Ok, this section doesn�t really have anything to do with getting 100%
it only benefits the player's 'Replay Value' and makes life easier. First
off,
this part of the faq is for PSP ONLY. There is NO cheat device (besides
gameshark, Action Replay etc.) Now that that is out of the way, Edison
Carter
(or E.C, from now on) is a 'GTA God' who has figured out a way to
'edit' his GTA: LCS game save (PSP ONLY) to do what he wants. He has found
unused coding (ie. Helicopters) and has 'tweaked' it. There are several
versions of his cheat device. The most 'up-to-date' version is found at
www.maxbot.com.The latest version at this moment in time is version 1.0d.
In each version (0.1 - 1.0d) there has been something new added. Here is the

Many people are having trouble using E.C's Cheat Device. It's really
not that hard. First download the right version of the Cheat Device
according
to your PSP and your GTA's region. Once you have the .ZIP file, extract it's
contents to your desktop (for easy finding after). Then get your PSP and
plug
it into your computer using a Mini-b 4 pin USB cable. Open the PSP to it's
root folder (the root folder is the folder with MP_ROOT and PSP) Click on
PSP,
then SAVEDATA. Then open the newly extracted cheat device and click on PSP,
SAVEDATA. Once you see one file named: 'ULUS10041S0' or 'ULUK10041S0' drag
that into the PSP's SAVEDATA folder.
WARNING: IT REPLACES THE FIRST SAVE FILE IN GTA!!
Once all that is done, disconnect the PSP and start up GTA. The cheat
device should start up right away. If not, redo everything said above. Once
the device is all loaded up, follow the on screen instructions. Enjoy!

The reason why I�m making this FAQ is so everyone on the Grand Theft
Auto: Liberty City Stories boards on Gamefaqs.com can enjoy having 100%
completion of a very fun game. The best part is that once you get
100%, you unlock new stuff!

For finishing GTA: Liberty City Stories, you unlock a few things. The
greatest thing to unlock is a Rhino (tank) that's delivered to Fort
Staunton. A fellow GameFAQs member named Giovone has taken a picture of

You can also unlock INFINITE AMMO!!!! Yes, that's right - never ending
bullets. Oh man, just think of the fun!! And, of course, you unlock bragging

In this mission you have to go towards the blip on the map. Once there,
go see the dealer and then bring him to Chinatown.
2) Dealing Revenge
In this mission you have to kill 3 dealers. This is really easy, just
run them over.
3) Snuff
In this mission you have to kill a guy that JD O'Tool wants dead. Go
to Ammu-nation and buy a gun, then go to the blip on the map and kill him.
Then pick up the phone as proof and bring it back to JD.
4) Smash and Grab
In this mission you have to go pick up some of Vince's Thugs. You have
to pick them up and bring them back to Vince but with a 3-star wanted level!
Pick up the guys and then dash for the Pay & Spray. Then off to Vince's.
5) Hot wheels
In this mission you have to pick up a car for Vince. Once again
with a 3-star wanted level. Bring the car to the Pay & Spray and off to
Vince's.
6) The Portland Chainsaw Masquerade
In this mission Vince tries to have you killed! Don�t worry because
with the colt and body armor in the ship, this mission will be a piece of
cake. First go into the blip/ship and look in the little paths on the right.
Once you have colt armor, walk through the door and RUN TOWARDS THE FARTHEST
LEFT CORNER FROM THE ENTRANCE! Once you're there, pop each of the killers
with your new one-shot-kill colt.

JD O'Toole:

1) Bone Voyeur!
In this mission you have to drive around with JD and pick up money.
This mission won't take longer than 2 minutes.
2) Done in 60 Seconds
In this mission you have to bring JD to Sal�s house. Just drive to the
Pay & Spray and off you go.
3) A Volatile Situation
In this mission you have to protect the casino from bombers! Go get
a SMG from Ammu-nation and get into the closest car. Drive to the
blip on the map and try to blow it up using a "Drive-by". There are
4 trucks with bombs.
4) Blow Up "Dolls"
In this mission you have to blow up the Sindacco's casino. Get into a
Sindacco car and go to 8-ball's place to get a bomb. Then drive to
the Sindacco Casino and put it in the marker. Run across the street and
press
the detonator.
5) Salvatore's Salvation
In this mission you have to save Sal from the trunk of a car on its
way to the CAR CRUSHER!! Instead of following the guy that you�re
supposed to, drive to the crusher and get ready to fire your SMG.
Once they get out, push Sal�s car out of the way of the crane.
6) The Guns of Leone
In this mission you have to help Sal's men with a gunfight in front
of JD's. Instead of staying on the roof, go down and help shoot
from the street. You have to kill about 30 guys.
7) Calm Before the Storm
In this mission you have to follow the helicopter to its final point:
a rooftop in China Town. Once you're there, kill all the guys on the roof.

ATTENTION:
How to fly the helicopter. Written by d_love.
What you do is take a motorcycle up the stairs and drive THROUGH the yellow
marker on top of the building that will trigger the mission continuation
(you need a bike to get you up the stairs and over the marker without
stepping on it). As long as you don't touch that marker, or shoot any guns,
you can very simply just GET INTO THE HELICOPTER that's sitting on the roof,
and fly it! But there is a catch:
The good news:
You can get the helicopter easily and you can fly it around.
The bad news:
1. If you kill anyone before getting in the aura, the mission ends and it
disappears.
2. If you fly too far away from the Mafioso (the guy you are following),
the mission ends and you die. You can only get about 4 blocks away before
you fail. So you don't get to free fly anywhere for as long as you want

8) The Made Man
In this mission you have to bring JD to his "Party". Destroy the
Sindacco cars that try to ram you off the road. Once you make it to the
"Destination", bring Mickey to his place and dump the car in the River.

Ma Cipriani:

1) Snappy Dresser
In this mission you have to follow the guy from the Deli, and take
pictures of him. Bring them back to Ma.
2) Big Rumble in Little China
In this mission you have to destroy/kill the blips on the map.
3) Grease Sucho
In this mission you have to race Sucho. Beat him and then kill him.
Take his car too, because it's a rare paintjob on a rare car.
4) Dead Meat
In this mission you have to kill Casa (the Deli guy). Bring him to
the Saw-mill and chop him up.
5) No Son of Mine
In this mission you have to kill all the hit men who attack you. I
suggest going to higher ground and having a lot of bullets and armor.
Once you kill all of the waves and finish the mission, you will see hit men
coming after you every once in a while. Don�t worry, it stops soon and they
give you free armor if you kill them.

1) The Offer
In this mission you have to go down to the Docks and talk to the lady.
Make it out of the docks alive and go to Sal�s place
2) Ho Selecta!
In this mission you have to grab a car with 4 seats and pick up the
girls to bring them to the docks. You can pick up 3 at a time. Bring a total
of 6 and mission passed.
3) Frighteners
In this mission you have to scare the people in the cars marked with
a red dot on the map. DON'T KILL THEM! Rather, punch them until they run
away.
4) Rollercoaster Ride
In this mission you have to pick up the girl from "The Offer" and
drive crazy enough to fill up the bar until she says she'll call off the
strike.
5) Contra-Banned
In this mission you have to kill the dealers. Get a SMG and off you go.
Once they are all dead, grab the patriot and go to the Pay & Spray to
get rid of the 3-star wanted level, then off to Sal's.
6) Sindacco Sabotage
In this mission you have to help Sal's goons in a turf war. Go get the
ammo/armor that Sal told you to get, then go to the blip on the map. Kill
all the Diablo's and mission passed.
7) The Trouble With Triads
In this mission you have to go to the newly blown-up warehouse and kill
some triads and grab money. Once you have all the money, go to Sal's.
8) Driving Mr. Leone
In this mission you have to Drive Sal to the Ferry. He sees the cops
so it's off to Staunton Island. Go on the bridge from the RIGHT side and
make
the jump. Then go to the Hideout.

1) Shop Till you Strop
In this mission you have to bring Maria around town to ROB STORES!
After going to the first store and getting one star, go to the next to get
3! Off to the Pay & Spray, then back to her place.
2) Taken for a Ride
In this mission you have to bring Maria to her dealer, but the dealer
doesn�t want money this time, he wants her! Ram the car until she
can get out and bring her back to her place. (Watch for the Hot Coffee
reference :P)
3) Booby Prize
In this mission you have to race in a bike contest. Maria is the prize
for the winner. Go grab a PCJ and get first.
4) Biker Heat
In this mission you have to kill her second boyfriend
(Sal is her first.) Grab a SMG and a PCJ from Wayne's little gang there,
and follow him. Kill him as you chase him or wait until he gets off and then
shoot him.
5) Overdose of Trouble
In this mission you have to bring Maria to her stash of "Zap". Go to
the Blip to meet some friends. The Zap isn�t there, then off to the next
blip
and then the next. Then to her place. Then to Sal�s.

9) A Walk in the Park
In this mission you have to kill the mayor. This is really easy just
run into the forest and gun him down. But you have to be quick as the FBI
are guarding him.
10) Making Toni
In this mission you don't have to do anything! Just watch the video.
11) Caught in the Act
In this mission you have to just blow up some boats. This is kind of
easy. Whenever you see the red barrels, shoot it to blow them up. You'll
kill a few people in the process.
12) Search and Rescue
In this mission you have to help Sal get out of an ally that is being
blocked from the Forelli's. Go grab a lot of ammo and body armor.
Bring the limo to the blip and use a sniper rifle to kill all the guys
there.
Then walk into the ally and kill the other 2 guards, grab Sal and
get ready for some more guys. Once you break through all the people,
bring Sal back to his hideout.
13) Taking the Peace
In this mission you have to control Paulie Sindacco's car to kill some
Forelli's. It's an easy mission - just kill 2 guys and run. Kill 2
more and run. Repeat.
14) Shoot the Messenger
In this mission you have to kill the messenger. Grab an SMG and
drive-by his boat until it blows up.

Donald Love:

1) The Morgue Party Candidate
In this mission you have to hijack a hearse. Get into a fast car and
follow the blip. Once the hearse is in front of you, ram it until
the driver gets out. Then you get in the hearse. Drive to the Pay & Spray,
then back to Donald.
2) Steering the Vote
In this mission you have to convince people that O'Donovan isn�t a good
guy. Drive around in that truck that D.L gave you and go for the furthest
blips first. Then aim for that group of 4 near Phil's gun shop.
3) Cam-Pain
In this mission you have to kill 3 people from O'Donovan's party.
This is really easy, just get a fast car and run over the blips. Make
sure you have a SMG in case they run.
4) Friggin' the Riggin'
In this mission you have to pick up a flamethrower and burn away the
votes. Make sure you are wearing body armor and carry a SMG and
grenades to make it easer. Go to the factory and toss in a grenade,
you'll kill 2 guys and probably blow up one of the machines. Just run
around killing and blowing up stuff and you'll do fine.
5) Love and Bullets
In this mission you have to protect D.L from the Forelli's. DONT USE
THE SNIPER RIFLE. USE A M4 FROM PHIL'S. Once you are in the limo, bring
D.L to the point and get out and fire on the Forelli's using the M4. Once
they are all dead DON'T GO BACK IN THE LIMO! Wait until you see a truck
come flying down the road. Shoot the driver and the people inside. Then
get back in the limo and bring D.L back.
6) Counterfeit Count
In this mission you have to follow the van and take the ballots back.
This is really easy. Just kill the people running back to their
truck. DONT BLOW UP THE BALLOT TRUCK!
7) Love on the Rocks
In this mission you have to grab some evidence from a truck. Grab a SMG
and blast your way in. Grab the evidence and drive-by on the
banshee to blow it up. Get rid of any wanted levels and drive to the blip.

1) Sayonara Sindacco�s
In this mission you have to kill all the Sindacco�s on the map. It�s
easy, just run them over or grab your good buddy Mr. SMG.
2) The Whole 9 Yardies
In this mission you have to take a bike from the blips on the map.
Have the Forelli's chase you but make sure you DON'T kill them. Bring them
to the Yardie turf and then you can kill them. :P
3) Crazy '69
In this mission you have to kill 20 Forelli's by using a sword.
Grab some body armor and off you go.
4) Night of the Living Dreads
In this mission you have to help out the Yardies from the attacking
Sindacco's. Grab some armor and a shotgun and off you go.
5) Munitions Dump
In this mission you have to blow up 2 army trucks. Grab a rocket
launcher from Phil's and blow them up!

1) L.C Confidential
In this mission you have to jack an FBI car. Go pick it up from
the blip and make your way to the other blip. Run over the guy and grab the
report.
2) The Passion of the Heist
In this mission you have to steal diamonds from a diamond thief.
Grab a sniper rifle and kill all the guards/blips then grab the
rocket launcher and blow up the helicopter. Grab the diamonds and go
back to the church.
3) Karmaggedon
In this mission you have to fill the bar by causing a lot of mayhem.
Look at the Karmaggedon Side Mission for more info.
4) False Idols
In this mission you have to kill the 3 idols. They are the 3 red blips
on the map. Grab a rocket launcher from Phil's and blow them up!

15) Rough Justice
In this mission you have to kill some Forelli's...again. Get some help
from the Hoods and ram the blips/cars on the map. Then kill all the
people inside.
16) Dead Reckoning
In this mission you have to kill Paulie Sindacco. Grab the rocket
launcher near the boxes and drive up ahead of the boat. Aim
that rocket at the boat that is going about 2mph.
17) Shogun Showdown
In this mission you have to stop the Yakuza from getting a shipment
of weapons. Go to the blip to find out that the gates closed. Go
and grab a Yakuza Stinger to have them open again. Run over all the people
inside and grab the TANK! Put a bomb in it, BUT BEFORE YOU BLOW IT UP, BRING
IT INSIDE YOUR GARAGE, THEN PRESS O. Mission passed with a nice tank
in your garage.
18) Shore Side Redemption
In this mission you have to protect the van with Sal inside. Simply
find a car with good durability and follow the van. Once you get to the Dam,
the van will turn around. Get in front of it and blast through all the
blockades to allow the van to get through. Get Sal to the courthouse alive
to beat the mission

7) Panlantic Land Grab
In this mission you have to kill an "old friend" from Vice City. Grab
a fast car and an SMG and drive by the cars/blips on the map.
8) Stop the Press
In this mission you have to convince the reporter that found out about
the Forelli's and the Sindacco's war being set up by the Sicilians to give
you his pictures. Kill him and then take his rare gold f*ggio.
9) Morgue Party Resurrection
In this mission you have to grab the bodies from the blips on the map.
Go for the one in Staunton first and bring it back to the airport.
Now run up the hill on the side towards the hospital and if you're
lucky, the other blip should be right there.
10) No Money, Mo' Problems
In this mission you have to give 8-ball some money to set up the next
mission.
11) Bringing the House Down
In this mission you have to drive a truck filled with bombs to the
blip. Be careful because the truck has a very low tolerance for damage.
Drive towards the darker blip on the map because it's easier.
12) Love on the Run
In this mission you have to bring D.L to the airport. But there's a
catch: you have to kill a lot of people trying to block you. Make sure you
have some body armor and a rocket launcher. Blow up all the
blips/cars and drive straight down the hill beside the hospital to get to
the
hanger. Mission passed.

1) More Deadly then the Male
In this mission you have to kill all the targets on the map. Grab a
sniper rifle and kill all the guards you can see. Then get into the boat and
get to the blip without blowing up the boat.
2) Cash Clash
In this mission you have to blow up 3 trucks with money inside.
Grab a rocket launcher from Phil's and blow them up!
3) A Date With Death
In this mission you have to bring Toshiko to the Opera (Weird, I know)
After you get there you need to kill all the targets. Get back in the limo
and bring Toshiko back home.
4) Cash In Kazuki's Chips
In this mission you have to kill Kazuki by only using a sword.
Grab some armor and go to the GTA3 hideout. Kill all the people there
and then go towards the casino. Kill everyone there and make your
way up the stairs to the Helipad where Kazuki is waiting. Slice him up.

19) The Sicilian Gambit
In this mission you have to save the mayor. First get an M4, a
rocket launcher and some body armor. Then drive to City Hall only
to find out that the mayor is gone! Kill the people who just drove up and
then get back into the car. Drive to the pier and kill the guy standing
in the open. Once you�re on the boat (this part is really fun), blow up
all the other boats! Once you've made it to the light house, kill the
guards on the hill. Be careful of the guy behind the boxes because he's
really hard to kill. But it's easy to kill him with a good rocket blast!
Next,
make your way up the stairs and blow up the helicopter.

chainsaws

Tips? Go to the furthest LEFT corner from the door that you walk through -

gun (i.e. mini gun or flame-thrower) or a one-shot-kill gun
(i.e. colt python).

How hard is it? *** Trust me, it's easier than you think.
How do I beat it? Get all the checkpoints without falling off the tracks
Tips? If you can, drive-by the people beside you so it�s only you and take
your time.
Any Prizes? Nope, just money (around $2000).

Location: 2 blocks east of the fire station
Is it Unlocked? No, it's unlocked after you Vincenzo's second mission
"Dealing revenge".
When can I use it? 8:00 to 18:00.
What do I have to do? Sell cars....duh. :P
How hard is it? ** Trust me, it's easier than you think.
How do I beat it? Sell up to Level 6
Tips? GO IN THE FOLLOWING ORDER:
1) off road: drive up to Sal�s mansion and drive off the cliff
towards the car salesmen spot. You will max out the bar and
then you'll be right there (make sure you break the entire fence on your
way).
2) speed: drive through the newly broken fence towards the gta3
hobo tunnel. Speed through there, it should get the bar to 70%.
Then just drive back.
3) slow: do you really need tips?
4) crazy: get an Uzi and shoot cars and people. Once you get a star, go find
a
bribe and it should be maxed.
Any Prizes? Yes, for finishing the second level you switch the Karuma from
inside the show room with a Sentinel. Beat level 4 and the
Sentinel is switched with the Hellenbach GT. And you get a $3000
pick up.

ATTENTION:
How to Get Snow. Pointed out by nightsh0de.
Many people have seen snow in Liberty City WITHOUT the cheat device.
All of them saw the snow by doing the exact same thing. Reaching Level 9 in
Car Salesmen. I have to warn you that it is hard for the average gamer. But
if you are a really good driver in GTA, then this will be just a little
challenge. What you have to do is get to level 9 without failing or running
out of time. Sounds easy? why dont you go try it? MAKE SURE THAT YOU
HAVEN'T BEATEN CAR SALESMEN (level 6). IF YOU BEAT LEVEL 6 AND FAIL, YOU
CANT DO IT AGAIN.

You finally get to see snow!
The bad news:
1. Really hard to see.
2. Once you beat level 6, and you fail, you cant do it again.

How do I beat it? Beat level 10 in one shot (excuse the pun).
Tips? Aim for the tires and the guy in the back (if he's there)

9) Beside one of the cabins in the same spot as the El Buro missions in
gta3.
10) Use an ambulance or a mule to get on top of the shelter thingy.
11) Behind Sal's mansion there is a little path...it�s at the end.
12) On the cliff beside Sal's mansion.
13) Get a boat and go up the stairs to the lighthouse, you can�t miss it.
14) Go behind the building and down a ramp.
15) *SPOILERS* It�s in the open after you finish "Blow Up Dolls".
16) *SPOILERS* A tough one to collect but you will complete a unique jump to
do so :) Grab a PCJ-600 and start from the street that has Ammu-nation
and
the remains of Dolls House on it. Go south on this street to the
beginning
of an alleyway then turn around. Drive full speed up the road to Dolls
House. The ramp is marked with an X on the map (rough position). Hit it
right and you will land on the roof of the construction site. Then just
jump down to the package on the lower ledge (copied from Teliko21's
site).
17) Behind 2 containers.
18) In a flower bed.
19) Behind Ammu-Nation.
20) Between 2 garbage containers.
21) Marco's bistro second level.
22) Under the El Train tracks.
23) In the ally in front of the hospital.
24) One of the harder packages to collect. You must use a PCJ-600 and
starting
from Callahan Bridge, drive at full speed up the stairs leading to the
El
station, I personally hit something on the way up which sent me flying
through the air minus bike. But at least I landed on the roof :P

25) On a ledge behind the hospital.
26) Another tough one that needs a PCJ-600. The X on the map shows the
position
of the package while the marker shows the position of the ramp you will
need to use. Get a long run up and hit the ramp heading slightly right.
You are aiming to land on the roof of the uncompleted building. Then you
can jump from roof to roof to get the package
(copied from Teliko21's site).
27) Use an ambulance or another big truck to get on top of the containers.
28) Tough to see, but it�s in the forest area.
29) In the alleyway
30) On the roof of the "Sausage Factory". Use the train tracks to get on
top.
31) Get on the stairs on the other side of the building and walk across.

I drove up to the bridge on the wrong side of the road. At the first gap

the bridge you come to, I climbed up on the side. Below you, you will
see a metal walkway. Starting as far back on the side of the bridge as
you can, jump out to land on this walkway. You can then just run along
it to get the package. It might take a few attempts to line up the jump
down though. (Copied from Teliko21's site)
19) Behind the tall tower in the park
20) Use an ambulance to get on top if the glass
21) I was on a motorbike while searching for this one. This meant I drove up
on
the median. The median turns to grass and slopes upwards. At the top of
the
slope you must walk around the narrow ledge to get the package. If you
go
to get this package in a car you can probably climb up on the car to get
to
the median and thus get to the package (copied from Teliko21's site).

a PCJ-600 to jump from these to the ledge. Pointing south on this ledge
you will see another ramp. This also needs to be jumped to enable you
to
get the package at the far end of the ledge (from Teliko herself).
