FINAL FANTASY X:BOSSES AND HOW TO BEAT THEM By:1122andyozz33 Legal: Unauthorized copying is illegal and will result in instant DEATH Important: Before Every fight, use Haste/Hastega and have you guys on their Overdrives unless not advised. 1.Sins Fin Have Tidus attack the little bug guys while Wakka and Lulu are attacking the fin with attacks and magic. Also have Yuna come out every now and then to use Valefore to use his Overdrive. 2.Chocobo Eater You cant defeat this guy. He has like 10,000 H.P. and its still the beginning of the game, besides, youre supposed to lose-dont die though. 3.Gui This guy is pretty easy. Have Auron attack one hand and have Tidus and Kimahri attack the other. When both hands are gone, attack the center. Also have Lulu use her Water move because Gui is weak against water. Do this when you fight Gui again with Seymour accept use watera. 4. Seymour (First) Make sure that all the characters are on their Overdrives. Use Aurons overdrive and that should kill the annoying Guado Guardians. Now keep attacking Seymour until he summons Anima. Heres the key to beating Anima. When he is near or on his Overdrive, summon an Aeon but don't summon the new one because she comes in handy. Dont use Rikkus or Tidus Overdrive because thats the key to beating Seymour. While fighting Anima, make sure you have 3 characters out at all times. Also, have Rikku use some sleep bombs and stuff. He may be Immune but, they pack a powerful punch. After you kill Anima, you must quickly kill Seymour because hell use his Multi-Magic attacks which attack all of your guys. Now, use Tidus Overdrive and Rikkus. If that doesnt kill him, use the new Aeons overdrive. Done. 5.Wendigo This guy is easy. Make sure all of your guys are on their overdrive including Aeons. Have Auron use Armor and Power Break then ise overdrives. Take out the Guado because he will keep using his Auto-Potion which will heal either by 1000 or 2000. 6.Evrae Start off by using Hastega. Make Cid take the Airship back and use cheer a lot until you think you are ready to kill Evrae. Have out Tidus, Kimahri, and Auron because they should be your strongest characters. When you are ready to move in, say the word, and in the mean time, use cheer. Keep Whacking Evrae until he dies. If at any point he takes in a breath, immediately move back. If it isnt Tidus turn, take out Rikku. Also, some good mixture Overdrives will do good. 7. The Aeons A. Valefore. Summon Ifrit and keep attacking, when he gets low on health, use the strongest Fire move he has and use it on himself. B.Ifrit. Summon Shiva and keep using Blizzara. When she gets low on health, use Blizzara on herself. C.Ixion Summon Valefore and keep using Water on him. If Valefore dies, summon Bahamut and keep using Waterga. D.Shiva Summon Ifrit and keep using Fire attacks on her. When Ifrit gets low on health, use your strongest fire attack on himself. E.Bahamut Use the remaining Aeons and use their Overdrives when possible. 8. Seymour (Second) Use Overdrives when possible and Aeon Overdrives. But, sometimes using Aeons isnt a good idea because ten Seymour will use banish and then might have a lot more turns. 9.Seymour Flux Use Armor Break and then Bio. Keep whacking him and using Overdrives. Also, when he gets low on health, use Aeons overdrives. The poison will do a whopping 1400 damage every time he attacks. Make sure that you go to Wantz and buy 90 Holy Waters. Fight until you have the money. Customize your armor so that Auron, Tidus, and Kimahri have Zombie Ward on their Armor because Seymour will use his very annoying Lance of Atrophy attack which will turn you into a Zombie. 10. Sin Have out Tidus, Kimahri, and Auron for this. As stated in the beginning of my walkthrough in the Important section, you should use Haste/Hastega during every boss fight. Do this. Use Armor Break on Sin when he draws near. Dont use Aeons until the end because if you do, Sins mouth will open a lot faster and the game will end. Use all your guys Overdrives, at least the ones you have out. Then, keep attacking. After Sin has about 20,000 H.P. left, summon Bahamut and use Mega-Flare. 11.Seymour Omins First, have out Yuna, Auron, and Tidus. The color of the node on Seymours back determines which element he is. Blue is water, Red is Fire, White is Ice, and Yellow is Electric. Not sure what green is. Now, summon the Aeon that corresponds with Seymours current element. For example, summon Shiva when he is ice. This may take a while, but it works. Instead of using Overdrives, just use regular attacks. He will sit there and heal you for like 3-5 turns. Haste on your Aeons will be good too. When he changes elements, use your Aeons Overdrive. Be warned, when he turns red, that doesnt mean he changed. His element changes when the nodes change. 12.Jecht. Before fighting Jecht, you MUST have Aurons fully up-graded Masamune because it helps SO MUCH. (refer to my Celestial Weapons Guide when I make it). Dont bother using Armor break because those dumb Yu Pagodas will heal him by 1500 twice and cure him of all status ailments. Make sure that Aurons attack is in the 70s. On Jechts second form, its Aeon time. Summon Aeons and use their Overdrives. Dont sweat it if you dont have the Magus Sisters because you will have to fight them very soon if you do. Take out Rikku at some point and make her USE a Stamina Tonic which doubles your parties H.P. This should come in handy. Also, take Yuna out and have her use Protect on Auron. 13. Dark Aeons These Aeons are the exact same Aoens that you have. They all have the same status. Just keep attacking and they will die in no time. 14. Yu Yevon Just keep attacking, dont bother healing your guys because they are on Auto-Life automatically. Also, ave Lulu do Doublecast and do two magic attcks to those annoying Yu Pagodas Questions or comments?
