Jenny is in charge of Guest Relations for Hef. She'll help guide Hef

Steve is Hef's Archives manager. You'll rarely see this guy in the game
but he's the one that chooses the Archives in the EXTRAS menu.

Hank is the grounds manager for Hef. You'll only see him three times in
the game: when the Pool is unlocked, and when the Grotto and Clubhouse
are finished.

These three Icons show how drunk, smart, and entertained all your
guests and staff are. Here's how to fill each bar:
For Leisure, take your guest to the Bar and let them have a drink.
For Intellect, take your guest to a Bookshelf or Backgammon Table and
let them read or play.
For Entertainment, take your guest to a chair or couch and let them sit
down.
--MOODS (HALO/SMASHED BAR)
This bar shows the mood of the person. If it's filled, you're golden.
If it's near empty, get it filled! Here's how you fill it:
Simply choose a Command (Casual Talk, Business Talk, or Romantic Talk)
and keep selecting it over and over. This bar will eventually fill
while doing that.
CASUAL (HANDSHAKE ICON)
PROFESSIONAL (GRAPH CHART ICON)
ROMANTIC (HEART ICON)
Known as the CPR Bar. These Icons show how well your guests are getting
along with Hef (and each other). If your guest's CPR Bar is in the red,
walk up to them and talk to them until the particular bar is green.
Before ending a Party, be sure that everybody's Icons are in the green
to ensure a successful party.

When Hef decides to throw a Party, the point is to schmooze your way
into the hearts and wallets of your guests.
Hef can choose two Parties: DAY OR NIGHT, and can choose the specific
attire: FORMAL, SPORTSWEAR, LINGERIE, SWIMWEAR, or CASUAL.
During a Party Machine, Hef should be dressed in appropriate attire and
must have the right type of music playing on the stereo (I prefer
Concord Jazz). When greeting guests, have Hef develop a relationship of
any kind (a relationship bar of 50% or more is better).
Before you end the Party Machine, press the Triangle Button and view
every single person's moods. If everyone's moods are above 50%, go
ahead and END the Party Machine. You are ALWAYS guaranteed a successful
Party Machine each time with gained Fame. YEAH DUDE!

When developing a Casual relationship, mimic your guest's moods. If
they tell a joke or tell a secret, mimic them and do the same thing.
Only use the INVITE TO INNER CIRCLE option if you think the guest is
worth including in the list.

When striking a deal, you'll have to be careful which person to choose
or Hef will lose money if the deal goes south.
Only use the OFFER CONTRACT option if it is part of the mission
objective. If the guest turns you down, keep trying. 99.8% of the time
they won't turn you down if you try a second time (hopefully).

If you're trying to get a girlfriend, you'll have to talk to a female
Celebrity OR Published Playmate. Regular Playmates and Bunnies are out
of the question. Use as much Romantic Talk and gestures until the ASK
TO BE MY GIRLFRIEND option appears.
If a girl refuses Hef's girlfriend proposal, keep on schmoozing her
until she says yes.
REPAIRING RELATIONSHIPS

When trying to repair mission-related relationships, first use the
FOLLOW ME option for the first guest and then walk up to the second
guest and use the MAKE INTRODUCTION option.
Pick a specific conversation for them. When they greet each other, butt
in and select the WORK IT OUT option (press the Triangle Button to see
their progress). Doing it this way saves more time than letting them
just talk it out naturally.

++ PLAYBOY ISSUE SCREEN ++
Press UP on the D-Pad to open this screen. In this screen, you choose
the content for the current month's issue. For each month you need one
of each before distributing:

--ARTICLE
--ESSAY
--INTERVIEW
--PICTORIAL
You also can view your demographic, set your book price, Ad fees, and
view your previous month's covers and centerfolds.
**For info on publishing the month's issue, scroll down to the CURRENT
MONTH'S PLAYBOY section.
++ HUGH M. HEFNER SCREEN ++
Press LEFT on the D-Pad to view this screen. In this screen, you can
view Hef's Fame, attributes, and change his clothing.
As Hef gains Fame from publishing issues and successful Parties, his
Fame rating increases. Each Fame star is a five-sided piece worth 400
points each. To gain a full star, Hef needs to accumulate 2000 Fame
points. The maximum amount of Fame stars is five, so get working on
those issues and Parties!
Whenever Hef throws a Party Machine, go to the CHANGE OUTFIT screen and
dress him in the appropriate attire (depending on what type of Party
Machine it is).
To increase Hef's attributes, he can use certain things. When the
Clubhouse is unlocked, Hef can purchase Fitness materials to increase
his Physique, etc. To increase his Intellect, have Hef read books off
the Playboy Bookshelves.
++ PEOPLE SCREEN ++
Press DOWN on the D-Pad to view this screen. In this screen, Hef can
HIRE and FIRE staff, view a changing Celebrity list, and his Inner
Circle. Press R1 or L1 to scroll through the following lists:
--IN MANSION
This list shows which Staff Members are in the area and also shows
where they are located (if they're elsewhere).
--STAFF
You can view your Staff list and HIRE whoever is affordable. You can
also FIRE whoever is a pain in your ass. Your staff includes the
following:

PLAYBOY BUNNIES
JOURNALISTS
PHOTOGRAPHERS
--CELEBRITIES
This list highlights the Celebrities that you can invite over for a
Party Machine. Whether or not they accept the Party Invitation is
something else.
--INNER CIRCLE
During Party Machines, socialize with your guests and invite them to
your Inner Circle. When the "INVITE TO INNER CIRCLE" option comes up,
take advantage and ask them. After being invited, you can ask them to
stop by the Mansion anytime without throwing a Party Machine (that's if
they're available).
NOTE: If you ignore a certain person in the Inner Circle for too long,
they will leave.
(But you can still invite them for Party Machines, weird.)

In this section, I'll describe the proper way to get the content needed
for an issue. Remember that each issue needs the following:
--COVER SHOT
You can get Cover Shots from female celebrities or Published Playmates
ONLY! You CANNOT use regular Playmates or Bunnies for the Cover. Throw
a Party Machine and get friendly with the female celebrities and then
ask them to shoot a COVER SHOT. Be sure to have a Photographer around
and snap away!
**BIG NOTE: Make sure the celebrity is clothed! When was the last time
you saw a Playboy cover that was nude? **coughPARISHILTONcough**
--CENTERFOLD
You can ask Playboy Playmates to pose for the Centerfold (you CAN'T ask
those anal-retentive Bunnies). HIRE any Playmate in the PEOPLE SCREEN
and then ask them for a Centerfold shot when they arrive (it's up to
you to build a relationship with them). Be sure to have a Photographer
around!
**BIG NOTE #1: Make sure your model is TOPLESS. Centerfolds that are
clothed are a big NO-NO!
**BIG NOTE #2: Once the Centerfold is published and distributed, the
Playmate leaves the Mansion and is no longer a STAFF member. They move
onto the Celebrity list as "PUBLISHED PLAYMATE".
--ARTICLE
For Articles, you need to speak with a Journalist. Go to the PEOPLE
SCREEN and HIRE one (look at their star ratings and asking price). Walk
up to your Journalist and ask them to write the Article (choose
whatever Topic you want).
**NOTE: The more Journalists you hire, the more desks you need to buy
at the Upper Mansion.
--INTERVIEW
For Interviews, you need to use a Celebrity. Throw a Party Machine and
schmooze a Celebrity (any kind will do). After lots of Casual or
Professional trust, ask them for an Interview. Be sure to have a
Journalist around!
--PICTORIAL
For Pictorials, walk up to your Photographer and ask them to shoot a
Pictorial (choose any Topic). Be sure to have the Location Fees for the
shoot.
--ESSAY
For Essays, you need to ask a Celebrity to write one for you. Usually,
any Celebrity will write one but for a steep fee (after a 50% Casual or
Professional relationship). Pay their fee and get that Essay!
NOTE: If at anytime any of the content has a 2-3 bunny rating, Dick
will tell you it's your "BEST EVER" (which means more points).
If the content is below 2 bunnies, Dick will tell you to shove that
content up the person's cheap proverbial ass.
VIEWING DEMOGRAPHICS AND SETTING PRICE AND AD FEES:
Go to the Demographics Screen (the one with the Bar Chart) to see what
kind of issue will sell. Look at the Bar Chart and see which bar is the
biggest.
From there, you can choose to distribute an issue that caters to that
crowd (like a Sports issue, Political issue, Fashion issue, etc.).
When distributing the issue, Hef will need demographic-specific
content. He'll need to get his Photographers and Journalists to give
him that specific content and he'll need Celebrities of that field to
give him content, too. It's as easy as it sounds but costly to boot.
As for Pricing and Ad Fees, the market can differ. Choose a Price and
Ad Fee and view its demographic shift on the chart. If it looks like it
will sell the issue at high demand, keep it set at that rate for the
entire game.

ANY CELEBRITY (for an Interview)
ANY CELEBRITY (for an Essay)
PHOTOGRAPHER (for the Cover, Centerfold, and Pictorial shoots)

If you can't secure these people on the first PARTY, keep throwing
PARTIES until you get the content needed. Once all that's done, compile
the issue and distribute it.
--JAK'S POOL PARTY
If Jak is in your Inner Circle, he'll ask for a party by the pool. He
only brings two guests (Felix Da Housecat and Uncle Kracker) so keep
your Party guest list small. Throw a Party Machine and get his guest's
CPR Bar above 50% (invite them to your Inner Circle if you want).
END the Party when everyone's moods are high.

Simply build a Romantic relationship with a Playboy Playmate to
complete this goal.
--MAKE GIRLFRIENDS (UNLOCKED: TRAMPOLINE)
This objective can be quite tough. You can try schmoozing a Romantic
relationship with a female celebrity. (You'll have to throw a Party to
do this.)
Once the ASK TO BE MY GIRLFRIEND option appears, select it. Remember,
you need 2 girlfriends to complete this objective!
--MAKE AN ASSOCIATE
You need a Celebrity for this objective. Throw a Party Machine and
schmooze a Professional Relationship with any of them. When the STRIKE
A DEAL option comes up, select it. When Hef shakes hands with them, the
objective is completed.
(Now whether the deal actually makes money is something else.)
--GET A FULL STAFF
Go to the PEOPLE SCREEN and HIRE more Staff members. You'll need 2
Photographers, 2 Journalists (be sure to buy a desk for them first!), 2
Playmates, and 1 Playboy Bunny to complete the objective.
--USE YOUR "INNER CIRCLE" (UNLOCKED: COLOR SPLASH SKIRT)
Press the X Button and select the CALL FRIEND option. Invite a friend
over to the Mansion (Jak Hammer is a good example) and use either the
REQUEST ESSAY or REQUEST INTERVIEW option to complete the objective.

If you deleted the Essay, the only way to solve this problem is to
reload a previous save (if you made one) or to start the game all over
again from Mission 1. Is this a glitch? Yes, a really stupid one. I
suggest you bang your head on the wall if this happened to you.
--FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED
Speak to every staff member casually until Jenny pops up to confirm the
problem.
--PATCH UP OR FIRE STAFF (UNLOCKED: RETRO ZIP FRONT)
Go to the HEF SCREEN to see which two staff members are duking it out.
Have them converse with one another using the PROFESSIONAL CONVERSATION
and WORK IT OUT option.
--CONVERT CHANCE ENCOUNTERS**
Develop a relationship of any kind with Rob Dyrdek and Jose "Mr.
Steroids" Canseco when they stop by (no need for a Party). From there,
use the REQUEST ESSAY or REQUEST INTERVIEW option for both stars.
**For the ESSAY, make sure the topic is on SPORTS!
--PUBLISH A "SPORTS" ISSUE
Compile all the sports-related stuff you can get and then distribute it
(be sure to have Hef's Playboy Philosophy as the ESSAY).
--PATCH UP GIRLFRIEND RELATIONSHIPS (UNLOCKED: ROUND BED)
Before inviting Blaze Starr (via Party Machine), have both girlfriends
settle their Casual and Professional relationships and use the WORK IT
OUT option.
Once that's done, invite Blaze's stupid red-haired ass for a Party and
have him WORK IT OUT with both girls individually. Use the WORK IT OUT
option to make the objective easier!
--PATCH UP FRIENDSHIPS
Invite the two people feuding in your Inner Circle to the Mansion and
have them WORK IT OUT. After that kick them out.
--THERE'S A HITCH (UNLOCKED: GROTTO)
Throw a Party Machine using the MEET HILLARY option. Invite her over
and develop a Casual relationship above 70% (you don't need to invite
her to your Inner Circle).
Once that's done, END the Party to complete the objective.

You can complete this objective during the Fundraiser Party Machine.

Throw a mini-party for Ken only and invite a few Staff members.
Schmooze with him and then use the REQUEST ESSAY option when you've
reached past 70% on the Casual Relationship bar. Pay his fee and get
that ESSAY. When he finishes it, END the Party.
--HOLD GRADUATION PARTY
Go ahead and throw the GRADUATION Party Machine for Robbie Light.
Schmooze all four of Robbie's asshole-ish guests and then END the Party

Invite Builder Paris, Markus Jacobski, and any female actress over for
a Party Machine. Schmooze and sign all three to contracts using the
OFFER CONTRACT option to complete the objectives.
Invite Builder to your Inner Circle if you have to.
--A LITTLE MOOD MUSIC
--GIVE MARK A MUSE
These two objectives can be done in the same Party with Builder Paris.
Schmooze with Markus and then use the OFFER CONTRACT option to complete
the first objective. After that, set him up with a Playmate and let
them hit it off Romantically to finish the second objective.
--GET THE CHEMISTRY COOKING (UNLOCKED: SHOULDER WRAP)
Invite Builder Paris and the signed actress to the Mansion and have
them build a Romantic relationship with each other. Once their Romance
bar reaches 50% the objective is completed.
(If you need to throw a Party, then do it.)
--PULL SOME STRINGS
Throw a mini-Party and invite Robert Aganasio for a Casual get-together
with a few Staff. Develop a Casual relationship with him and get the
Casual bar above 50% to complete the objective. (You don't need to
invite him to the Inner Circle.) After that, END the party.
--PAY STEVEN'S BAIL
If you got the money, cough it up and pay for Steven's bail. Objective
completed.
--HOST MOVERS AND SHAKERS PARTY
Throw the M & S Party and have Jenny pick the guests. For the M & S
Party, you can do complete the objective the easy way or the hard way.
The Easy way is to develop a relationship of any kind with five of the
potential seven guests. Since all the guests' moods are high, just talk
until the relationship bar reaches past 50% and move on to the next
person. But don't take too long or your guests will leave the party!
The Hard way is to listen to Jenny and try and exploit all your guests'
weaknesses. Dame Sanford is a drinker, Rhapsody Rod is a fan of Zupa
True, Duke Sanford wants to score with a Playmate, and Marv Wasserman
wants to see Tika Chai bang other guys.
Do yourself a favor and use the Easy way. You'll complete the objective
without much hassle.
--FUND THE FOUNDATION
When Dick pops up (did I say that out loud?), he'll tell Hef to pay up
for the Foundation. Cough up the cash to complete the objective.
--LEERY POLITICIANS
Oh great, ANOTHER Party to host! Pfft! Throw this Party and invite the
four Politicians over. Develop a Casual relationship with all four
guests (above 50%) and then END the Party to complete the objective.

Publish two back-to-back issues with a rating of three Rabbit heads.
This should be easy by now.
But for objective's sake, make sure all the content that you choose for
both issues are above two Rabbit heads or more. Anything lower won't
satisfy the objective.
--PUT UP A GOOD FRONT
For this objective, it should already be half accomplished. But if not,
hire two of each Staff member and get three girlfriends (you should
have two of them by now).
Go to the HEF SCREEN and check on his Fame rating. If it's lower than
two stars then Hef CANNOT get another girlfriend (the game will say to
get more Fame). If Hef's Fame rating is two stars and higher, ask any

objective.
For the fourth objective, develop Professional relationships with
Svelta Coulette and Trippy Dee. Use the OFFER CONTRACT option to finish
the first half of this objective. For the second half you'll need to
get an Interview, Essay, or a Cover for both girls and then publish it.
For the fifth and sixth objectives, develop a Casual and Professional
relationship with Millard West (above 90%) and then use the OFFER

For this mission, it's best to accomplish the objectives a few at a
time. I'll explain below.
--GET JOHN YETT'S ATTENTION
I suggest completing the other objectives first and then deal with this
one last. This objective will cause many headaches but this was my
method for completing it:
Throw a Party Machine and invite two female singers. Schmooze with them
and then use the ASK FOR COVER SHOOT option for both girls. Use each
Cover Shot for both back-to-back issues.
From there, FIRE all of your Journalists and Photographers that are
below a 3-Star rating. HIRE 3-Star Journalists and Photographers that
have a love for music and ask them to shoot Music-related Pictorials
and write Music-related Articles.
Review their finished content and see if their Musical ratings are
above a 4+ Rating. Choose the best ones for both issues.
For Essays and Interviews, you'll have to throw Parties and schmooze
Musical guests for the content. Usually they tend to give high-rated
material.
**Your biggest secret weapon is Carmen Electra! Invite her over and
REQUEST an ESSAY (for the Music topic of course) from her. Her material
usually carries a rating of 9+ or higher!
Be sure that both issues carry a 20+ Rating or more (that means a total
of 40+ to complete the objective). This objective is a pain in the ass
but it gets even worse once you complete it, TRUST ME.
--SIGN AN MC COMEDIAN
--SIGN RED TIN MAN
Throw a Casual Party and invite all three members of Red Tin Man and
any Stand-up Comic. Develop Professional relationships with all of them
and then use the OFFER CONTRACT option to complete these two
objectives.
--SIGN ISHA RAVAMAN
--HOOK ISHA UP
--BEFRIEND MOSES
Throw a mini-Party and invite Isha and Moses and few Staff. Develop a
Professional relationship with Isha and use the OFFER CONTRACT option.
After that, have her develop a Romantic relationship with a Playmate to
complete those objectives.
For Moses, develop a Casual relationship (around 10%) to complete the
objective. Invite him to Hef's Inner Circle.
--GET JAMES BOOKBINDER
--GET WILLY HEED
--GET TERRAIN JOHNSON
--REUNITE AND SIGN THE FABULOUS FEATHER BOAS
These objectives can be done several ways. This is my method that
worked:
Throw a Casual Evening Party and invite Moses, James Bookbinder, and
Willy Heed (don't forget some Staff). Have Moses and James develop a
Casual and Professional relationship using the WORK IT OUT option for
both relationships. After that's done, have Hef develop a Professional
relationship with James and use the OFFER CONTRACT option.
For Willy Heed, have him develop a Romantic relationship with a
Playmate (above 50%) to finish that objective. Don't forget to have
Willy develop a Professional relationship with Hef too! Use the OFFER
CONTRACT option.
For Terrain, Dick will ask Hef to wire $100,000 to pay Terrain's debts.
Cough it up to finish this objective. You DON'T need to OFFER CONTRACT
to Terrain or invite him over.
And finally, if Moses is still at the Party, use the OFFER CONTRACT
option to finish the last objective.
--CLASHING EGOS
This should be easy by now. Throw a mini-Party and invite Raze
Hammerhorn and James Bookbinder. Have them develop a Professional
relationship (above 1%) using the WORK IT OUT option.
Wow, that was too easy.
--SIGN JOHN YETT
You know what to do here. Invite Yett for a mini-Party and have him
sign a CONTRACT to complete the objective.
After this objective is done, you'll have to wait a while before Dick
announces a new objective.

Go ahead and throw the Harvey Party. Schmooze Harvey's guests (and
Harvey!). Link Harvey with a Playmate romantically to help seal the
deal. END the Party when everyone's CPR Bar is high.

Distribute 3 issues worth 45+ (that's 15+ or more per issue) in Tech
demographics or 2 issues worth 50+ (25+ for each). Why do we have to do
this?
--GET THREE TECH FRIENDS**
This objective might be really easy or really un-nerving. Throw a Party
and invite three tech-savvy celebrities. Develop a Casual relationship
with all three and invite them to the Inner Circle.
**It's possible that the first Tech person you invite to Hef's Inner
Circle will complete the objective. So consider yourself lucky if that
happens!
--GET TO KNOW ANGELICA CHURCH
--SIGN ANGELICA ON**
--FULFILL ANGELICA'S FANTASY
This may end up being a two-part mission. First Throw a Party and
invite Angelica and Melody Essex. (If Melody isn't available then
you'll have to do the second half of the mission later.)
Develop a Professional relationship with Angelica (around 50%) to
finish the first objective. After that, have Angelica get it on with
Melody anywhere in the Mansion (they want the Grotto but it don't
matter). Once Jenny gives the greenlight, INTERRUPT Angelica and use
the OFFER CONTRACT option to finish all three objectives.
**If Melody wasn't available for the first party, invite Angelica for
another party and Melody will be available. Have them develop a
Romantic relationship (it won't even take a minute for the objective to
be completed) and then wait for Jenny to give the greenlight to OFFER
CONTRACT to Angelica.
--HOST NETTIE AWARDS
Go ahead and Throw the Nettie Awards and schmooze whoever you can.
While you're at it, develop a Professional relationship with Jimmy
Graham to open up the next objective (which CANNOT be done in this
Party).
--IMPRESS JIMMY GRAHAM
After the Nettie Awards, invite Jimmy over and have him develop a
Romantic relationship with two Playmates (100% for the first Playmate
and 70% for the second Playmate). This might take awhile considering

Next, go to Yeardly and develop a Casual relationship (around 70%) and
then use the REQUEST ESSAY option. Pay his fee and get that Essay. From
there, go ahead and END the Party.
--CURE FOR COLD FEET
--LINE UP DIRECTOR
Go ahead and Throw a mini-Party for Yeardly Fullheart and Zach Trick.
You'll have to re-develop a Professional relationship with Yeardly
(around 80%) but you DO NOT need to use the OFFER CONTRACT option.
When Jenny gives the greenlight, Romantically link Yeardly and a
Playmate and let the relationship develop naturally and the objective
is completed.
For Zach Trick, he can either be the biggest asshole or Hef's best
buddy! Keep trying to develop a Professional relationship with him and
use the OFFER CONTRACT option to complete the objective.
--LINE UP BIOGRAPHER ++SECRET OBJECTIVE++
You don't need to do this but every point counts, right? Invite a
Biographer over to any of the Parties in this mission and develop a
Casual relationship (around 70%) to complete the secret objective. Now
whether the outcome of the biography itself is positive or not remains
to be seen.
--HOLD ANNIVERSARY PARTY
--LET FRATES STAY
Go ahead and Throw the Anniversary Party. Schmooze with all your
friends and let them converse with each other.
As for Will Frates, let him stay at the Mansion. When he stops by the
Party, let him converse with guys in the room and you won't have to put
up with all his B.S. later on. END the Party whenever you want.
--GET THE GIRLS
Hef should have four girlfriends by now. If not, you got a lotta work
to do, SO DO IT! Get that fourth girlfriend to complete the objective.
--SIGN UP O'BURG
--SIGN TWO COMEDIANS
Throw a Party and invite Carmet Split and two 4-Star Comedians.
You'll need a LOT of patience because schmoozing two 4-Star Comedians
is a huge pain in the ass.
Develop Professional relationships and use the OFFER CONTRACT option
for all three to finish the objectives. END the Party whenever you
want.
--BUY DRESSES FROM NERMAN
After signing O'Burg, Jenny will ask Hef to pay up for expensive
dresses from Nerman. Just cough it up to complete the objective.
--REUNITE THE BAND
I HATE REUNITING STUPID PEOPLE!!! To complete this objective, you need
to Throw a Party and invite all 5 members of the band to the Mansion
only! Hef needs to have every single member of this band to develop a
Casual AND Professional relationship with each other (1% is all that's

This is a two-part objective. Throw a Party and invite Billie Cross and
Danni Chan. During the Party, take a Centerfold shoot of Billie and
then schmooze a Casual relationship with Danni.
From there, either REQUEST ESSAY or REQUEST INTERVIEW from Danni to
complete the first half of the objective. END the Party from there.
The second half involves distributing a new issue with Billie and
Danni's content in the magazine. Once that's done, the objective is
complete and the next objective becomes available.
**BIG NOTE: Once you publish the issue, Billie is no longer a member of
the Staff and considers herself a Celebrity. What does that mean? It
means that you have to Throw another Party and invite her to the Inner
Circle to complete the next objective.
--IMPRESS UNDERSOUND
This is a two-part objective. First, invite Billie over and raise her
Intellect by at least 10-15%. To do this, let her read books off the
Playboy Bookshelf (if you don't have one, then BUY IT!). Billie needs
an Intellect of at least 75%.
Secondly, Throw the UnderSound Party at the Clubhouse (make sure you
purchased a DJ Station). Schmooze all the UnderSound Executives and
then let Billie use the DJ Station.
How do you let her use the DJ Station? First, make sure the DJ Station
is OFF. Select the DJ STATION option and then choose the MORE... option
and then the TELL TO USE option.
From there, Billie will use the Turntables and scratch her way into the
Executive's hearts. Have her use the DJ Station 4 times and then END
the Party when everyone is happy.

Just like the title says...HIRE Maria Ludeo and raise her Physique by
at least 5% to complete the objective. Purchase some Fitness equipment
at the Clubhouse and let her use it until a screen confirms the
objective is complete.
--PROMOTE MARIA
NOOOOO!!!! NOT ANOTHER DEMOGRAPHICS-SPECIFIC ISSUE!!!!
Compile a fashion-themed issue with a demographic of +6 and 4 Rabbit
heads strong. AARRRGGGHHHH!!!!!!!!!!! WHY!?!
--SPORTS FAN
This objective will kill Hef's Party wallet. Getting Russell Moreau to
the Mansion is costly because HE'LL KEEP DECLINING PARTY INVITATIONS!
When you finally get this dumbass to accept, you'll need to also invite
three athletes of any sport to the Party.
Have Russell develop Casual relations (above 50%) with all three
athletes to complete the objective. END the Party after that.
--WHAT'S WRONG?
You'll have to Throw a Party and invite Billie Cross back to the
Mansion. To pass the objective, all Hef has to do is shake hands with
her when developing a Casual relationship. GOD, WHAT A WASTE OF PARTY
MONEY!
--BILLIE'S LITTLE PROBLEM
THIS IS THE MOST RIDICULOUS OBJECTIVE IN THE ENTIRE GAME!!! Believe me,
it took an hour to figure this objective out. Here's how to pass it:
Throw a Party and invite Billie Cross and Fester Rivera. You also need
to invite some Amorous Playmates or Staff into the mix.
Have Fester develop a full Romantic relationship with any Playmate (and
while that's going on, use the FOLLOW ME option with Billie and watch
Fester get his mojo on).
Fester can be a total dickwad so it'll probably take a REALLY long
while before he can get a Romance going with the ladies.
Once you see that Fester has developed at least a 90% Romance with
someone else, butt in with Billie and then let her and Fester have a
Romantic conversation. If done correctly, the objective will be
complete once they hug each other. Believe me, it sounds easy but it
isn't! THAT'S WHY IT'S SO GODDAMN RIDICULOUS!!! I-HATE-THIS-GIRL!!
--NEW LOVE
To make up for how irrepressibly stupid the last objective was, this
one will end up being too easy. Throw a Party and invite Anton Khalil
and Billie Cross to the Mansion. Have them develop a Romantic
relationship (above 80%) to FINALLY finish the mission.

Schmooze her until Jenny confirms the problem. END the Party after
that. From there, you'll have to finish all the objectives to finish
this one.
--POLITICAL ISSUE
N-O-T A-G-A-I-N! Compile an issue with a Political demographic of 9+.
My advice: wait for Anton Khalil to give you an ESSAY (it will already
have a 9+ Political rating).
--CONVINCE PETER MUNSONTSON
Throw a Party for Peter and invite 4-5 Playmates (except Bunnies) that
aren't Confrontational and love Politics. Link him up with four
Playmates and have him develop a Romantic relationship (above 50%) with
all four of them.
If done correctly, a quick pop-up will confirm that Peter scored with a
Playmate (so you can keep track). Keep it going until Jenny gives the
confirmation note.
--CONVINCE BETSY TRUFFLE
You can try inviting Betsy to the Peter Munsontson Party but I suggest
keeping her objective separate. Throw a mini-Party for Betsy and keep
her juiced up. Make sure she gets enough drinks, is relaxed, and that
Hef talks up a Casual conversation of at least 90%.
View her stats to make sure she's happy. From there, END the Party and
Jenny will pop-up to confirm that Betsy was convinced.
--CONVINCE VALERIE BLUE
This is a two-part objective that involves distributing Hef's FINAL
issue of the game. First, Throw a Party for Valerie and develop a
relationship of any kind with her. Coax a COVER SHOOT out of her and
shoot it wherever you want. Once that's done, END the Party.
For the second half of the objective, Hef has to distribute his FINAL
magazine of the game. Gather all the content of any kind and use
Valerie's photo for the Cover. Distribute it to unlock the LAST
objective of the game.
--CELEBRATE
PARTY MACHINE TIME!!!! SUMMERTIME!! ROCK YOU LIKE A HURRICANE!!
SUPERFREAK!! NUTHIN' BUT A G' THANG!! JESSIE'S GIRL!! WHICHEVER PARTY

Welcome down here, you glitched playboy! There are two specific game-
stopping glitches for the PS2 version: one for Mission 10 and one for
Mission 13. Read on to see what I did to solve these glitches when I
got them during my game.
MISSION 10 GLITCH:
This glitch doesn't happen too often but it leaves you stuck if it does
happen.
--Here's the glitch:
During the Mission, you are required to publish and distribute 2 issues
that are Music-themed with a 20+ rating each. If the first of two
issues you published was below a 20+ rating, the glitch occurs.
--What is the glitch?
Like I mentioned above, if the first Music issue you published was
below a 20+ rating, the game basically stalls. You can publish more
issues that have a 20+ rating after that but you won't complete the
objective.
--How to solve the glitch:
Unfortunately, your save is screwed. Yes, SCREWED WITH A CAPITAL "S"!
The only way to solve the glitch is to restart Mission 10. If you
didn't make a separate save before Mission 10, I'm sorry you have to
start all over again from Mission 1. Now you hate the game, don't you?
Read the walkthrough for Mission 10 to see how I properly finished the
20+ rating objective. It wasn't easy to accomplish but I was able to
bypass the glitch with no problem.
MISSION 13 GLITCH:
So you got the Billie glitch, huh? I thought that I was the only one
who had gotten this glitch. But apparently I've been receiving numerous
e-mails from people who have had the same problem and I am here to tell
you about it.
--Here's the glitch:
After completing Mission 12, the game asks if you want to save your
game data. If you say "No" and decide to save later, the glitch occurs.
--What is the glitch?
If you did NOT save your game immediately after Mission 12, for some
reason, the game decides not to load the objectives for Billie Cross
and she doesn't show up on the Staff list. And since she doesn't appear
on the Staff list, you cannot proceed any further.
--How to solve this glitch:
Like I mentioned above for Mission 10, your save is SCREWED. There's
absolutely no way around this glitch. Believe me, you can do what you
want but Billie will NOT show up on the Staff list. It's a bitch of a
glitch, I know.
If you made a separate save before Mission 13, reload that save and
play again until you complete Mission 12. When the "Save Game" screen
appears, IMMEDIATELY SAVE! This is the ONLY way to ensure that Billie
shows up on the Staff list. It worked for me.
If you did NOT make a separate save, I suggest you bang your head on
the wall because you'll have to start all over again from Mission 1
(and that includes doing Mission 10 again!).
++I have a solution for you. If you have an Action Replay Max Drive,
click over to GameFAQS and download my Playboy game save from the
Playboy: The Mansion page there.
There are four save slots per game and I made separate saves for
Missions 12-15. If you encountered this bug and don't want to start
over from scratch (and you have an AR Max Drive), I suggest you
download that save. It's my way of getting you out of that glitch.

This also has nothing to do PLayboy but if you are the least bit
interested in anything skateboarding or surfing related, then I urge
you to check out the movie "Lords Of Dogtown" in theaters on June 3.
And while you're at it, make the trek to your local video store and
rent the excellent documentary "Dogtown and Z-Boys" which was the basis
for the movie. It's a great way to kick off your summer.
