Welcome to the Radiata Stories Database FAQ.  This will hopefully answer 
most, if not all of your questions.  Most, if not all of this info will not 
be found in another guide.  Enjoy the FAQ!

|*Story Progression[RSD03]*|
 ==========================
For the beginning, you just "go with the flow", but after you join the 
Vancoor Guild and get the crocogator mission, it will only progress if you 
get the crocogator skin(as long as you stay away from the upper path past 
the journey pig statue in Elf Region, it will never progress.

After that mission, doing two solo missions, then talking to Thanos 
during the day progresses the story. After that, it's mainly just either 
going to your home during the day, sleeping, etc.

If you want to stall most progressions, keep these things in mind.

- Only talk to Thanos between 6pm and Midnight to be able to do the first 
4 solo missions(there will be a 4th one that comes up after a couple of 
automatic cutscenes) to stop the Princess Escort Mission.

- Only go to your house between midnight til 6 am to stop events that occur
when you enter your house(Yuri, Gonnovitch, B-day party)

- Save the Stones of Miracles mission for last when it comes up in the 
list that Thanos has, it's a story progressive one.

As long as you keep this in mind and check with thanos for new missions 
each time something new happens, you shouldn't miss anything. Some scenes are
automatic ones, but they shouldn't stop you from being able to do what you 
want.

*Faerie Path* These side quest don't really have a name to them so I will 
describe them. Though for some I'm not sure if they are optional side quest 
or not, but they seem like it to me.

When I refer to the main room I mean the room with the friends list in it in 
fort helencia.

----After Taking Fort Helencia----

Which Shop?(Help Keane and Marsha decide who should open a store in Fort 
Helencia) (Before going to Goblin Haven if you go to the door with arrow 
pointing to it from the main room, you will receive this mission)

Strong Franz(Help Franz understand how weak he is. Talk to Franz to trigger 
this)

The Best Beer(Help the drunk dwarf find "The Best Beer". This quest was 
triggered after the Franz quest, just exit out the big door in the main room 
of fort helencia.)

----After Goblin Haven----

Clear Alganders Castle (Talk to Mikey in the foyer of Fort Helencia when 
you come back)

----After Clear Alganders Castle----

Find the Goblin Book (Talk to Marco the black goblin bookseller at night 
to trigger this quest, he just outside the door of goblin haven second level)

Find the Shining Ore (Talk to Dyvad in the main room of fort helencia. Note: 
I heard that if you talk to Dyvad right after Algander Castle and recruit him 
he might not give you the quest).

----After Fire Mountain and Fighting Gawain---

Help the Green Orcs (Go to Lord Zane)

From the starting,
R, R, L to reach a tsuchinoko dumpling
L, R, R, R to reach a strength berry
and finally L, R, R, L, R to reach Cairn.

Next part you should be able to figure out yourself. and the next section 
after that shows you exactly which door to go through(memorize the symbols).
Just make sure to go through a second gold symbol after the first one first 
to get the Valiant armor, then back up and through the special symbol.

After that, it's basically a normal dungeon, except for the day door and 
night door. you can only go through those at the "right time". And close to 
the end, you have to go against the walls to see soemthings twirl. Kick those
to make doors appear.

If you make it to a special door like the day and night one, but can't go 
through, backtrack and make sure to look for a boundary crest. It's needed to
pass through(but not equipped).

Lastly, go back out from time to time.....trust me. The very last boss here 
will murder you if you're not prepared.

|*Rare Enemies[RSD08]*|
 =====================
1) Dagol Turtle
Found behind a tree near Shangri La. 1 xp, 8888 Dagol for beating. 
Haven't heard of it being anywhere else but its up alot.  Also, a VIP Badge 
can be stolen or a rare drop.

2) Queen Ant
Found in Septum Cavern. Actually can be a long fight if low in level. 
One of each berry is major reward for it.

3) Tsuchinoko(Poison Worms)
Some call it a worm, but its actually a poisonous snake that is legendary 
in Japan. It appears in many Japanese games as a rare monster. Its based 
off a "real" snake that is wide and flat and can jump. Its kinda like the 
Tazmanian Devil of Japan. You can kill it if you want, or you can use a 
Cure Drop on it for a Tsuchinoko Dumpling.  Here are all the found locations 
for it.

4) under the fallen tree out by the dark elves
5) the road going north by tria village

It should appear in one of those places each day. Ryan, Dimitri, and Curtis 
all have the Magic Mirror, an accessory that helps make the worm appear in 
more locations.

4) Mammoth
You don't see these on screen, but if you're fighting in the Septem Region 
or Ocho Region, there's a low chance this will be in the fight. Its massive 
and well above the level of the monsters than it.

Strength Berry: From where you sleep, head all the way left, then down the 
stairs to the bottom. It's the sewers. There's only two short paths.

-Radiata Town-

*Vancoor Theatre Guild*

Luck Berry: Kick the open chest by Thanos.

Strength Berry: B1, Right door(it's the infirmy). Kick the small shelf 
between two beds.

*San Patty Accesories*

Life Berry: The store is right by the Eatery by Vancoor Theatre Guild. 
There's a treasure chest behind the cloth.

*Void Community/Vampire Club*

Luck Berry: Kick one of the boxes in the room Joaquel guards(Need to be after 
promotion, and possibly after the party. Talk to Joaquel to stand guard for 
him while goes somewhere. If you don't move at all, he'll join you. Instead 
of standing still, go in the room to get these two berries. I've heard that 
Joaquel can still be recruited if you try again the next day to stand guard 
for him).

Evasion Berry: In the treasure chest in the same room as above.

-Dova Region-

Defense Berry: at the end of the path up the mountain(check your map for a 
zig zag path that leads to a dead end). It's in a treasure chest.

*Earth Valley*

Mystery Berry: (Check the treasure room that one of the dwarves(named Albert)
guards at certain times(left past the pub and liquor place))

Life Berry: (2nd floor of the gold house(can't miss it. :P), kick the file 
cabinet)

-Nowem Region-

*Forest Metropolis*

Life Berry: Kick the barrel near where Marsha sells stuff.

Evasion Berry: From the area where Marsha sells stuff, look for steps at 
the lower left. Inside a pot in the left room.

Life Berry: From where Marsha sells stuff, go through the door at the far 
right side. Look for two barrels just before going down the steps to the wine 
cellar.

-Elf Region-

Luck Berry: In the area where you first meet a crocogator for your first 
Vancoor Guild mission. It's in a chest at the dead end on the right path.

*City of Flowers*

Life Berry: In the first house you can enter, kick the hamper at the right 
sid eof the room.

Evasion Berry: From where you got the Life Berry, go out and up the path to a
fork. Turn right at the fork, into the house. Kick the little hamper thing 
at the south part of the room.

Defense Berry: Pass through the house with the evasion berry, then through 
another house. The next one after that has another one of those hampers at 
the right side of the room.

-Tria Region-

*Solieu Village*

Defense Berry: Right when you first enter the village, theres a chest at the 
right(Next to Jack's Sister's house).

-Septem Region-

*Septem Cave*

Life Berry: Toward the end of the Septem Cave, in a treasure chest.

Strength/Defense/Evasion/Luck/Life Berry: From the Queen Ant. She appears 
randomly at the back end of the Cave. Looks like a larva/yellow rock of a 
sort. Kick her to start a fight.

-Ocho Region-

Life Berry: When you first arrive at the Ochu region, go down the path, then 
go right(your right). At the end is a treasure chest.

-Dorse Region-

Mystery Berry: Right when you first enter the region, head through the top 
path of the three paths to a deadend(Gonn will be here sometimes). It's in 
the treasure chest.

Life Berry: On the way to the Goblin Cememtery. At the three paths, go 
through the middle one, then the bottom path at the fork, then the top path 
at the next fork. In a treasure chest at the end.

*Shangra Li*

Luck Berry: On the other end of Shangri La, kick the shelf full of stuff in 
the middle house.

Life Berry: Climb to the top of Shangri La, kick the pot.

*Goblin Cemetery*

Life Berry: First treasure chest you see here. Shouldn't need more direction,
as this dungeon is very straightforward.

-Sediche Region-

Life Berry: Take the far south path down to where Ricky(the black goblin) is.
It's in a treasure chest nearby.

*Goblin Haven*

Luck Berry: When you first enter the south entrance, try to head south and 
you'll see Jan(a black goblin) sitting there. Kick the big round thing near 
him to get the berry.

Life Berry: Just go all the way left to a treasure chest.

-Desneuff Region-

Luck Berry: As soon as you enter the region, go left at the fork to reach a 
treasure chest.

Life Berry: As soon as you go down the rope, head down the path and go down 
the right chain rope thing to a dead end with a treasure chest.

Growth Stone: In the treasure chest at the very bottom of the place.(For non 
human side, beat Galvados, then reenter the room to get to the chest).

Life Berry: Kick the first cactus you can.

Many bosses sometimes drop berries, and many of the more powerful characters 
like Natalie, Elwen, etc. can drop berries as well(Growth Stone from Elwen).

-How to use a Volty Blast
First, you must have learned it.  To learn it, you must complete the training
dummy missions until you learn it(7-9).  Another way is to keep on using the
weapon.  You will learn it after you learn your last attack.  Now that you
have learned it, you can only use it when you have a full volty meter(100).
Now, press X+[].
