Start your liscences and get all golds. That\'s right all golds. Then sell what they gave you except the Concept Viper.

Then go to the Arcade Mode, beat all the tiers on every level next sell what they gave you except the F1 (think it\'s  the FO94/H). Now start the Simulation mode. Beat every race you can enter in the Beginner, Amaeteur, Professional and Endurance Leauges. 

Then having done that, buy the required cars to beat the rest of the races. For Rally just buy a 3000GT VR-4 Turbo or the Skyline GTR V-spec R34 (J). A souped up Astra or Calibra will  also work too. Then just beat rally. You will win the Escudo Pikes Peak Version. Soup it up and just win, win, win!  If you have a question about the gear ratios set every gear to the left. Or to go 700mph just do the following: Equip highest turbo kit. 

Next set the downforce to the most for the rear and the front to least. Put the ride height, stabilizers, shock settings to the least front and back. If done correctly at 230mph the front end should lift up and you should start going real fast. 

If you notice the car can\'t turn, just take the downforce to the least in the rear, and you will be able to turn and go over 308mph as a top speed. Wanna go over 2billion miles per hour? Just do the fly settings again and go to the Seattle Circuit 1or2. 

Then go to the first turn. Smash into the first wall. Look at the small opening and smash into it. Then your car can go through anything. Then at 230mph your front end will lift up. If done correctly you will see an all black area and as you go faster and faster just have patience as the mph goes through the figures.
