dots on the map.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* 70 millimetre Stalker Turrets.
--------------------------------
Looks : They are fixed turrets from Landstalkers. They are nearly always
          protected by a shield.
Attacks : They fire continuous streams of laser bolts.
They will also fire a mortar-like laser bolt, that one is thicker and
it travels in an arc. They will fire it when you are hiding behind
a Holoshield (not when you put it close to them) or behind a ridge.
Types : 70 millimetre Stalker Turrets.

These enemies are just fixed Landstalker turrets, so the things that apply to
the Landstalkers also apply to them.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Dropships.
------------
Looks : Big flying ships, their doors open like wings. They will usually drop
off enemies and then fly away again.
Attacks : Sometimes they hang around and fire streams of rockets at you.
Types : Dropships.

Destroy the Dropships before they can drop off their cargo. You will need a
strong weapon to destroy them. Especially the rocket shooting Dropships must be
destroyed quickly or you will pay the price.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Beam Turrets.
---------------
Looks : Ground based enemies, they pop up when you get too close to them.
Attacks : They fire a thick orange laser beam in your direction.
Types : Beam Turrets.

The Beam Turrets (and the Missile Turrets) form the passive defense systems in
this game. You can spot where they will appear when you capture a node. There
will be a black three-pointed star on the ground. They will show as red dots
on the map, even when they are still underground. Kill them when they pop up,
there is a short pause before they attack.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------
* Missile Turrets.
------------------
Looks : Ground based enemies, they pop up when you get too close to them.
Attacks : They will shoot rockets at you.
Types : Missile Turrets.

The Missile Turrets (and the Beam Turrets) form the passive defense systems in
this game. You can spot where they will appear when you capture a node. There
will be a black three-pointed star on the ground. They will show as red dots
