			*-= Introduction and key/legend (Intr02) =-*

This is my first attempt at writing a walkthrough so bear with me, the
first version will just guide you the reader through the game and
any optional stuff I went through up to that point in the game.

Terms I use in this guide:

Demon Clouds - this refers to the purple colored smoke puff that you can
enter/walk arround in to encounter enemies

Item Balls - this refers to white glowing orbs you'll see on various maps
 that contain items

Kururugi - this refers to your character in the game

Save Cat - this refers to the white cat with black and brown spots
on it which appears in some areas and acts as a save point

More will come as needed

Also I will be listing enemies items and such in the areas
following this method

:: AREA NAME ::

Enemies I fought:

Items I found:

++ Shop Name ++
Item	Price	Use

Directions to get through to the next area call outs for
item balls, demon clouds etc

Strategy and tips

I will try and give a brief estimate of their relative hp by
the lowest damage done that killed them and tips on how to beat them

Anytime someone is added to or removed from your party I will
 mark it like this

== Party Update ==
So and so joined
Such and such left

Character info will be noted by

Tech Type:

Tech name	Description How it is gained	Energy Use

Intervals will be noted by

>> Interval # <<
brief desription about which interval I saw

Random Events are denoted by a * after their name
you can only chose between one of the 2-6 events that come up
at a time, none of them offer any sort of reward, but are
fairly entertaining to watch

A ** after an area's name means you can see a scene and get a Seed
there but only if you forfiet that group of Random Events, this
information comes to you curtosy of MelMuff's Mysterious Field FAQ

A *** after an area's name means you can only view these
random events if you are on the bonus ending path

I'll try to avoid spoilers as much as possible

Ok at the start of the game you can chose either Kururugi Kaname(aka the girl)
or Kururugi Michiru(aka the boy)I chose Kaname but regardless of that after
the opening anime sequence you'll find yourself in

:: The Forest near Kaede's Village (Kfor01) ::

Enemies: Ghost, Canis Demon, Bad Luck Bat

Items: Medicinal Herb x2

Start off by going either left or right to reach the next screen,
after the scene go left for another scene afterwards Inuyasha
joins your party

== Party Update ==
InuYasha joins up

then head left towards the purple cloud to fight

-- Canis Demon and Bad Luck Bat --
Estimated Hp: 53 for wolf 40 for bat
Exp: 8
Money: 77
Recommended Level: 1 for Kururugi 1 for Inuyasha

Really not a boss fight to tell the truth but since it is
unavoidable conflict I consider it as such anyway a hit from
Inuyasha should lay either of them out cold Kururugi should
attack the bat Inuyasha should reach level 2 and gain Iron
Reaver Soul Stealer/Iron Reaver S. S.

Go left to reach two demon clouds which you can walk through to
encounter enemies I'd advise fighting them since Inuyasha's
Iron Reaver Soul Stealer can easily rip through them, take the
path down and examine the item ball for a Medicinal Herb go back
up and take the path up, grab the item ball for another Medicinal
Herb and another demon cloud a bit further up the path fight
these as well, follow the path to the top and exit to the right
follow the next pathway up to reach the world map save your game
if need be by pressing Triangle and press X afterwards to enter
Kaede's Village, by this point my Kururugi was at level 2 and my
Inuyasha was at level 2

:: Kaede's Village (Kvil02) ::

Enemies: None

Items: None located as of yet

** Kaede's Village's General Store **
Medicinal Herb 70	Recovers 50 HP
Antidote 160	Recovers Poison
Silver Bell 130	Recovers Sleep
Sacred Tree Dew 700	Recovers Battle Inability
Braken 25	Recovers 20 HP

After entering the village a scene will play

== Party Update ==
Kagome joins up

afterwards you can either explore the town or head east/right.
I'll point out the sites and sounds first skip to the next
paragraph to continue the game. You can talk to the man in
the greenish blue kimono behind the stand to purchase items,
aside from that you can talk to the various NPCs in the town
though I found nothing of particular interest.

After you have finished talking and familiarizing yourself
with the village return to the screen where Kagome joined
you and head right, talk to the man nearest where you were
at he'll mention something about the field being mysterious
and say something about a seed, maybe that will become
something important later on? Anyway follow this path towards
the right then upwards towards the forest and enter it,
continue upwards to the well for a scene. After this scene
you should head back to where you met Kagome again and head
left for another scene.

== Party Update ==
Shippo joins up

Afterwards exit Kaede's hut for a scene, and head back to
the well for another scene, now you are of to try and find
the villagers that were arround when Kururugi woke up,
anyway return to the enterance for another scene, your new
destination is Akebi Village also don't bother stocking up
on herbs at the general store Kagome should soon learn
Bandage which heals HP for free but just in case grab some
status reversers and exit to the south.

On the world map save your game and move Kururugi over to
the cresent shaped dot marked with Road to Akebi and press X

:: Road to Akebi (Rtav03) ::

Enemies: Bad Luck Bat, Canis Demon, Ghost

Items: Sacred Tree Dew x 1, Protection Gem x 1, Power Ring x 1

** Road to Akebi's Traveling Salesman **
Medicinal Herb 70	Recovers 50 HP
Antidote 160	Recovers Poison
Silver Bell 130	Recovers Sleep
Eyedrops 140	Recovers Darkness
Sacred Tree Dew 700	Recovers Battle Inability
Braken 25	Recovers 20 HP

Check the sign if need be and follow the path up, this next
screen has two Demon Clouds on it and two exits as well, I'd
advise fighting both demon clouds for the money and exp, also
take note that in addition to the demon clouds there are random
battles against the aforementioned enemies, take the upper
right exit because the lower right exit is a dead end, on this
screen there is a demon cloud, continue right on the next
screen is a curving path with two demon clouds on it, exit upwards
to the next screen, grab the item ball here for a Sacred Tree Dew
and then continue left to a screen with two demon clouds near
an item ball containing a Protection Gem, afterwards follow the
curving path upwards then exit to the upper right to reach the
next screen, there is a traveling salesman on this screen so buy
some items from him if you wish, there is also a demon cloud on
this screen as well as two possible exits, the upper right exit
leads to a screen with an item ball containing a Power Ring grab
it and continue to the right, the middle right exit leads to the
same screen as the upper right exit, anyway on the next screen
head up the long path to exit to the world map, save your game
and move Kururugi over the cresent shaped dot that says Akebi
Village and press X

:: Akebi Village (Akvl04) ::

Enemies: None

Items: Blossom Branch x 1, Wild Plants x 1,

** Akebi Village's Traveling Salesman **
Medicinal Herb 70	Recovers 50 HP
Antidote 160	Recovers Poison
Silver Bell 130	Recovers Sleep
Eyedrops 140	Recovers Darkness
Sacred Tree Dew 700	Recovers Battle Inability
Butterbur 25	Recovers 20 HP
Akebia 30	Recovers 25 HP
Protection Gem 560	Defense Pwr Rises 3
				when equipped.
Power Ring 540	Attack Pwr Rises 3
				when equipped.

At the entrance is another traveling salesman, feel free to
purchase some accessories for your party if need be, head up
the path and exit right, talk to the man beside the
shed-thingy to hear something about demons being in an old temple,
exit towards the right talk to the man in orange and blue in the
middle of this screen to hear about a demon spider that has been
terrorizing the village, head upwards and get a Blossom Branch
rom the item ball on the left side of the screen near the
tombstones and a Wild Plants by examining the right side of the
screen, return to where you heard about the demons in the temple
and exit upwards, talk to the man in grey and green near the tree
stump to hear more about the spider demon, exit upwards to the next
screen for a scene, after the scene press X near the glowing rock
for another scene, return to the enterance and talk to the man on
the opposite side of the salesman for a scene and our new destination
is the old temple, exit the area save your game and move Kururugi
over to Road to Old Temple and press X.

:: Road to Old Temple (Otrd05) ::

Enemies: Death Mask, Crow, Ghost, Bad Luck Bat, Dokugan Demon,

Items: Tonic x 1, Silver Bell x 2, Sacred Tree Dew x 1, Eyedrops x 2,
Silver Bracelet x 1, Ointment x 2, Antidote x 2, Old Temple Key x 1,
Crystal Hair Gem x 1, Medicinal Herb x 2, Nectar x 1, Sage Remedy x 1,

Head right to the next screen, talk to the man who even though he
claims to be a salesman won't sell you anything, but he does tell
you about the temple and a cat that can write a traveling journal
if you talk to him. Take the upper left path and examine both item
balls for a Tonic and a Silver Bell, return to the crossroad and
head right grab the Sacred Tree Dew from the partially hidden item
ball and exit to the right, on this screen exit upwards to reach
the old temple, head right to find a demon cloud, also take note
that Kururugi will blast enemies with energy now instead of
her/his standard run and thwack, at anyrate there are three ways
to go up, left, or right.

I'll start at the right, enter the hard
to see door on the right near the demon cloud I pointed out inside
here should be 3-4 demon clouds at anyrate follow the pathway
until you reach a doorway exit upwards and a doorway leading left
Enter the left doorway and go to the bottom of the room and get
some Eyedrops from the item ball, go behind the folding screen
thing with a spider on it to find a Silver Bracelet inside the
item ball, now exit back to the path we were on and head up
through the door. Which leads to a fairly long hallway enter
the first door leading up inside is a peice of paper saying
something about getting lost, in the second northern room is
another peice of paper with writing about spooky sounds
coming from under the floor, exit this room and grab the
Ointment and Antidote from the item balls, head to the left
and enter the third room, read the paper peices to learn about a
key that was dropped somewhere, and someone becoming lost and
terrified, leave and enter the fourth room to see shelves turned
over head left through here to the fifth room, which also holds
nothing of interest, exit and head left through the doorway to
find a room with an item ball in it's upper left corner which
contains the Old Temple Key, which should unlock the door near
the two item balls from before, but locked doors usually lead
to danger so we'll continue our exploration, by exiting from here
then down into another hallway filled with demon clouds, head
down and enter the left room, head downwards through the door to a
pier-thingy with an item ball on it, grab it for another Ointment,
Go back to the hallway and head down and enter the first door on the
right to get a Crystal Hair Gem from the item ball in the upper left
corner, you'll have to got arround behind the folding screen to get
to it, exit towards the right, grab the Medicinal Herb from the item
ball in the upper left corner of this room, grab another Antidote
from the item ball in the center of this room, grab some Nectar from
the item ball in the lower right corner, now take the right exit
because the lower exit takes you back to the enterance of the temple,
anyway grab the Sage Remedy from the item ball in this room and
return to the enterance of the temple.

>From here enter the left wing of the temple and take the upper exit,
run towards the right until you reach the locked door, open it and go
down in this room is a staircase and a black and white spotted cat
talk to the cat to save your game. Now head down the stairs, exit
through the only door there and you'll find your self in a hallway
that is simular to the one from upstairs, enter the right-most upper
door and read about the temple being taken over by demons, in the room
to the left of this one is another peice of paper saying more and more
demons have been arround lately, exit to the left for another paper that
says to plant a sky blue seed from Kasasagi Village in the Mystery Soil
from Boton Village for a rich harvest, further to the left is another
paper that says something about the Mysterious Fields in Kaede's Village
afterwards exit downward and continue to the left enter the first door
you can and head to the right and grab a Medicinal Herb from the
item ball and head back to the room we just entered, exit back to the
hallway and take the downward door to another hallway, enter the first
left door you come to and get some Eyedrops from the item ball in the
upper left corner of the room and get a Silver Bell from the lower left
part of this room exit and enter the lower left door and get the
Saint Remedy from the item ball in the lower left corner of the room,
return to the cat and save your game, work your way back here and
heal up if need be via items and what not.

when you are ready enter the lower right door for a scene

== Party Update ==
Inuyasha leaves
Kagome leaves
Shippo leaves

Run right along the upper wall until you reach a door, enter it for
another scene

== Party Update ==
Inuyasha returns
Kagome returns
Shippo returns

-- Giant Spider --
Estimated Hp: 700-800
Exp: 200
Money: 0
Recommended Level: 8-9

Watch for his web spewing attack which decreases your Activity stat
if it is succesful, have Kururugi attack or heal the others via items,
Shippo should attack normally or use his techs, Inuyasha should use
Wind Scar if he has the energy or Iron Reaver Soul Stealer if he doesn't,
Kagome should use Cheer on Inuyasha and keep the group healthy with items
and her Bandage skill, not a very difficult fight, two Cheered on
Wind Scars should have this fight in the bag

After the battle a scene will play out and afterwards you'll find
yourself back in Akebi Village head right up and up again for
another scene and a small tutorial on using your skills and this
will unlock Kururugi's Raging Flame tech afterwards head down twice
then to the right and enter the house here for a scene and to
recieve 1000 Money afterwards leave the village, save your game move
Kururugi back to Kaede's Village and press X

:: Kaede's Village Part 2 (Kvil06) ::

The town is the same as the first time you were here which wasn't
that long ago, at anyrate go to Kaede's house, it's one screen left
from the enterance, for a scene you'll now be asked who you want
Kururugi to spend the day with out of Inuyasha, Kagome, and Shippo.
This starts determining friendship values between Kururugi
and the group so pick whomever is your favorite of the three for now
until I can further research the matter.

>> Interval # 1 <<

I chose Inuyasha and he and
Kururugi go off to hunt for herbs.

I later chose Kagome and her and
Kururugi go off to cook.

I later chose Shippo and he and
Kururugi go off to hunt for herbs which leads into toss the Shippo...

I'd advise making different saves to go down different
friendship paths, at any rate after the fun time Kururugi had
with whomever you chose return to the village enterance and
talk to the guy in black and blue that is wearing a orange-red
cap for a scene and return to Kaede's house for another scene
afterwards exit the town and save move Kururugi to
Road to Kasasagi and press X.

:: Road to Kasasagi (Rtks07) ::

Enemies: Dokugan Demon, Bad Luck Bat, Scare Crow, One-eyed Demon,
Ghost

Items: Sacred Tree Leaf x 1, Ointment x 1, Antidote x 1,
Heat Charm x 1, Swallow Wing x 1, Demon Bone x 1, Snake Skin x 1,
Silver Bell x 1

You'll find yourself on a downward curving path exit right to the
next screen there are a couple of demon clouds here, exit via the
lower left to the next screen, interesting note I fought a battle
Kururugi's level didn't change but I learned the Chaotic Flame
Special Tech, which is basically a drain spell, weirdness anyway
You should see something run across the screen in the next area
ignore it for now and head downwards, grab the easy to see
Sacred Tree Leaf and head right, get the Ointment and Antidote
from the item balls here, now return to where the thing scurries
across the screen and run along the right hand side to enter a
semi-hidden pathway that has a demon cloud and a Heat Charm near
a semi-hidden sidepath, follow this path to the right onto the next
screen which is split into two paths(three if you count how you came in)
going up leads to a Swallow Wing, I couldn't continue further upwards
so I returned to the split and went right and grabbed a Demon Bone
before continuing further right to the next screen, grab the
Snake Skin on the left side of the path near the exit to the next
screen which is another split path, take the left path because the
downward path appears to be a dead end, follow the path down to the
next screen, follow it left to the next area, grab the Silver Bell
along the left hand side of the path and continue down to exit to
the world map save your game move Kururugi over Kasasagi Town and press X.

:: Kasasagi Town (Kstn08) ::

Enemies: None

Items: Yellow Seed x 1, Sky Blue Seed x 1

** Kasasagi Town's General Store **
Ointment 200	Recovers 100 HP
Antidote 160	Recovers Poison
Eyedrops 140	Recovers Darkness
Silver Bell 130	Recovers Sleep
Tonic 150	Recovers Confusion
Sacred Tree Dew 700	Recovers Battle Inability
Fern 30	Recovers 25 HP
Marsh herb 50	Recovers 30 HP
Silver Bracelet 1500	Attack Pwr & Defense Pwr rise 2
when equipped. Only males can equip it.
Crystal Hair Gem	1550	Spirit & Defense Pwr rise 2
when equipped. Only females can equip it.

When you enter there will be a scene

== Party Update ==
Inuyasha, Kagome and Shippo leave

Anyway head right to reach a split, head to the right to enter
Kasasagi's store stock up on items and upgrade accesories if need be,
Head up and into the building there to find an inn, exit the inn then
head right then down to reach the back alley, sorta-remnisent of the lost
woods from Zelda games, anyway let's get us an item or two, head left and
grab the Yellow Seed from between the houses, afterwards return as
best you can to the split near the enterance and head down and down
again to reach an area containing a Sky Blue Seed, didn't the paper
at the old temple mention this item... Anyway now go back to the inn
and examine the notice board near by for a scene after the scene
examine the rock on the left side of your cell for another scene
now you have to head through the back alley to get to the enterance
so head down, down again past the old man, down yet again down again
and left when you see a man in brown, head left again from there and
you'll be near the enterance now go up and left for a scene.

== Party Update ==
Inuyasha, Kagome, and Shippo rejoin

Retrace your steps back to the headman's house for a scene after
this rather lengthy scene is a fight

-- Salamander Monk x 2 --

Estimated HP: 150-170 each
EXP: 96
Money: 0
Recommended Level: 11-12

A really easy fight just a half step harder than a regular battle
nail them with Inuyasha and Kururugi's techs while Kagome and Shippo
provide healing and support, just watch out for their attack that
seal your techs

After the battle another scene will play, after the scene
head left for another scene and another fight

-- Ookubi, Salamander Monk, Skelebird --
Estimated HP: 150-170 Ookubi, 150-170 Salamander Monk,
100-120 Skelebird
Exp: 144
Money: 0
Recommended Level: 11-12

Another really easy fight reuse the strategy from the previous fight

After the fight the scene continues grab the Cicada Skin from beside
the headman, now return to outside the headman's house enter it and go
up for a scene and a boss fight

-- Kagura, Mukuro Houoh x 2 --
Estimated HP: Unknown after 1500-1600 damage the fight ends
Exp: 0
Money: 0
Recommended Level: 11-12

Have Kagome Cheer on Inuyasha, have Inuyasha use the Wind Scar on Kagura,
have Shippo and Kururugi use Dbl.Ed.Sw. Tactic on Kagura, watch out
for Kagura's Dance of Blades tech, try and take her out asap,
use Kagome to heal and revive with via items after she has cheered on Inuyasha,
after dealing arround 1500-1600 damage to Kagura the fight ends
Sidenote: I got Inuyasha to kill one of the Mukuro Houoh via the Backlash
Wave, but I still got no Exp from it

Watch the scene when it is finished, leave the room for another scene,
try to leave the headman's house for another scene and a 3000 Money
reward, since that fight with Kagura left my group hurting I rested at
the inn and restocked my Sacred Tree Dew supply at anyrate exit
the town, save your game and return to Kaede's Village.

:: Kaede's Village Part 3 (Kvil09) ::

Enemies: None

Items: Hakama x 1

A scene plays when you enter the village

== Party Update ==
Sango joins up
Miroku joins up

After the scene you are asked to spend the day with another party member
As with before you might want to make a few saves to go down different paths
of friendship.

>> Interval # 2 <<

I chose Sango and she and Kaname
go off to discuss Sango's beautiful hair.
Then Kaname saw Kagome and Inuyasha.

I later chose Miroku and he and Kaname
go for a walk... yeah.

I later chose Inuyasha and he and Kaname
go off to look for demons.

At anyrate FYI I'm playing through the game as Kaname and am going to
choose Sango at every event, so from this point on interval info will
have to be provided from someone else, until I go down each friendship
path, visit the Interval Script FAQ on GameFAQS.com's Inuyasha: TSotCM
FAQ page for detailed info on the Intervals not seen by me

Regardless of who you chose you should see a scene and recieve
a pair of old fashioned pants AKA Hakama.

Leave the village, you might want to buy some accessories for Sango
and Miroku at Akebi or Kasasagi's stores, after you are finished
save your game move over Forest to Tsuzumi and press X

:: Forest to Tsuzumi (Frtt10) ::

Enemies: One-eyed Demon HP: 77, Yakushi Badger HP: 123, Kosui Demon HP: 141,
Shikotsu Bird HP: 117, Ghost HP: 42, Dokugan Demon HP: 63, Blue Wolf Hp: 123,
Gokurai Bat HP: 117, Death Mask HP: 57,

Items: Nectar x 1, Shaman Remedy x 1, Mantra Earring x 1, Cicada Skin x 1,
Sacred Tree Dew x 1, Snake Skin x 1, Defense Gem x 1, Panacea x 1,
Stream Charm x 1, Tonic x 1, Medicinal Herb x 1,

When you enter a scene plays out, grab the Nectar and head
right for another scene, head up the path and grab the Shaman Remedy,
also take note that Miroku's Wind Tunnel is basically like a death
spell from a regular RPG, anyway continue up the path to the next area
grab the Mantra Earring and continue up the path, head right from here

A scene plays after you enter the village, followed by a fight...
against a Skelebird HP: 152 have Sango and Inuyasha attack it, unless
they miss you should have no problems, another scene plays out after
your easy victory, and it is time for another interval

>> Interval # 3 <<

I chose Sango and she and Kaname went off to practice
and discuss some things.
Afterwards Kaname saw Inuyasha and Miroku
examining a very peculiar door...

After the stuff between whoever you picked and Kururugi,
a scene plays

== Party Update ==
Inuyasha, Kagome, Shippo, Miroku, and Sango leave

Anyway now we go to gather information and some stuff,
enter the upper right most house to visit the general store,
upgrade your equipment buy some items and exit,
from where you wake up, exit the house and go towards the upper right
then go up, then to the right, go to the right again, then to the
upper right, get the Pink Seed and talk to the man there for a scene,
return to where you first entered the village, from the house it
is upper right, up, left twice, then take the upward path for a scene,
return to where you took the first left from and go down until
you see a drum atop a tower, I saw Sango standing by the lake
so curve arround the tower and enter the next screen, speak with
her for a scene leave the lakeside and go up to where the bridge
is, talk to Kagome for another scene, now to find him again
return to where you first saw him for another scene, follow
the cat for another scene, enter the new path for another scene
enter the cave and follow him, just watch out for the demon clouds
because Kururugi is all alone, head right until you see
an item ball under a lamp grab the Saxifrage from it and
continue to the lower right for a scene, afterwards grab
some Sacred Tree Dew from the item ball, and talk to
the old man for a scene, head back up and run towards the boy for
another scene.

== Party Update ==
Sango returns

Head back to the left until you reach the exit now return
to the house you woke up in for another scene, feel free to stay
the night, afterwards is another interval, yet again

>> Interval # 4 <<

I chose Sango she and Kaname went off to discuss whether or not
Kaname can become strong like Sango.

== Party Update ==
Inuyasha, Kagome, Shippo, and Miroku rejoin

Afterwards you are free to leave the village via the cave
though I'd advise leaving via the normal enterance, saving then
going through the cave

Save again after passing through the cave and move Kururugi
over Pass to Castle Town and press X

Enemies: Ookubi HP: 184, Kaishucho HP: 152, Shiny Eye Demon HP: 160,

Crimson Seed x 1, Sage Remedy x 1, Lizard Blood x 1, Saint Remedy x 2,
Beast Fang x 1, AyakashiSpring Sake x 1, Snake Skin x 1, Saxifrage x1

Head right, grab the Medicinal Herb from the middle of the fork and
then head towards the right follow the curving path upwards and grab the
Shaman Remedy, return to the split and head down once and exit to the
right grab the Swallow Stone and return to the previous screen,
try to head down for a scene then head down for another scene and a fight
against a Gokurai Bat HP: 188 easy fight, afterwards watch the next scene
and after that rather long scene

== Party Update ==
Miroku leaves the group

Now try and exit the room then examine the folding screen, then speak to
someone in your group for a scene, now exit the room for another scene
and a fight against

-- Serf x 2 --
Estimated HP: 400-450 each
EXP: 288
Money: 0
Recommended Level: 14-15

Have Kagome do her Dbl.Ed.Sw. Tactic with Inuyasha on one of the Serfs
while Shippo and Kururugi perform their Dbl.Ed.Sw. Tactic on the other.
And use Sango's Hiraikotsu tech against whichever survives.

After the semi-boss fight head up for a scene, head down and to the
right for some demon clouds and a Crimson Seed, enter the door near
the seed and go right to reach a Sage Remedy and a cat, save at the cat
return to the deck surrounding the mansion and head left, enter the first
door you see and grab some Lizard Blood and a Saint Remedy from the item balls
here, exit and continue left and into the next door, grab the Beast Fang from
along the left wall beside the shelf, now examine the jugs near the top
for a scene and to recieve some AyakashiSpring Sake, now return to where you
fought the Serfs for a scene, choose whether or not to put the sake there,
choose to put it there for a fight... against regular enemies
take them out however you feel, I defeated them before they got a turn,
afterwards is another scene and another fight, against a Dokugan Demon and
an Enko, have Inuyasha and Sango tackle the Enko while Kagome, Shippo, and
Kururugi take down the Dokugan Demon, again a really easy fight,
another scene and another fight come up afterwards, versus a Shiny Eye Demon
and a Bad Luck Bat, have Inuyasha and Sango go after the demon, while
the others smack down the bat, use Kururugi or Kagome to heal if they get in an
attack on your group another easy breezy fight, afterwards is another
scene and another fight this time it's versus a solitary Kosui Demon
Have the group wail on it with their best normal techs, afterwards
is you guessed it another scene and another fight, this time it's versus
a Blue Wolf, a Badger Demon and a Shikotsu Bird, this might give you a few
problems so have Inuyasha and Sango kill the Badger demon, and have Kagome
and Kururugi heal the group, Shippo should chip in as best he can,
all in all still a fairly easy victory, after wards is yet another
scene and fight, this time it is against a Salamander Monk, a Shiney Eye Demon,
a Yakushi Badger, and a Kaishucho, fairly easy stuff have Sango and Inuyasha
team up on one while the rest team up on another, rinse and repeat, another
scene plays and you are finally finished with those annoying easy battles
return to the cat and save, return to where you saw the demons
gathered and exit to the left for a scene, then head over to where Sango is for
another scene

== Party Update ==
Miroku rejoins

-- Princess Oboro, Serf x 2 --
Hp: Oboro: 1980 Serfs: 422 each
Exp: 838
Money: 0
Recommended level: 16-17

Use Miroku, Kagome, and Kururugi for healing, use Inuyasha's WindScarBarrage
to deal some pretty heavy damage, have Sango use her M.HiraikotsuSt. on the
Princess while Shippo should help out by upping the party's defenses or using
the Dbl.Ed.Sw. Tactic against the princess or using Wheel of Fire or Fire
Bombs against the Serfs, when the party doesn't need healing have Kururugi
perform the Dbl.Ed.Sw. Tactic with whomever comes after them but before
the enemy, have Inuyasha use the Wind Scar against the princess
when her Serfs are dead, keep this up and she should be dead.

Afterwards watch the scene, afterwards they rest and it's time for another
interval.

>> Interval # 5 <<

I chose Sango and she and Kaname go off and feed Kilala,
and talk about Kilala.

Regardless of that it's time to head to the Castle Town
purchase some more supplies/accessories anyway exit the town and return
to Pass to Castle Town

Maybe this time we can make it through the area,
anyway head right, down and down follow the curve to the right, snag the
Saint Remedy, continue right to reach a split, head up to reach an inn
rest if need be, grab the Snake Skin beside the left hand rock, exit
then head down and down again for a split head down then left and
grab the Saxifrage from the leftmost side of the screen, return to
the split, head right three times to reach the world map, save your game
move Kururugi over to Castle Town and press X.

wall until you enter another room, examine the armor here for #8, he'll
mention something about a monk performing a service in the altar room...

left corner for #13, curve arround, follow the bottom wall to an exit,
you'll be back in the begining area of downstairs,
return to the stairs and go straight down instead of downish rightish
like before, you should see a room that you can run arround the outside of,
near it's door is a yellowy colored wall, enter it, examine underneath the
stairs for #14, grab the Saint Earring from the lower left corner and
head up the stairs, grab the Sacred Tree Dew and head up the stairs,
Examine the dead body infront of the statue for a Passage Key, talk
to the monk aka #15, we're halfway there, return to the basement

the box for #16, head into the left door, run to the lower left corner
of this room and talk to the painter behind the screen for #17, exit
downward, head right, then down along the wall and enter the first right door

from the upper right corner... now where in the world are the last 8??
Remember that locked hallway door after where we found #6?
I think we can open it now, return there now, after you open it
via the key head left to the next screen, then head down and left until
you see a door on the upper wall enter it, talk to the man in green
in the lower right corner, he's #23, exit this room and
head back right, go up and past the right hand doorway and
into the left hand one, head left through this room to

for #25, return to the staircase and go up, head down
then left, enter the door for a scene and a fight
these Badger Demon chumps only have 500 each between the two
of them, have Sango and Inuyasha weaken them down while the
others pick them off, really easy fight, afterwards
you recieve the Castle Tower Key from one of the samurai

Well anyway I came close so I got some Sacred Tree Bark from the
guy at the front, I went upstairs and ran into Toki/Otoki,

Credit goes to Nicole Parker for this:
walk right from the stairs and head up into the first room you
see (right of the stairs, on the upper wall, not on the right
wall) Then exit to the next room via the left doorway, then
examine the mattress in the upper right corner, youll find her.

Talk to the man who told you to save the 30 people to
recieve a Purple Seed.

return to where you found #29, exit this room and work your way
to the last door in the area, to face Naraku...

a different vendor, exit to the right then exit to the upper right for
a scene, your new mission is to get a Magatama fruit, return
to the house you wake up in and talk to one of your party
for another scene.

== Party Update ==
They all regroup

Now leave the house and go up and then towards the
upper right, speak to the man under the arch for a scene,
Afterwards head through the arch and upwards to Mt. Houoh
make two upwards turns, then head off towards the right
for a Mystic Charm, return and head up and up again
grab the Sage Remedy and a Blessing Stone, return and then
left twice to reach a crossroad, go up at it to get

side of the cliff and Shippo should balloon you up to the

I used various Co-op techs to soften it up,
Namely Shippo+Kururugi Double Edged Sword Tactic, Sango+Miroku's
Double Edged Sword Tactic, and Inuyasha+Kagome's Double Attack Tactic,
afterwards I used Sango's Mighty Hiraikotsu Strike, and
Shippo+Kururugi's Dbl.Ed.Sw.Tactic again, pretty easy fight

Another scene plays afterwards head up for another scene
and you'll recieve a Magatama Fruit, now work your way back
down the mountain save your game, and move Kururugi over
Rindoh Village and press X, how is it you can travel from town
to mountain without visiting the world map yet have to visit
it when you go from the mountain back to the town...
anyway

Back in town return to where Kakuju was and watch the scene
afterwards Kururugi will learn Blue Sky Calamity and there
will be another interval event.

easy fight

Afterwards a scene plays, after the scene head right then up
then left, then up three times to enter the castle also
as far as I can tell you can't explore the ruined town for
items, or enter the destroyed buildings

head up then to the right, enter the bottom room on the right hand wall
then head to the lower part of the room for some Nectar, head back to
the begining then head to the left, up past the hallway and into the room

wall, grab the Valour Ring from infront of the shelf, exit the room
and head to the right, ignore the second door on the upper wall,
and head into the room on the right wall above the hallway, get

hallway follow the path to an outside area and down some stairs
examine the ? floating over the pink flower for a Pyrethrum, go back the
way you came and work your way arround the debris to the left hallway,
once there examine what looks like an item ball on the stairs
for a scene, I didn't find anything in the 3 rooms here so I went up
the stairs, yet again I found no items in the room here so I left
through the hole in the right hand wall near the stairs which leads
to a miasma filled area, cross the roof top to the right to arrive in
another inside area, go up and then to the left until you
reach a doorway, enter it and get the Adherance Gem near the boxes,
exit the room head left and down, near the middle of the bottom
there will be a scene, afterwards enter the hallway, head right
then enter the room, grab the Sacred Tree Leaf from the upper
left corner of the room, exit the room and head left, ignore the

After the interval is over speak to the man at the stall
to buy items or rest, I upgraded everyone's equipment
namely replacing Strength Rings with Valour Rings,
exit to the lower right, then head to the left twice
head down abit and grab the Nectar from the top of the path

in Inuyasha yelling at you so exit to the right, a scene will

for, anyway return to the first h-shaped path, take the lower-right exit
then exit right, head down to the running rabbit thing, then down again
and then right for a scene, afterwards head up grab the Saxifrage from the
ground near the right and head up for a scene, head right for another

well that was lengthy

Kagome rejoins

well back to town, talk to the general store

why they couldn't have rode Kilala across is anyone's guess, head back

Use Kagome, Miroku and Kururugi for healing via techs while
Sango and Inuyasha whittle down his HP with their SP Techs or
regular Techs when they run out of Energy, when no one needs healing
have the rest of the group contribute to attacking via Co-op Techs,
use Shippo's Fox Fire Defense and Kagome's Cheer to boost stats,
this battle is slightly harder than most winnable boss fights,
but overall not a really big challenge

confuse characters have Kagome, Shippo, Miroku and Kururugi

After the credits a screen with a shadowy outline of Sesshomaru
will appear with the following message on it.

If you save your Clear Data, a new character ending will
be added.

When playing for the second time, there is a talking
cat somewhere in the village where Kaede lives.
Talk to the cat to begin the game from a high level.

To whomever emailed me about the message, there you go
a few months late but still...

:: Kaede's Village - New Game (Kvil38) ::

Any later trips you take through the game and save
your data afterwards will grant you access to the 30
Levels up Cat, which is located by the tree in the north
western part of Kaede's Village, you'll start the new
game off right, at level 30, with all techs minus the story
techs and any co-ops you were missing learned, even
if you start a new game with Michiru instead of Kaname.

** Sesshomaru (Semr07) **

Inuyasha's older half-brother, he despises Inuyasha for several
reasons, because of Inuyasha's human blood, Inuyasha getting their
father's Tetsusaiga sword and Inuyasha using the sword to cut off
Sesshomaru's left arm, and he even went so far as to team up
with Naraku to get revenge however his partnership with Naraku soured
quickly, Sesshomaru does have some kindness in his heart since he
ressurected a young orphan named Rin using the healing powers of
the Tenseiga, however he still despises his younger half-brother
and uses the fangs of the demon who broke the Tetsusaiga to
form the cursed sword Tokijin, in order to even the score with
Inuyasha, Sesshomaru is usually accompanied by Jaken, Rin and
a double headed lizard thing, I don't know it's name or what it is...

not mastered, doubt he has any since he is just a temporary party
member

			*-= Miscellaneus Stuff (Misc06) =-*

As the title for this section suggests this section is stuff that
at this time won't fit anywhere else in the Guide.

So here we go

Luck:

Occasionally after a battle Myoga will inform you that your fortunes
have changed for the worse or for the better and according to the
instruction manual this affects you getting the drop on enemies among
other things.

Multiple Endings:

During the game depending on who you go off with during
intervals determines which ending you get to the game,
there are a grand total of 11 known endings,
5 between Kaname and each party member, 5 between
Michiru and each party member, and a special unlockable ending
between Sesshomaru and Kaname, which I have a short walkthrough
for getting this bonus ending.

You can check which ending you are heading towards by looking
at the right side of the save menu under the file you are currently using.

Yes indeed there are multiple endings kudos to The Demonkiller and
Nicole Parker for informing me about and confirming this.

The Mysterious Field:

Thanks to everyone who sent in info regarding the Seed and
Fertilizer combos, but MelMuff's Mysterious Field FAQ
is far better than anything I could put together.

The various unlockable Bonus Still Images:

I have yet to unlock any of the Still Images, outside of those
from the Mysterious Field events and Intervals, any info on
how to unlock these still images is appreciated

				*-= FAQ (Frqs07) =-*

			===Questions about the game===

Q: Is it possible to sell items to shops?
A: No it isn't possible

Q: What does this game play like?
A: It plays most like Pretty Soldier Sailor
Moon: Another Story for the SNES, in that the characters from the show all
have their signature weapons and moves and they cannot equip weapons or
armor, and can only equip 3 accesories each to boost stats, the waiting your
turn aspect from FFX also makes an appearance since certain moves make your
next turn come up slower or faster than usual, their is also a simplified
version of an affection system that affects the ending simular to the
Star Ocean games only it is easy to raise affection, very hard to miss an
affection raising event since most happen during the story events of the
game and it is easy to see who you'll wind up with by peeking at
your savefile, your energy charges simular to the Limit Guage from FF7,
or the Force Gauge from the Wild ARMS games, However there is a bug in
the game that causes the game to freeze while fleeing from random
encounters in a certain area of the game, and a good deal of lag
between actions in battle.

Q: Do you control Inuyasha in this game?
A: Depends on what you mean by control, if you mean who you walk
arround in fields and towns then no, but if you mean controlable during
battle then yes.

			===Questions about me===

Q: What kind of games do you play?
A: RPGs mostly here is my list of some stuff I've played/own/finished
and what I think about them
http://www.geocities.com/nyanyapyo/games.html
(and yes someone asked something like that)

Q: What are my favorite animes/games?
A: Anime: Tied for 1st: Sailor Moon and Inuyasha, 2nd: Fullmetal
Alchemist, 3rd: Anything Gundam, Zoids or giant robot related
Games: Tied for 1st: Disgaea and FF7, 2nd: Chrono Trigger,
3rd: FF6

Q: Who are my favorite characters from Inuyasha?
A: Favorite Male character is Inuyasha, Favorite Female is Sango

Q: Why are you playing through the game as the girl/Kaname first?
A: 1.) Because she has a slightly less whiney voice, 2.) because
I can't take a guy wearing butterscotch colored pants seriously

Version 1.0 (11-26-04) - Decided to start my own guide to help other gamers
out which in turn will hopefully help me out, started the walkthrough and
marked each section, as I progress through the game
I'll fill in everything I can

sometime in the future, I'll add in the rest of the Co-op
Techs, info on other Intervals, etc if the need arises

for the bonus ending, due to the fact that a few people
were having problems getting the bonus ending

Ok if you have anything to add to this guide then please by all means
write me at Tenma_No_Kage (at) yahoo (dot) com but make absolutely
sure that you include InuYasha some where in the title of the email
along with what you want to be credited as in the guide, however
please don't write me telling me about my grammar usage or incorrect
spelling of something unless it really makes the directions
unclear(example if I say go left when you should go right etc) because
without your imput this guide won't flurish and grow like it could
namely because my information will be estimates on what I experienced
in the game which could be vastly different from other people's
run through the game.

If you have any questions then be sure to send those as well,
I'll help as best I can.

Also I am only fluent in English so make sure your
additions/questions are wrote in English
