What Are These And How To Take Them. *Race Car Evolution: Where you do laps in a session and test out different settings on a car to get the best car setup for that track. *Thursday Practice 1.(Only applies to Monaco) A session only held at monaco where you practice the track and set your car up there is a 60.00min Limit. *Thursday Practice 2.(Only applies to Monaco) Its the same deal as session one you have 60.00 min to do what ever you wish. *Friday Practice 1.(Does NOT apply to Monaco) A session that is held on every track but Monaco as monaco has these on a Thursday the limit is 60.00min in this time you can do whatever you wish I recommend practicing with car setup so you are ready for the race. *Friday Practice 2.(Does NOT apply to Monaco) Same as above the limit is 60.00min do whatever you wish. *Saturday Practice Another Practice session held at every track on a Saturday before Qualifying it durates 60.00min and you can do whatever you wish I recommend practicing for the qualifying session or seting up your car which you should have done in the 5 previous sessions or practice the racing line which helps alot. *Saturday Qualifying Saturday Qualifying is where you do laps to get a grid starting spot qualifying runs like it ran at the start of the 2006 season there are 3 sessions 2x 15min and 1x 20 min on the 20 min one if you are doing a lap when the timer runs out the lap will count. Session 1 (15.00Minutes) Cars that have done a lap time which was ranked positions 17-22 will be knocked out. Session 2 (15.00 Minutes) Cars that have completed a lap ranked in positions 11-16 will be knocked out. Session 3 (20.00 Minutes) This is the final fight for pole position which ever position you finnish you will start there is no knockout and there is a final chance if the timer runs out 00.00 and you are on a flying lap you will get to complete it. *Race Well the word says all there is 22 cars top 8 score points. *Point Scoring System: Top 8 cars score points every race as follows 1st-10pts 2nd-8pts 3rd-6pts 4th-5pts 5th-4pts 6th-3pts 7th-2pts 8th-1pts *Aids in F1 "06" *Traction Control Is a really simple Aid but helps heaps what it does it dosent let your rear Wheels Spin when Too Much power is added to them so no Burnouts. *ABS Anti-Lock Braking system another simple aid but will help it does NOT let your brakes lock Which prevents some loss of control and Slows Tyre wear down as you can never lock your wheels. *Steering Assistance Steering Assistance is a big Aid, In my point of view only a beginer should use it thats Hasnt Played F1 games in the past with this aid it still requires you turn but it will turn slightly to let you know when to turn but with this aid you will achive slow Lap times as you cant drive your style. *Braking Asistance Should Only be use by beginers what it does is it brakes for you but again your driving style is not like the computer aids so it will affect your lap times but tis good for Beginers so they improve Overtaking and Steering while not worrying about braking. *Virtual Racing Line A line that stays on the track with 3 colours Red-Means Brake Yellow-Go easy Reduce Throttle or let go completely Green-Go for it throttle hard out. *BA markers Same as the VRL but instead markers come up if you see an A it means throttle/Acelerate if you see a B it means Brake,Its another very good aid. *Spin Recovery Spin recovery is what it says all it is for eg. you spin out and your car faces the wrong way but if you have this turned on it autoatically puts you back on track. *Stability Control Stability control stabalises your car more eg.if you go over a ripple strip too hard and have this on it will reduce the chances of you spinning out it also de -pends what level you have it set to there are 3 Weak,Medium,Strong its also a good choice for beginers. *The Drivers: Fernando Alonso: Teams:Minardi,Mild Seven Renault Driver Tittles:2 Wins:15 Podiums:37 PP-15 Giancarlo Fisichella: Teams:Sauber,Jordan,Benneton,Minardi,Renault F1 Driver Tittles:0 Wins:3 Podiums-18 PP-3 Michael Shumacher: Teams:Benneton,Ferrari Driver Tittles:7 Wins:91 Podiums-154 PP-68 Felipe Massa: Teams:Sauber Petronas,Ferrari Driver Tittles:0 Wins:2 Podiums:7 PP:3 Rubens Barichello: Teams:Jordan,Stewart,Ferrari,Honda Driver Tittles:0 Wins:9 Podiums:61 PP:13 Jenson Button: Teams:Williams,Benneton,Renault,BAR Honda,Honda Driver Tittles:0 Wins:1 Podiums:13 PP:3 Nick Heidfeld: Teams:Sauber Petronas,Williams-BMW,BMW-Sauber Driver Tittles:0 Wins:0 Podiums:5 PP-0 Jacques Villeneuve: Teams:Williams-Renault,Williams-Mechachrome,BAR Honda,Renault Sauber Petronas,Sauber BMW Driver Tittles:1 Wins:11 Podiums:23 PP-13 David Coulthard: Teams:Williams-Renault,Mercedes-Mclaren,Redbull-Ferrari Driver Tittles:0 Wins:13 Podiums:61 PP:12 Christian Klien: Teams:Jaguar,Redbull-Ferrari Driver Tittles:0 Wins:0 Podiums:0 PP:0 Kimi Raikonen Teams:Mercedes-Mclaren,Sauber Petronas Driver Tittles:0 Wins:9 Podiums:36 PP:12 Juan Pablo Montoya: Teams:Williams-BMW,Mclaren-Mercedes Driver Tittles:0 Wins:7 Podiums:30 PP:13 Mark Webber: Driver Tittles:0 Teams:Jaguar,Williams-BMW,Williams-Cosworth Wins:0 Podiums:1 PP-0 Nico Rosberg: Driver Tittles:0 Teams:Williams-Cosworth Wins:0 Podiums:0 PP:0 Ralf Shumacher: Driver Tittles:0 Teams:Panasonic Toyota,Williams-BMW,Williams Mechachrome Wins:6 Podiums:27 PP:6 Jarno Trulli: Driver Tittles:0 Teams:Jordan,Renault,Panasonic Toyota. Mclaren-Mercedes: Top Speed : 93 Acceleration : 97 Power : 94 Braking : 92 Stability : 91 Handling : 93 Overall: Its a pretty good car with everything you need to win with. Ferrari: Top Speed : 97 Acceleration : 98 Power : 96 Braking : 96 Stability : 97 Handling : 97 Overall: I think Its the best car in the game and will do you the best you can in the game. Renault: Top Speed : 96 Acceleration : 98 Power : 94 Braking : 96 Stability : 94 Handling : 95 Overall: Its More then Likely the 2nd best car you can get in the game and will nearly give you the same result as a Ferrari. Redbull Racing: Top Speed : 88 acceleration : 86 Power : 88 Braking : 93 Stability : 90 Handling : 89 Overall: Its more of a beginer car i'd say middle class it will give a pro an average finnishing place of about 6th-8th place but in a track you are good at you can win with it. BMW-Sauber: Top Speed : 93 Acceleration : 90 Power : 90 Braking : 89 Stability : 87 Handling : 90 Overall: Its a pretty Good little car its about ties with Toyota id say on average a pro would place around 4-5th place and win on a couple of tracks t he car has good top speed down a long straight if you change setting you would get 320km/h+. Honda: Top Speed : 91 Acceleration : 90 Power : 91 Braking : 90 Stability : 92 Handling : 93 Overall: Its a good car you will be able to win races with its most probably the 4th fastest car and is most likely honda's best to date. Panasonic Toyota: Top Speed : 92 Acceleration : 89 Power : 90 Braking : 86 Stability : 92 Handling : 90 Overall: I think its the same as a BMW and has better stability but has slower acceleration and braking then a BMW id say they are evenly matched. Super Aguri Honda: Top Speed : 80 Acceleration : 80 Power : 75 Braking : 80 Stability : 82 Handling : 87 Overall: Its the slowest car in the game and will get you no where if you stick to it you'd be mad if you could win with it I mean your even mad if your thinking that you could even though you havent played this game! Torro Rosso: Top Speed : 87 Acceleration : 84 Power : 87 Braking : 89 Stability : 90 Handling : 88 Overall: Its a fantastic car to start with a bit slow compared to other but I will gurantee you If you start career this is the best car to try and get into. Midland F1: Top Speed : 82 Acceleration : 83 Power : 80 Braking : 85 Stability : 88 Handling : 88 Overall: The car is slow much faster then Aguri Though but slower then Torro Rosso I see it as a Stable Little car with good handling but not a good choice its the 2nd worst car. Williams-Cosworth: Top Speed : 96 Acceleration : 91 Power : 97 Braking : 90 Stability : 92 Handling : 91 Overall: Its Good car and will let you compete for the win it has everything good esspecially power, But still not as good as the '97' car O'well time goes. *The Tracks: *Albert Park Melbourne Australia *Bahrain International Circuit *Suzuka Circuit Japan *Sepang International Circuit *Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari San Marino *Nurmburg Ring Germany *Circuit de Catalunya Spain *Circuit de Monaco *SilverStone Raceway *Circuit Gilles Villeneuve Canada *Indianapolis Motor Speedway USA *Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours France *Hockenheimring Germany *Hungaroring Hungary *Istanbul Park Turkey *Autodromo Nazionale Monza Italy *Shanghai International Circuit China *Autdromo Jos Carlos Pace Sao Paulo Brazil *The Next Version (V1.2) Will Contain Major Updates which Include *Track Walkthroughs *Track Statistics *Another Navigation Update So YOU DONT HAVE TO READ MY GUIDE LIKE A BOOK something ive heard b4. *A layout Update *Spelling and Gramar update/fix *Driving guide how to take turns eg.Apex's *Diagrams.
