2. General Questions [02]

Okay there are some questions that turn up multiple times every day and to
maybe prevent us from more topics like that you'll find a few answers here.
Also you're too lazy to read the whole guide? There were 2 main problems in
the RPG Mode so I'll answer them here too.
1. Is TS Sasuke, Sasoris True Form, Hidan, Kakuzu, Sai, Yamato, 4tail and the
other teams in this game?
No they are not! This game ends with the fight of Naruto vs the clone of
Itachi. The last character you get is Chiyo.
2. When will this game come out in the USA or [insert your country here]?
We don't know that. But it should at least take around 1.5-2 years since
part 2 of the Narutimate Hero series [Ultimate Ninja in the USA] isn't even
released in the states.
3. Can I play this game on my [insert nationality here] PS2?
If you don't have a japanese PS2 you won't be able to play this game
without extra hard/software eg. Swapmagic, Modchip or others...

4. Are Ougis and Jutsus customizable?
Ougis are not customizable anymore. You have a fixed amount of 1-3 ougis
for each character. There are Special Jutsus which can be unlockable through
the game and they can be equipped to every character.
5. Where are Maito Naruto (Green Suit Naruto) and ANBU Kakashi?
These were no real characters and got thrown out of the selection in this
game.
6. I don't like the rock-paper-scissor system, where do I disable it?
There is no way to disable this feature.
The 2 main questions of the RPG Mode.
1. What do I have to do at the big red seal?
At first you need to be level 5 [this can be checked in the options. Press
START and take the orange book with the red swirl. The first option here
will provide you your level information,you need at least 5 completed dots]
When you're this far try to use Rasengan on the seal. A cutscene will
follow and you'll have to leave the cave. Go the the house on the map you
started RPG Mode [first you have to do some talking in the Village] to
get rid of the bracelets by Jiraiya. Now you're able to break the seal!
2. What does Sakura want from me in the Sand Village?
Sakura needs a certain item from the desert. You can find it if you go to
the the first sand field after the forrest area. Search for a cactus with
white blossoms on it. This one will give you the item you're searching.

The RPG Mode of Narutimate Accel is quite different from its predecessor. This
time you'll play a fictional story that takes place in the 2.5 years of
training of Naruto with Jiraiya. And the first half of the Shippuden (after
the training) storyline.

4.4 Savepoints [044]
==============================================================================
When you start the RPG Mode there is no option in the menu to either save or
exit this gameplay mode. In order to do this you'll need to find a save point.
Save points are green dots with a white outline on the map. You can find them
all around the world.
The save point will give you the following options.
Save
Teleport [after you beat RPG Mode]
Exit
If you try to leave the RPG Mode save your game and choose the first option
after the confirmation that you saved the game. The second options lets you
continue to play.
After beating RPG Mode a new option at the save point will unlock. This one
enables you to teleport between saves points. When you do so you'll get to the
overview map. All red dots are places you can warp too.
Teleporting has one requirement. You need to aquire/buy a certain scroll.
This one can either be found in boxes along RPG Mode or be bought in Shops.
This scroll is at the bottom of the shop inventar and costs 10000 YEN.
For every time you teleport you'll need a new scroll.

4.5 Moves [045]

After a few punches you get the possibility to press X or /\ to do addition
moves.

4.6 Tips [046]
==============================================================================
1. Try to use Rasengan as often as possible because its the fastest way to
kill someone.
2. Try to mob the enemies into one mob and use Rasengan on it. This way you
can take out a 6 man group in under 20 seconds.
3. Especially in the cave its easy to fall down. If you're fast and got chakra
left try to push triangle for Kagebunshinjump. With enough chakra you can
even pull it out a second time. Also this method lets you pass longer
and higher ranges.
4. There are items that grant you unlimited chakra for a limited periode of
time. You can purchase them in shops or get them from boxes. They look like
red/blue bottles and cost 3000/5000 in the shop.

4.7 General Notes [047]

I will only stat the more or less important things. This does not mean
smashing every box and opening every chest. If you come across them open them
if you want. They will provide you with healing items, teleportation scrolls
and money.
Also I will use abbreviations to save some space!

4.8.1 The Start [0481]
==============================================================================
After the introduction head a little bit to the right to get your first MF. Go
forward and take the right way [left on the map] and continue to walk this way
until you reach a big stone wall. Use your Rasengan [/\+O and constantly
pushing O] to smash the wall. After that head to the exit at the bottom of the
map. After the cutscene with Jiraiya you're starting in a cave.

4.8.2 The Cave [0482]
==============================================================================
Room 1 [1 MF]
At first take the left way and jump along the platforms and collect the small
ES. Now just fall down to the lower area and collect the MF on the left side
of the pillar you can also find another small ES here. When you're done head
to the top exit of the room.
Room 2
This room is quite easy to complete. Just kill the four enemies. Try to mob
them and use Rasengan to speed up the killing. You should get a level up after
the fight which enables you to use KBJ [X+/\]. Proceed to the next room [the
top exit on the map] after the cutscene.
Room 3 [1 MF]
At first reach the right bigger platform to grab a big ES. Go back to the first
little platform now and take the left way. On every small platform is a small
Es and the big platform will provide you a big ES. Go to the huge platform on
the middle and take the left way to get some more ES. You'll get to a platform
with a switch [ignore it for now] and get to the top exit of the map.
Room 4
You have to kill 5 enemies, a level up should be yours again. Leave the map on
the top exit.
Room 5 [1 MF]
First thing to do here is save your game at the SP! [green dot]
Choose the right way on the platforms until you're on the bigger one with a
switch. Activate it [O] and jump to the next platform with the lift. Get the
MF here. Now just jump to the middle big platform [use double jump and shortly
afterwards KBJ]. Take the right way, active the switch on the platform and
leave the room.
Room 6
After the cutscene you have to face 6 enemies. Should be no problem, after the
fight there is another cutscene. Finally you can leave the room now.
Room 7 [1 MF]
Active the switch to the left and jump on the moving platform. Igonore the MF
which is located on a platform on the right side. Take the left platform way
and grab all the ES along the way. When you get the last one on the big
platform on the left you should get another level up. Finally you can run
faster with R2 or R2+X [even faster]. If you look above you can reach some
platforms with more big ES [use double jump and double KBJ]. At the top is big
stone we can't crush yet! Proceed to the center plaform and activate the
switch. After that move forward on the moving plaform to the exit.
Room 8
Just fight the 5 enemies and leave the room on the top exit.
IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!!!!!
When you reach the next room. Just go back to the last room one more time and
fight the enemies again [otherwise you won't reach level 5 before the seal and
therefor will have problems continuing the game]
Room 9 [1 MF]
Save your game if you want.
On the map you can see a square of 8 platforms. The middle one of the right
side offers you a big ES. After that just head to left big platform to get 3
little ES. Head to the middle platform of the room and activate the switch.
Jump on the moving platform and get the MF. Now just reach the top exit of the
room.
Room 10
Watch another cutscene and fight the 6 enemies. The fight should give you your
next level up [this one will enable you to hit the seal and proceed in the
story]. After the cutscene you're standing in front of a big red seal.
Rasengan it [/\+O] but Naruto will fail to break the seal. So go back to the
last room.

4.8.3 The way back [0483]

Room 9
Just reach the other side of the room [bottom exit]. You can save your game
here.
Room 8
Just kill the five enemies and take the exit [bottom one of the map]
Room 7 [1 MF]
The moving platforms are out of work. Therefor you have to find another way.
Take the left way [right on the map] until you reach the platform with the
switch [be sure to grab the big ES here too]. Activating it will spawn a new
platform.Proceed to the lift. Activate it and go up. You'll finally get the MF
we left out earlier. Hit the switch which will spawn a few new platforms and
leave the map. [bottom exit on the map]
Room 6
Just kill the guys again.
Room 5
Take the right way [left on the map]. Activate the switch on the bigger
platform which will spawn a new platform with a big ES. Now just take the
straight way to the exit. If you want you can save once more.
Room 4
Kill the guys once more.
Room 3
Nothing special, just get to the other side of the room.
Room 2
Finally no fights...just walk to the exit.
Room 1
Just reach the other side again, when you running fast [R2] the bridges won't
collapse.
From the cave entrance just leave to the village.

4.8.4 The Village [0484]
==============================================================================
At first get the two MF here. One is at the top right under a red umbrella.
The other one is a bit down/right of the center of the map in front of the
house.Now just talk to all people who are highlighted with big red dots. After
that go back to the cave entrance and talk to everyone. Now head back to the
village and talk to everyone [maybe just the person on the bottom...?]. We're
almost done, go back to the cave entrance and talk to the old geezer. Finally
done, now you're able to leave the village on the top left exit.
We're at the map we started the game. This time the level is foggy and our map
is disturbed by interferences and we have to get to the red dot. Go straight
forward until you reach the wall. Destroy it with your Rasengan. At the next
intersection head to the right and proceed the way. Try to get to get to the
outer area of the bottom right. You'll reach a larger free area which got a MF
in front of a tree. Go forward and try to stay at the border of the map all
the time. You shouldnt need to long to get to the destination. After the
cutscene the fog will be gone. At first get the MF on your left side. After
that leave this large free area to the left. Here is another stone wall that
can and must be crushed with Rasengan. After some walk you'll stand at a edge
and see some tree boughs. You can reach them with double jump and KBJ and
youll find one big ES to the left of the first bough and if you move a bit
forward 3 more small ES. Also you reach the higher platform from here, either
where you found the the big ES or the small ES. If you're up there just head
to the MF which is located at the top right of the map. From here go a bit
back and head for the middle of the map. There are some more small ES we
missed earlier. There are two more MF you can get here. One is near the bridge
we're right now and the other one is right next to the wall we smashed at the
entrance/exit of the map. If you should have problems getting there just take
the bridge possibility to reach the higher areas here. Doublejump in addtions
with double KBJ is also helpful! When you're done head back to the cave
entrance.

4.8.5 The Cave 2 [0485]
==============================================================================
The old geezer will talk to you again. After that enter the cave again.
The first room is just running again and the next one will be killing enemies
again.
Room 3 [1 MF]
You remember the switch we left out here earlier? Thats where we go now. The
platform is located near the top left of te map. After that head to the just
activated lift and move up there. If you look up you cann see another lift.
So use double jump and double KBJ to get there. Activate the left and you'll
reach the top. Get the MF and use Rasengan on the stone to crush it and leave
the map here.
Now head back to the room with the seal.
Room 10
Use Rasengan on the seal one more time. This time you'll be able to destroy
the wall.
Room 11 [1 MF]
First take the left way to get 2 more small ES. Then follow the way to the
center [a few more small ES will be yours]. From the center take the way to
the outer left platforms to get a lot of ES. When you go back you can shorten
your way when you double jump and double KBJ to reach the long platfom in the
top middle. Don't forget to grab the MF at the top right and proceed to the
next room.
Room 12
Just kill the 5 enemies.
Room 13 [1 MF]
Walk to the middle right side and you'll see a small ES. Jump this way up to
the upper plateau. At your right side is another MF which can be reached by
double jump and KBJ. Now head to the the place with a sign in front of some
wood. Use R2+X between them to reach the upper plateaus and leave the map.
Room 14
Nothing to do, just getting to the exit.
Room 15 [2 MF]
Save your game if you want at the SP.
Get the first MF at the top left of the map. Now run around the pillar in the
middle until you find platforms you can reach. Walk all the way to the top of
the level. Check out the outer rings from time to time because there is one
more MF and some more small ES. Also another big ES is the highest platform of
the pillar [there is one after you could already exit the map].
Room 16
Fight the 5 enemies.
Room 17
Walk the way to the first big platform. On the right side are 2 more small ES.
On the left side is another MF and some more ES for you. The path from it that
goes near the center will give even more ES. If you don't want to walk too
much you can reach the platforms above on the map with double jump and double
KBJ. Don't leave the map right away and grab the small ES on the boomerang
like platform and leave then.
Room 18 [1 MF]
Just walk straight to the middle. You'll have to destroy another big stonewall
with Rasengan. After that you'll get 3 more big ES, another is located if you
go left on the current platform. Take the right way when you've reached the
center. This will give you one more big ES and a special MF at the exit of the
map.
Room 19
After the cutscene you have to fight 6 enemies.
Room 20
Just save your game. After this the you'll have a boss fight.
Room 21
After the cutscene you'll have to face a huge wolf like creature.
Be sure to use Rasengan as often as possible. Also blocking [R2] is very
useful here even you never needed it before. Try to do some attacks and then
to block because he will attack you shortly after you started punching him.
From time to time he vanishes and leaves some small enemies behind. Try to
kill them when they are still in one mob otherwise they will interrupt your
attacks.
After around half of his healthbar you'll get another cutscene. After that
Naruto will go into Kyuubi mode and you'll have to take the complete health
now. Again use as much as possible Rasengan and try to pull some ttechniques
[the ones that with triangle and cross].
This marks the end of the Training Arc.

4.9 Shippuden Storyline
==============================================================================
We see Narutos homecoming from his training and when he meets again with
Kakashi and Sakura.

4.9.1 Konoha Part 1 [0491]
==============================================================================
When you start you'll see Tsunade and Jiraiya standing together. Right behind
them on the left side is a small stone plateau with another MF and a bit more
forward a few more small ES.
Leave the map the way you're heading right now [north]. On the next map take
the northwest exit. In the middle on the following area is a small house. On
the roof of it is another MF for you that can be reached by double jump. If
you're going to the tree on the left you'll get some more ES. Leave the area
northeast. When you enter the map you'll see a small frog and get another
cutscene with Jiraiya. This will active the frog hunt and you'll get your
first frog for the collection. To see what frogs you already got press start
and choose the yellow with green/white stripes scroll.
At first take the northeast exit to get to a huge forest area with a pond. In
the center of the lake is frog #9. The two MF are at the left and right edge
from the center of the map. When you're done go back and take the northeast
exit.
Meet with Kakashi and Sakura and do a altered version of the bell test. After
the cutscene you'll have to catch Kakashi. He will warp around the water area
of the map and you have to get him by pressing Circle.
After this annoying minigame you'll have some talk with Sakura. When you try
to leave the area she will fight you in versus mode. This fight shouldn't be
too hard. When you're finshed be sure to grab the MF along with some ES at the
top right of the map. A few more ES and frog #6 are at the top left of the
map. Another Another frog is in the center of the map on one of the wooden
pillars.
Now we're heading back to where we came from. On the way we will find frog #3
right next to the house we got the MF earlier. When you try to leave the map
to the intersection with the savepoint you'll see a nice Akatsuki cutscene.
You can get frog #27 here on the way to the bottom exit. Now head to the Ramen
Shop which is located on the middle right of this area. After some talk with
Iruka we see some more very nice cutscenes with Akatsuki and Gaara.

4.9.2 Akatsuki Invasion [0492]
==============================================================================
Your next fight is Gaara vs Deidara in Versus Mode. Shouldn't be a problem at
all and after another cutscene you'll finally unlock Deidara. No time to calm
down because another fight is coming up for you. This time Kankuro vs Sasori.
Shouldn't be too hard either and this will unlock Sasori for you.

4.9.3 Konoha Part 2 [0493]
==============================================================================
After the cutscene and the talk with Sakura we have to get to the Hokage
building. Take the north exit of the area and leave northeast on the next
area. Head to the red dot on the map and be sure to get the MF a bit left of
Kakashi. When you're near to him we get another talk scene. When the whole
talk with Tsunade is done go back into her office and get the MF you saw
while they were talking. When you're outside again just take the top right
exit of the map to reach the top of the hokage building. Another MF and frog
#24 are waiting for you here. Now head back to the place we found the MF on
the roof of the building earlier but this time take the top left exit. You'll
face a big guy with two blades and some minions. Try to kill the minions first
and then the big guy. After you beat him for the first time you'll see another
short talk and afterwards we'll have to fight a stronger version of him. Be
sure to block [even that will cost you health] otherwise you'll die very fast.
After you have beaten him once more Kakshi and Sakura will arrive for some
more talk, be sure to grab frog #13 in the grass a bit northwest from Kakashi.
Right next to the exit of the area is another ES and when you try to leave the
area you have to see another talk in Tsunades office. When you're done talk
with Sakura and head back to the Tsunades Office again to talk with her. After
that Sakura will stand in front of the building and when you talk to her you
have to fight her once more in Versus Mode. When you won the the real Sakura
will appear and you'll find out that you just fought someone impersonating
her. This will be the start of the Bingo Book Quest. Bingo Book fights are
marked with a green dot on the map. Head back to the Hokage building one more
time to find find Kakashi and Sakura in front of it. You'll be ordered to go
to the Sand Village. Walk to the entrane of Konoha to have some talk with
Kakashi. At the gate map you'll find another MF and frog #7.

4.9.4 To the Sand Village [0494]
==============================================================================
The next area has nothing to offer except another MF at the right side of the
map and frog #02 at the center of the map. After that proceed to the exit. On
the next area you'll have to face some more people who don't like you so get
rid of them. They are very easy to take out and you can take out all 6 with
one rasengan if you mob them. After the fight head to the next map. You're
coming to a large tree area with some more bad dudes. After the fight grab
frog #8 on the top left platform. The next tree area offers you one more MF in
front of one of the last trees on the right side before the exit. Finally
you're getting closer to the Sand Village. Right when you start on the map go
bit right until you reach a few cactus with white blossoms on top of it.
Remember this for place for later! There are two more MF here. One is on the
left bottom side and the other one is right from the northwest exit on the
lower ground. Leave the area on the top left exit. You'll have to fight some
enemies. Try to take out the the archers first since they are very annoying.
Just proceed all the way to the entrance of the Sand village then. After the
talk you'll be in the sand village.

4.9.5 The Sand Village [0495]
==============================================================================
The most important thing here is to get the chest left from the shop in the
alcove. This one is needed for a quest later and the only chest you need to
open to complete RPG Mode.
After that be sure to get everything here! In the middle of the map is a
bridge you canclimb up to. On the right side there is another MF and some
small ES. On the left side frog #15. One more MF is at the swings near the
left bottom side. On the opposide side here there are some more ES on the roof
of the building along with frog #14 on some boxes. After that go to the red
dot and talk with Sakura. Before we get her what she wants take the exit in
front of you to reach the roof of the building. One more MF is yours. If you
look around more you'll find a few more ES and frog #14 on top of the entrance
/exit [you can jump up there]. Our next mission is to get Sakura something.
You remember the cactus I told you to remember? Thats where we are going now.
You forgot where this was? Okay once again we have to get to first sand field
and find the cactus with the white blossoms. Its near the center of the map, a
bit southeast from it. After you have acquired the item head back to Sakura.
On the way back you have to fight another group of enemies. Be sure to take of
the archers first. When you bring her the item we get some more talk and some
scenes from Konoha. After that head to the Sandgate to meet up with Sakura and
you'll meet Chiyo and her brother for the first time. Go back to the first
sand field. A few more enemies will approach you on the way to it after you
have beaten them walk you way to the first sand field.

4.9.6 Fight with Kisame [0496]
==============================================================================
At first we get a nice cutscene with Team Gai and Kisame.
You'll have to do some fights in Versus Mode now.
1. Gai vs. Kisame
2. Neji vs. Kisame
3. Tenten vs. Kisame
After the fights take the northeast exit of the map and walk straight forward
until you reach another big sand area and you'll see another cutscene.
You'll have to do some more fights in Versus Mode.
Lee vs. Kisame
Gai vs. Kisame
This will unlock Kisame for you.
Finally done with all this fighting. After the fight head back the entrance
[bottom of the map]. On a little stone plateau is another MF. Another one is
located at the lower ground in the center of the map. Frog #25 is on the lower
ground at the right bottom of the map. Head to the exit northwest to get
another MF at the left side of the map and frog #10 is waiting there too. Head
back to the large sand area and take the other exit now. Walk your way all
along the road. When you see some platforms be sure to grab all the ES there.
Go a bit further and when you see a second platform you can also get frog #22
there. After that just proceed to exit of the area.

4.9.7 Fight with Itachi [0497]

When you enter the area you see a cutscene with Itachi.
Another fight in Versus Mode.
Sakura vs Itachi
Before you talk to Itachi get the MF north on the map and frog #11 is next
to it too there are also some ES around the area. When you talk to Itachi you
have to play catch me if you can again. After that we see another talk scene
with Kakashi.
Another fight in Versus Mode is coming up.
Kakashi vs Itachi
We see some more talk.
Another fight in Versus Mode.
Naruto vs Itachi
When you won the fight you'll see a pretty nice Itachi cutscene. There will be
some talk with you group. The end of the RPG MODE will be nice Akatsuki
cutscene.
Congratulation, you just beat RPG Mode
Itachi and Chiyo are unlocked now.
SP will over you a new option now [the middle one] which allows you to warp
from SP to SP [red dots on the overview map].
Be sure to get the last MF now! Use the warp function and teleport to the
place before you fought Itachi. Congrats you got all Hero Fragments!

Later in the game several NPCs will offer you a variety of missions.
There are three types of missions you can get.
1. Jutsu Mission
After completing a Jutsu mission you will be able to equip Jutsus from
different characters.
These are marked with green dots on the map.
2. 27 regular Missions
Search items for characters and so on.
These are marked with light blue dots on the map.
3. Shizunes D-A Rank Missions
Meet certain requirements to finish each mission. For example smashing a
certain number of boxes.

Note: Its important to know that these missions just work if the characters
are marked with a green dot.Otherwise they simply are not activated yet.
If this is the case then try to do some other missions to trigger new
jutsu missions.
Customizable Jutsu - Dynamic Entry
Location: Talk to Lee at the Memorial Place
Quest: Beat Lees trials
After the talk Lee will vanish. Go to the entrance of Konoha to meet
him another time. When you speak to him he will take you the area you
started RPG Mode. You'll have to do a race around the center passage of
the area and to collect some shiny objects. Finish under 1 minutes to
rank first. Lee will take you back to Konoha. After the talk go back to
the Memorial Place and talk to him again. Now we fight him in VERSUS
Mode. You're NOT allowed to block [R2] and to use items except kunais.
KnJ is allowed and you're slowed down. Win and this quest is over.
Customizable Jutsu - Gais Falcon Kick
Location: Gai in front of the cave
Quest: Race to the end of the cave
After the talk with Gai head into the first room and go to the green
dot. Gai will be waiting there for you. If you accept the missions you
have 5 minutes to reach the middle of the cave. There you'll meet Gai a
second time and he will give you another 5 minutes to reach the end.
When you're there fight him in VERSUS Mode. Gau will have upgrades
[increased speed and attack?]. Win and the quest is done.
Customizable Jutsu - Shikamarus Trap
Location: Temari at the Sand Village Gate
Quest: Get her a item
You can find the item at the second map out of Konoha. There some
platforms to climp up the cliff and on the left one is a glowing
object. Bring the item to her and she will send you to Konoha. Go to
Shikamaru in front of the Hokage Office and answer his questions:

Location: Boy at the Memorial Place
Quest: Beat Sakura in VERSUS Mode
When you talk to him Sakura will join and they both will disappear. Go
to the pond and talk to them. Another race for the glowing spheres will
start. Finish under 30 seconds to win. You start without chakra and
have to finish her with a Jutsu also one bar chakra must be left when
the fight ends.
Customizable Jutsu - Tenten's Weapon Kuchiyose
Important Notice: To trigger this event you need a special item that can be
found in a alcove left from the tool shop in the Sand Village
Location: TenTen at Memorial Place
Quest: Get TenTen two items.
After talking to TenTen, go to the Intersection with the save point
[09] to find a merchant next to the save point. Talk to him. Go to the
cave and in front of the cave you'll see an old man. Talk to him and
then go inside to get a shiny item near the exit on the right side of
the first map (the one with a long bridge). Then go to the Sand Village
and talk to the merchant there. After that, go to the Northwest of big
sand field [24] and fight some bandits. Return to the merchant and
he'll give you an item. Go back to TenTen and finish the quest.
Customizable Jutsu - Itachi's Gokakyuu no Jutsu
Location: Kakashi at Memorial Place
Quest: Beat Kakashi in VERSUS Mode
After getting the other 5 jutsus talk to him and fight him. You start
without chakra, you can't use jutsus and he has increased speed. Beat
him and he'll give you the jutsu.

4.10.2 Regular Missions [04102]

Note: Not all missions are available from the start. If you complete some of
them new ones will show up. Others are triggered through completing
jutsu missions.
Mission 001
Location: The second area after Konoha Gate on the left
Quest: Take out some bandits for this guy
Just go one map to the north. Right when you enter a group of stronger
bandits will attack you. When you finished them off just return to the
guy to finish the mission.
Mission 002
Location: A woman northwest in the Village
Quest: Talk to 3 guys
Go to the map you started RPG Mode. On the map you'll see 3 glowing
dots. At first visit the bottom left one, then the top one and at last
the one a northeast from the from the entrance. After that head back to
the woman to complete the mission.
Mission 003
Location: Baki in the Ramen Shop area
Quest: Make a sightseeing tour with him
Just go you way to the Hokage Office. When you enter we see a short
talking scene. Choose answer two to continue. Next place to visit is
the Memorial place, choose option 1 this time. The last place is the
pond, choose option 2 this time and return to the Ramen Shop area.
Mission 004
Location: A boy at the Memorial Place
Quest: Beat Jiraiya with a ougi
Not much to say. When you talk with the boy Jiraiya will appear and a
fight will start. Beat him with a Ougi.
Mission 005
Location: Tsunade at the entrance to the map of the Hokage Office
Quest: Beat up some bandits
Just go out of Konoha. After the map with the gate some bandits will
encoutner you. After 3 groups of bandits just return to finish it.
Mission 006
Location: Intersection before the pond area
Quest: Beat the boys top 3 list in the pond area.
There is a little boy [next to where Jiraiya stood for the frog quest].
Talk to him to get the quest. Then go to the pond talk to the boy who
is standing near the savepoint. You'll have to do a hunt for some shiny
spheres. Place first [below 40 seconds] and head back to the
intersection to complete the quest.
Mission 007
Location: Sand Village at a old woman standing near the shop
Quest: Find the merchant and get a answer?
Just leave to the area before the gate. A merchant should be there now.
Talk to him and when you see the options choose the last one. This one
will change to the next options. This time take answer #2 and return to
the Sand Village to complete the quest
Mission 008
Location: Sakura and a boy at the Memorial Place
Quest: Fight Naruto with Sakura
You'll have to play with Sakura this time. The requirement to win is
that you have to perform 3 times KnJ (replacement technique). When you
are successfully used it a sign will appear at the bottom of the screen
so you just need to finish Naruto off now.
Mission 009
Location: Konoha at the intersection with the savepoint
Quest: Find 3 shiny things.
1. At the gate of konoha near the benches.
2. In front of a huge tree in the northeast corner on the lake map.
3. Behind the memorial stone at the the memorial place.
They need to be aquired in this particular order. After you got all of
them return to the NPC.
Mission 010
Location: Kankuro near the bridge in the Sand Village
Quest: Bring him some wood for his puppet
Go back to Konoha and move to the area northwest from the intersection
with the savepoint. You could jump on the roof of the house here. Left
from it is small plateau with a tree. In front of it should be a
glowing object. Get it and return to Kankuro.
Extra: You can get wood in two places too, the Forest of Death and the
Training Grounds. If you choose the one in the Training Grounds,
Kankurou will be impressed and you'll receive some extra items.
Mission 011
Location: Ramen Shop in Konoha
Quest: Deliver ramen to 4 people.
You're not allowed to run [R2] or jump X.
1. Entrance to the map of the Hokage Office
2. Intersection with the savepoint
3. The area northeast of the intersection with the save point
4. Tsunade in front of her Office
Mission 012 [this one unlocked new quests for me]
Location: Iruka left from the entrance to the pond
Quest: Find the 2 kids
This one easy and fast to complete. The first boy is hidden a bit
northwest from the center of the pond on the land [top left angle].
The other is at the bottom right in a corner hidden between some wood.
Mission 013
Location: Gai and Lee at the Memorial area
Quest: After accepting the quest they will vanish. Head to the Konoha Gate to
find them. They will leave again you can find them at the Sand Village
Gate now. Next destination is the save point before you fought Itachi.
Last point is the Memorial Place again. Mission done!
Mission 14
Location: Tenten on the map before the Memorial Place
Quest: Win a few fights
After you accepted the mission head to the Memorial Place to meet
Tenten again. You'll have to fight her which shouldn't be too hard.
After beating her Itachi will suddenly arrive and challange you.
He got increased speed so watch out. Win and the mission is done.
Mission 15
Location: Kakashi at Konoha Gate
Quest: Find the book for Kakashi
After the talking just head to the big sand field with the pit in the
middle. If you jump in there are there are a few platforms to get out.
On one of them is sparkling object. Get it and return to Kakashi to
finish the mission.
Mission 16
Location: Sakura at Konoha Gate
Quest: Get a item? for Sakura
Meet with Sakura at the Konoha Gate and she will send you on a mission.
Now go to the Sand Village and talk to the merchant standing near the
entrance. Four options will appear and you have to choose the 3rd.
After that head back to Sakura to finish the mission.
Mission 017
Location: Kankuro at the gate of the Sand Village [after quest 10]
Quest: Bring him a scroll he is missing
Leave to the big sand field [the one before the road to Itachi]. Here
you nead to head to the stone mountain a bit northeast from the center
where also is the pit. Round around to find the glowing object. Bring
it back to Kankuro. NOTE: There are more objects on this map but they
are not the ones Kankuro is looking for.
Mission 018
Location: Tsunade in her Office
Quest: Hunt a guy to the Sand Village
Head to the pond area to meet the guy. Talk with the other one standing
there. Then head to the ramen shop area and talk to him. Now just walk
the path to the Sand Village. You will meet him on the map outside the
gate of Konoha, in the second forest area and at last in the Sand
Village.
Mission 019
Location: Tsunade at the intersection with the save point in Konoha
Quest: Find Jiraiya for Tsunade
Your first destination is the roof the Hokage Office. You'll see
Jiraiya standing there. When you talk to him a fight in VERSUS Mode
will start. Conditions for the fight are: Win with more than 50% if
your chakra and the enemy has increased damage. After the fight Jiraiya
will escape and you'll have to fight some bandits. Head to the Ramen
Shop map to find standing with Kakashi. He'll escape again and Kakashi
will fight you. Conditions are: Finish the fight in 60 seconds and the
opponent has increased speed. Jiraiyas last position is in front of the
Hokage Office. Another fight will start. Conditions are: Finish the
fight with a Ougi and the opponent has inreased defense. After the
scene in Tsunades office the missions will be finished.
Mission 020
Location: Shikamaru outside of the Ramen Shop
Quest: Do a series of talk
Okay a talk only mission (but a long one).
1. Talk to the merchant at the intersection with the save point in
Konoha.
2. Talk to the boy standing near Shikamaru outside of the Ramen Shop
and choose the second option.
3. Talk to Gai at the Memorial Place and choose the 2nd option.
4. Talk to the girl outside of the Hokage Dffice, option 2 again.
5. Go to the gate of the Sand Village and talk to Temari, option 2.
6. Go back to Gai again at the Memorial Place and choose option 2.
7. Talk to Kakashi at gate of Konoha and choose second option again.
8. Now go back to the merchant in Konoha and take the first option.
9. Lastly go back to Shikamaru to complete the mission.
Mission 021
Location: Shikamru at the Konoha Gate
Quest: Do a little test
At first go up to roof of the Hokage Office. You'll have to fight some
bandits. After that there is a series of words, it all about history
piled up. Take the second option to leave the menu. A new selection
will pop up, take the answer 4-5-3-2-1. After that head back to Tsunade
to finish the mission.
Mission 022
Location: Lee, Tenten and Nejo at the Memorial Place
Quest: Train with them
You'll have to train with everyone to complete the mission. There are
three options:
1. Lee vs Naruto [win in 60 seconds]
2. Tenten vs Neji [win in 60 seconds, opponent has increased speed]
3. Neji vs Naruto [you're slowed down, do 3 kawamiri sequences(Jump and
then use up+O a few times)]
After that the training is finished.
Mission 023
Location: Tsunades Office?
Quest: Fight the bandits
Head to the place where Jiraiya is standing with the 100 people fight.
A scene will start and you'll have to fight some bad guys. After that
head to the Konoha Gate to fight Kankuro. Conditions are: Win in 60
seconds, have 30%hp left and do 3 kawamiri sequences (Jump and then use
up+O a few times). After the fight talk to the girl outside the of the
pond area. After that head to Tsunade to finish the mission.
Mission 024
Location: Tsunade in first map of the RPG Mode (mountain plains)
Quest: Finish a series of fights
After you talked to her a lot of blue dots will appear on the map. Each
one of them represents one fighter. Pick any 4 of them to fight in
Versus Mode without any conditions. All dots will be gone except
Tsunades, return back to her to complete the mission.
Extra: If you choose only opponents of Jonin level or higher(only Jiraiya),
Tsunade will be impressed and will challenge you. Beat her and get some
extra items.
Mission 025
Location: Kakashi in front of the Hokage Office
Quest: A few fights
After talking to Kakashi you will be talking to Kankuro and Temari in
the desert. You'll have to fight both of them. Conditions for the fight
against Temari: Win in 60 seconds and have at least 50% life left.After
some talking you will fight Kankuro. Condition: Perform a 20 hit combo
(just do one full blast rasengan will do,it do more than 20hit), win
the fight with a ougi, the opponent has increased strength. After that
the mission is done.
Mission 026
Location: Neji near the Hokage Office
Quest: Mission with Neji
After talking to him leave Konoha out of the Gate and a fight with some
bandits will start. After the fight talk to the kid near the Gate of
Konoha. Head back to Neji while you're talking Tenten will appear.After
talking with both go back to Konoha Gate and find Neji to talk. Now
head to the big sand field the one that will lead to the road to fight
Itachi. When you enter the field a talk with Neji will come up. Now
just head to the top left exit. You'll have to fight with Neji against
Naruto. The conditions are: Win without using ougi, do 6 Kawarimi and
have 30% life left, then the mission is done.
Mission 027
Location: Temari at the Gate of the Sand Village
Quest: Do something for Temari
After talking to Temari, head to Hokage's Office and talk to Sh�zune,
after that go to the pond area where Sakura is, talk to her,after that,
if you drop down a bit off the ledge and run to your left, there's a
sparkling item, get it and go back to her. After talking to her, go
back to Hokage's place, Tsunade will be there, they talk a bit and
after some text you are presented with two choices. Use the second
option now and the first option in the next choice. After the talking
stops, warp back to Temari, talk to her, mission complete.

In the D-A Rank missions you will have to meet certain requirements.

In the middle of the story you will encounter a person who impersonates Sakura
and will fight you. This marks the start of the Bingo Book quest. You can

will give you a certain amount of money between 1000-20000. Please note that
not all fights are available from the start. If a particular fight isn't
available at the moment just try to do a different one and return later.

4.13 Memory Fragments List [0413]

Through the game you have to collect a certain numbers of Memory Fragments to
unlock parts of the Hero Mode.Here is a checklist if you should've missed one.
Note: If you've read a earlier version of my FAQ you will know that I said
there are 4 hidden fragments that are not displayed on the coutner and not on
the map. As it seems this is only partly correct. These fragments are actually
not shown on the counter but the exact number is not known. Also they show up
on the map. The problem is just that some fragments are placed directly at the
border of the map so that you won't see them without a super big TV or sitting
directly in front of it (so if you have problems finding them you know what to
do now). However some of them seem to give you more "gate"unlocks in the Hero
Mode than one because you need more than 37 fragments but 37 are only on the
game.
Also to avoid some questions on the forums before asking anything, even your
fragment counter is at 0 try to push O on them simply because the hidden ones
are not displayed at the counter!

4.14 Ebisus Quiz [0414]

Again we have a Quiz game in the game like we had in Narutimate Hero 3. Though
the problem this time is that the questions are completely randome and don't
follow any pattern. It seems there are around 50-60 different questions. Since
you can't understand the questions at all without japanese it makes it quite
hard to get 100% here. The only solution is to try to memorize certain aspects
of the answers or questions. Questions with figures shouldn't be too hard,
write them down if you can't memorize the correct answers. For the text only
questions try to catch significant Kanji/Hiragana combinations. If you get
100% you should get a secret figure.

4.15 Jiraiyas Challange [0415]

Shortly after you started the Shippuden Storyline Jiraiya will stand in the
area two times northeast from the intersection with the save point. If you
accept his challange you'll have to fight 99 bandits. After you finished them
Jiraiya himself will fight you. Beware that he's really strong, chakra potions
come in here quite handy. Also you need to finish this challange for the D-A
Rank missions. The reward is 100.000 and a secret figure. Its possible to
repeat this challange as often as you want.

Kakashi is waiting in the pond area for you. If you accept his challange
you'll have to get 3 sparkling objects in under 30 seconds to place first in
the challange.

She should be standing in her village at some point of the story. Talk to her
and answer the first option to her question. Now go to the caves and she will
talk to you again. Now you need to get at the end of the caves and she'll talk

the place you started RPG mode and talk to the lady in the little area with
the house.

6.6 Ougi system [066]

Narutimate Accel got a brand new Ougi system once again. In the first titles
there were 3 levels for ougis. Each one activated through triangle. The often
you pressed triangle the higher was the Ougi level. Nartuimate Hero 3 changed
this. Only one Ougi in a fight but the level and the ougi was selectable
before the fight. Narutimate Accels Ougi system is different again. The
customization is gone but you can use 3 Ougis in a battle. This time you need
to meet certain requirements to use a certain level of the Ougi.
Note that some Ougi doesn't have an FMV and simply boosts your character's
stats or activate a certain taunt mode. Finally, some ougis will transform the
character into a different character.

6.6.1 Taunts and Taunt Mode [0661]

You can taunt an opponent by pressing up on the directional pad. Some
character's taunt does nothing, however some can have some positive effect.
For example Chouji and Shizunes taunt abilities allows them to recover HP
for as long as they are taunting, while other character's taunt lets them go
into their taunt mode.
Whilst in taunt mode some characters move faster or hits harder, Note that
some characters can have more then one taunt mode.
The third type of taunt makes your character dispense items, the only 2
character whom i can recall off-hand who do this is Tenten and Konohamaru.
The last type of taunt grants a stat booast for a period of time.

Training Mode is almost the same as Versus Mode. But as the name says you can
train with your characters. Though there are some differences here. You can't
selected the level, there is always a default level set for the training. Also
you and your opponent have unlimited health and chakra and you can't die. It's
possible to adjust the computer controlled opponent to do or not do several
things.

The game offers you quite a bit of stuff to unlock. However with a Narutimate
Hero 3 savegame most of the characters will be unlocked already. Shop
unlockings need money which can be aquired through completing missions and
fights in RPG Mode or simple fighting in VERSUS Mode.

If you have a NH3 savegame on your Memory Card all characters except 6 will be
unlocked. Also you'll gain 100.000 YEN

Itachi - Finish RPG Mode
