2.0 FOREWORD:
-------------

In this guide you are (as the name says) only allowed to use Lulu. This
challenge is in my opinion harder than a No Sphere Grid or Tidus only
Challenge. Don't read any further if you have not completed the entire game
yet, cause it will be too hard and i will remark story-spoilers without
warning.

Also, i pretend you have collected all 26 Al Bhed Primers from another game.
They will be useful here for an unlimited amount of gil. If you don't have
them, you are still able to finish this challenge.

4.0 STARTING RULES:
-------------------

- You are only allowed to use Lulu
- You can activate Sphere Grid Nodes ONLY for Lulu
- Other active party members have to try to escape in a battle immediately. If
they don't succeed; you are lucky and they have to try it again next turn.
- In most boss-battles, your characters cannot escape. Have them change
weapons constantly. You are not allowed to defend with them cause this will
reduce any physical damage. They are not allowed to kill themselves. You don't
have to kill them with Lulu, but you are allowed to.
- Don't revive fallen party members
- You can customize any Weapon/Armor for Lulu
- You are allowed to equip Armors/Weapons for other party members. You are NOT
allowed to customize new Armors/Weapons (such as Evade and Counter after
visiting Bikanel) for other party members
- You are allowed to make other characters join the party because of their
Weapon/Armors or stats (such as Auron of high HP or Rikku of quite high
Agility. Or Yuna on Djose Highroad with Stoneproof)
- You are not allowed to switch in party members with a Sensor-weapon equiped,
so that you can check HP and elemental weaknesses.
- In battles where Lulu does not participate, you are allowed to use any
abilities/overdrives for other Party Members

The next two rules i added myself, i think it's unfair to break them:
- Keep backtracking in anyones elses grid to a minimized amount. In this
challenge, i only learned Steal and Use. Certain bosses are impossible
without.
- Don't dodge lighting in your first visit in the Thunder Plains, the items
you receive are too powerful and will make the challenge too easy.

There are *2* exceptions in which you are allowed to cheat.
LULU ONLY CHALLENGE EXCEPTION 1:
The bossfight with the Crawler is impossible with only Lulu, cause Negator
disables all magics. You are allowed to use an overdrive with Rikku.

LULU ONLY CHALLENGE EXCEPTION 2:
First Seymour's Anima is impossible with only Lulu, cause the other characters
will be dead and the first Pain will kill Lulu. You are allowed to use a Mega
Phoenix and summoning Shiva to kill Anima.

5.0 ADDITIONAL INFO:
--------------------

5.1 FOCUS & REFLEX:
-------------------

Lulu will learn Focus pretty fast (Kilika). You're going to need this BAD.
It reduces magical damage inflicted on Lulu and raises magical damage
inflicted by Lulu. Focus' raising amount will stop after using it 5 times, in
which magic defense has raised by 33,33% and magic has raised by 33,33%. This
can be very useful to receive overkill.

Reflex gives a boost to Evasion, Lulu has a lot of Evasion in the game, but
with Reflex x5, most fiends will never physically touch her. Very useful with
some bosses. Be aware of the fact that in some battles: 5x Focus and 5x Reflex
is recommended!

5.2 OVERDRIVE=OVERKILL:
-----------------------

Lulu's Fury is very useful. Overkill raises amount of received AP by 1,5 and
raises changes of receiving good items/equipment. You have to master her
Fury-overdrive. You should get 7 hits in the beginning with ease. Put your
handpalm on the right stick and rotate like crazy. You will gain 7 hits and 8
if you are lucky. As soon as Lulu's magic gets higher, it will go easier.

5.3 TIMING:
-----------

Timing is everything in this game. Because you will need Fury very bad, you
have to gain it very fast. Sometimes even twice in one fight! Lulu will learn
overdrive mode LONER very fast. This will be the overdrive mode you will use
for her for the complete game. When Lulu is fighting alone it will charge
every TURN she gets with 16% which means it takes 7 turns to get a full OD
gauge. In order to get that 7 turns is WEAPONSWITCHING but not really doing
it. Switching weapons is a very short turn and will mean a lot of times that
she is on turn immediately after it, charging her OD. When fighting a boss
that only attacks physically, you can change weapons and defend just before
it's going to attack. You will receive minor damage and can use your OD. Using
OD is sometimes better than using her Black Magic abilities.

A good example is the Oblitzerator. YOu cast Focus x3/4 and heal after his
Blitzball Rush attack. Other party members are dead by now, so you can start
gaining OD. Never use Thunder on him, because he counters your Thunder by
Mute Ball, silencing Lulu. Thunder Fury, however, is not countered.

6.0 T H E G A M E
=======================

6.1 ZANARKAND & AL BHED BOAT
----------------------------

You don't have Lulu yet, so just play the game as you normally would.
Watch the intro movie, give Tidus a name, do whatever you want. At the first
boss, just attack and use overdrives if you want. It doesn't matter.

In the Baaj Temple, don't forget the Hi-Potion on the stony bridge and the
Ether in the Klikk-area

On the Al Bhed Boat, do whatever you want. Don't forget to receive the Potions
from the Al Bhed guy next to Rikku. Defeat Tross. Rather steal grenades than
using them, but it doesn't really matter. Moving on...

6.2 BESAID
----------

Long, boring and boring again. First cloister of trials. They are soooo fun.
Argh. Watch Yuna become a summoner, sleep and wake up.

---VERY IMPORTANT ITEM ALERT: Talk to the girl at the shop, she will say that
her dog has found something, go to the middle-right tent, talk to the dog and
receive Valefor's overdrive *Energy Blast* which will be useful later.

Sell potions for Gil until you have 6/7 left and don't forget to open the
chests between first and second tent.

Tidus has a fight with Kimahri, just attack and use a potion when feeling
weak.

Save.

Moving on... Some tutorial battles in which you learn about attacking and
stuff. Not interesting. In the fight against the Garuda's it gets interesting.
You fight 2 Garuda battles. In the first one you have no choice than to summon
Valefor. Use Boost and boost over and over again until he has overdrive. Use
Energy Blast to gain overkill.
The second Garuda fight is with your characters and Wakka has to inflict
Darkness on it, you have no choice (this isn't too bad, is it?). Kill him with
Lulu's spells.

---IMPORTANT: These two battles are the ONLY ones BEFORE the fight with
Sinspawn Geneaux. This is the last one until Mushroom Rock Road in which you
can receive a DARKTOUCH weapon for Lulu. It is NOT REALLY necessary, but i
suggest you to reset the game until you received it. Although i will continue
the guide pretending that you didn't have it.

Boat, talking, talking, talking some more. And then:

/\/\/\/\/\
BOSS - SIN

HP: 2000
Overkill: 1000
AP: 10/15

Not much different than in a regular game. Kill two Sinscales with a random
spell. Do *not* kill all three of them, cause this will cause them to reappear
with a full bunch of three (you can kill more of them to receive gil, but
because you need to buy more potions then, i wouldn't suggest it). As soon as
Lulu's HP gets under 150, use a potion. After this. Let her cast spells on Sin
itself until it goes down. You can try to overkill it, but you will need a
VERY good fury (10/11) with a lot of luck. Because it will also hit the third
sinscale instead of Sin. I say, just hack away on Sin until it goes down.
\/\/\/\/\/

Remember to switch weapons (but not really doing it) with the other party
members. I'm not going to say this again, cause you have to get used to it.

You win. Done? No. Tidus jumps (or falls???) into the water and Wakka saves
him. An underwaterfight in which Lulu cannot participate in.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS - SINSPAWN ECHUILLES

HP: 2000
Overkill: 400
AP: 12/18

Overkill is not necessary because AP goes to Wakka and Tidus and not to Lulu.
Inflict darkness on the boss to make it miss it's Drain Touch. Do not kill the
Sinscales, they are annoying, I know, but they keep on coming back, so don't
bother killing them. Sin will use 1 or 2 Drain Touches (which'll miss when
blind) and then Blender, which never misses. Use potions when low on HP
(around 130) and inflict Darkness on him until Wakka runs out of MP. Hack
away on the boss and use overdrives until it sinks to the bottom of the ocean.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

6.3 KILIKA
----------

Fun place, fun movie, fun dancing.

Save the girl on the left side of the docks to receive Ether and enter Kilika
forest. This is the first place in which you are going to feel that you really
wish you could use Tidus and Yuna. Learn Kimahri's Seed Cannon (as if you have
a choice). Train in the forest until you have learned Focus and overdrive mode
LONER.

I suggest keeping Tidus(Agility) and Yuna(Evasion) in the party

<<Enemy parties>> introduction: I will add information on how hard the parties
are. All credits go to Split Infinity's FAQ. This is where i took this (and
soms more) information from. Without him, i could have hardly made this
challenge. The symbols go from easyness to hardness. ++ is very easy. -- is
very hard. O is medium:
1x Ragora----------------------------------------------: +
2x Ragora----------------------------------------------: --
1x Dinonix + 1x Yellow Element + 1x Killer Bee---------: +
1x Dinonix + 1x Killer Bee-----------------------------: O
1x Dinonix + 1x Yellow Element-------------------------: O

<<Monsters>> introduction: I will add the name, amount of HP and additional
info of the fiend, if necessary.

Dinonix 140 HP	Cast Blizzard and he dies. Focus once to achieve
			overkill. Watch out for Petrification!
Killer Bee 110 HP Cast Blizzard and you'll achieve overkill. Don't heal
poison, you need those antidotes, cause you can't buy
			them yet.
Yellow Element 300 HP Cast Water and he dies. Water Fury to gain overkill
Ragora 780 HP Focus twice and Fire twice and he dies. Or Fire x3.
			Overkill is impossible.

I suggest to escape from a Ragora x2 Party, cause they do too much damage.
When you are lucky, they will miss Lulu most of the time, but they hit hard,
so watch out.

Always fight close to the Save Sphere to gain back HP immediately after the
fight. Save some time in between, cause you might get a Game Over in your
screen when ambushed by 2 Ragora's or a 3 party where Dinonix petrifies Lulu
and others fail to escape.

Talk to Luzzu and Gatta and talk to Luzzu again, receive 4x antidote. You
should have 6x antidote by now. And you'll need it bad!

Try to get a Poisonward armor from Killer Bee or Ragora, but it will take
long before they'll drop it. It's optional, but easier for the upcoming
bossfights.

Say, how the heck do you want to defeat the almighty Lord Ochu without Yuna's
Esuna? Charge up Lulu's OD and...well...

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
BOSS - LORD OCHU

HP: 4649
Overkill: 400
AP: 40/60

It is not necessary to fight this battle, but i strongly suggest it, because
of the AP and the MP spheres or HP spheres he'll drops out of his tentacles.
There's one BIG rule in this fight: leave 2 or 3 antidotes in your stock.
DO NOT use all of them or the next boss fight will be very close to
impossible. About Lord Ochu: He has two different attacks, all of them as
painful and annoying as they sound. The first one is Poison Claw which does
about 120 damage and inflicts poison. The second one is Water, which is
used after one *or* two Poison Claws, Water hits hard for about 300 damage.
This fight is one of the rare battles in which you can escape. Try that with
your party members as soon as they get turns. When you start the battle you
unleash a Fire Fury on Ochu immediately. It delays Lulu's next attack, but
because other characters might still be there, you might be lucky if Ochu hit
them instead of Lulu. Try to get a 7/8 Fury for about 120 damage per spell.
After this, every turn Lulu gets will be casted for Focus, except when her HP
is under 300 or when she is poisoned. The other characters will flee soon
enough, now it's the time to gain a new overdrive. Cast Focus when at full HP
(Focus is not a long turn too) and heal yourself when low on HP or poisoned.
Mostly you will be using an antidote to heal poison, if Poison Claw misses,
laugh in his face and cast Focus until you have cast it 3/4 times and unleash
a second Fire Fury. This will cause Ochu to fall asleep. He gains Regen status
which'll heal him for 300 HP per turn. Cast Focus untill you have casted it 5
times. Lulu's Fire damage has greatly increased now, and Water's damage is
reduced to 200. Wake him up by attacking physically. Now he gets mad, because
he was sleeping so nice, so he counters your attack with Earthquake which
reduces Lulu's HP with 50%. Heal yourself and cast Fire everytime she is NOT
poisoned AND when her HP is ABOVE 300! If not, heal yourself or cure Poison.
You have to be high on HP, because you don't have 2 turns to cure Poison AND
use a (Hi-)Potion. Ochu will kill you his next turn. Now it gets bad. You
don't know how much HP he has, so you have to be lucky now. If you think it's
not below 900: cast Fire until you think it is. After that, it doesn't matter
if you are low on HP or poisoned, EXCEPT when your HP is less then 25% of
Lulu's max HP or you will die of Poison after killing the Ochu, which'll mean
that Lulu does not gain AP or worse: Game Over. Unleash Fire Fury for the 3rd
and last time to kill and overkill him.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

If you receive 2x HP Sphere: Make a victory dance, if it is the common 2x MP
Sphere: that's quite allright too. Accept the 60 AP and talk to Luzzu to
receive Elixir.

Don't forget to pick up some items/equipment in the forest. Especially, don't
forget the Luck Sphere at the end of the forest.

If, on the Sphere Grid, you are standing on the Focus Node, you can put 1
MP/HP Sphere on the empty node to achieve 40 more Mana Points.
Fight some more until you have a new OD Gauge and go to the stairs leading to
Kilika temple. If you received any Poison Ward armors for characters, equip
them and put them in formation. I suggest keeping Yuna in your party too,
because she has quite high Evasion. Prepare for the next boss battle.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS - SINSPAWN GENEAUX

HP: 3000
Overkill: 900
AP: 48/72

Geneaux has one body and two tentacles, the tentacles have 450 HP and their
attack will do minor damage or even miss Lulu. Element to use in this fight
is Fire, cause Sin is weak to it and tentacles receive normal damage. Take
the first turns to kill
one tentacle. *Don't* attack Sin itself, cause the tentacles will absorb the
damage and make your spell useless. Geneaux will use Sigh, which does moderate
damage. The tentacles and Sigh will kill your other characters soon enough.
Use the turns that Lulu gets to use Focus until you've done it 5 times. When
the other characters are dead, unleash Fire Fury and you will overkill the
last Tentacle and make Sin pop out of his shell (if not, use some more Fire
spells). Man, he is ugly. Sin will now alternate his attacks between: Venom,
Water and Staccato, in that order. Venom is BAD, use Antidote immediately,
water does minor damage because of Focus x5 and Staccato does about 200
damage. Heal poison when you are Venom'ed and use a (Hi-)Potion when low on
HP. If none of this, use Fire and Fire-Fury to make him a gonner. If you
think he is almost gone, only use Furies, cause a normal Fire won't give you
overkill.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Now that wasn't so hard, was it? Make another victory dance if you receive a
"Blinding Cait Sith" but it isn't necessary. Get on with the story and win the
second Cloister of Trials, you don't need the treasure here, but if you really
want it (Fire Ward, Lightning Ward and Ice Ward for Kimahri), get it.

---VERY IMPORTANT WEAPON ALERT: Before departing, buy the Cactuar Scope with
Sensor. It will be important in a lot of battles!

Get back, enter the boat. I suggest you win Jecht Shot

6.4 LUCA:
---------

Make those Goers Goners, first, watch the bad-ass-dude Seymour (how does he
get his hair this way?) having a speech and proceed with the story. Talk,
talk, talk, Yuna kidnapped, walk, walk. Hey, who's there? If that isn't O'Aka.

---VERY IMPORTANT WEAPON ALERT: BUY the Stunning Steel or you will have a HARD
time beating Extractor.

Walk towards dock 4.

Monsters:
Worker 300 HP	Thunder and they fall. Fairly easy.

I suggest that, before you face Oblitzerator, you win some random battles
against workers, they drop Hi-Potions and rarely X-Potions. Keep on fighting
them until you have about 15 Hi-Potions.

Then, save, get overdrive.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS - OBLITZERATOR

HP: 6000
Overkill: 600
AP: 36/54

Use crane 3x, Thunder on the crane. One spell. Done.

Wait... using crane means using Tidus. So, keep your hands of the crane. We
will do it without using any crane. Har-har. Oblitzerator is a nasty boss.
Blitzball Rush will randomly hurt all character 12 times, doing 50 damage
each ball. As soon as Tidus and Kimahri are dead, some balls will bounce of
their dead bodies, don't be afraid that Lulu would have to feel 12x50=600
damage. This attack isn't that bad, but Oblitzerator has the irritating habit
of countering Lulu's Thunder with Mute Ball which does 70 damage and inflicts
silence. However, Lulu'S Thunder Fury IS NOT COUNTERED. Wow! Cast Focus 5
times and wait until your party members die. After this, Thunder Fury. About
300 damage per spell. Now, keep on defending and healing until you reach a
next overdrive gauge. New Thunder Fury. Repeat this until you win.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

We now walk back to the Stadium in which you are going to play your first
(and last) Blitzball Match. Try to win to gain Strength Sphere. It's optional.

In the Sahagin fights, just attack the Sahagins and heal when low on HP. Use
Element Reels Thunder in the last wave.

Garuda fight: Inflict Darkness with Wakka, Slow with Tidus and Power Break
with Auron, silly Garuda :)

---IMPORTANT ITEM ALERT: Go to Dock 4 and behind some crates, you can find
a MAGIC sphere. WOW! Also, HP sphere.

Buy about 70 Potions (99 if you have the cash), some Antidotes and some Echo
Screens.

Wakka quits Blitzball, Tidus and Yuna laugh, Auron joins, which means more
chances for surviving the...

6.5 MI'IHEN HIGHROAD
--------------------

This place gave me the creeps. There are a lot of enemies here which will make
your life unsure. Keep Auron in the party, because of his defense and HP and
keep Tidus in your party because he is quite fast. If they die, switch Auron
for Kimahri and Tidus for Yuna. On the highroad, you have to talk to
everybody to receive items and equipment (2x Hi-Potion, 6x Antidote, Remedy
and level 1 key sphere are nice to have, others useless)

<<Enemy parties>>

- 1x Mi'ihen Fang + 1x Floating Eye + 1x Raldo------------: -
- 1x Floating Eye + 1x White Element + 1x Raldo-----------: +

<<Monsters>>
Bomb 540 HP	Cast Blizzard twice.
Floating Eye 140 HP Thunder twice or Focus x1/2 and Thunder. Watch out for
Confusion, this one has priority to every other fiend!
Mi'ihen Fang	160 HP Blizzard once/twice. Watch out for Sleep and Silence.
Raldo 240 HP Blizzard twice of Focus x4/5 and Blizzard. Watch out
for slow. This one has second priority. It hits hard.
White Element	390 HP Cast Fire once
Dual Horn	1875HP	If you don't have a Darktouch weapon, you can only
dream of defeating this guy. Run like hell.

Floating Eyes are the worse of all the fiends. If they inflict Confusion on
Lulu, you are screwed, because her accuracy is low and evasion high. She will
miss herself, so she won't "wake up". Raldo's slow and Fang's sleep is also a
guaranteed Game Over. Be aware that Raldo's hit hard and White Element's
Blizzard is also not fun. Heal yourself outside the battle (not others, don't
even think about it) with Potions. Try not to waste Hi-Potions in battle,
except when you have an extreme amount of them.

Make a run for the Agency and meet Belgemine on the way. Accept the battle and
as soon as Ifrit has arrived, run. You just won a Seeker's Ring without
summoning, isn't that odd? If you are really low on MP and the agency is not
in your eye-sight; use an ether. Otherwise, don't.

Next stop: The agency. Rest. Watch a long story by Tidus copying Mika's
quotes. Rin stops by in the agency and tells you that you should learn Al
Bhed. Don't forget to rob the 2x Mega Potion from him! Also, a boy in the
agency gives you 1x lvl.1 Key Sphere.

Now it gets boring, at least, for me. To defeat Chocobo Eater, you HAVE TO
learn Fira, without, you won't kill him. So get back to the highroad and
train until you've learned Fira.

Done? Good. Get Lulu in overdrive and save.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS: CHOCOBO EATER

HP: 10000
Overkill: 800
AP: 90/135

This battle is quite easy with Fira. Chocobo Eater has initiative so he will
start the fight most of the times by killing a character. Sometimes he will
use "You're next" on someone; Fist of Fury is next, which is *ouch* (1000
damage) If he KO's a character, fine. If he uses "You're Next" on an other
character or Lulu. Even more fine. If he hits Lulu, quite alright. Lulu's
turn: Fira Fury. Oh yeah, he'll feel that. It will knock Chocobo Eater on the
floor. This is the time to heal and use Focus. He will stand up after 2 turns,
but Lulu gets *most of the times* two turns in between. Use one to cast Focus
or heal(if you have another spare turn, do it again). The last turn is Fira.
Chocobo Eater will move away. You just made him angry. He'll hit your
characters who will die fast. Keep casting Fira until he falls back again.
Focus/heal once or twice and knock him back with a Fira (do not make him get
up). After he loses 50% of his HP, he will be nasty. He will use Rush Attack
(in which you will be pushed back) much more and when on his back, he will
counter every attack with Blizzard. Not quite bad, but annoying. But, in the
meantime: a new Fury is ready. Fira Fury. There falls the little Chocobo Eater
again. Focus/Heal and Fira before he stands up again. He didn't even get the
chance to counter with Blizzard. Cast Fira again until you have overdrive.
By now, a Fira Fury will kill him foregood.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

If you want to, try to push him over the cliff. I didn't manage to do it, but
if you succeed; email me how you did it.

Now that you have won, you can rent a Chocobo for free. Do it. Ride it and
make the Chocobo jump on the yellow feathers. Don't forget the Fortune Sphere.

---VERY IMPORTANT WEAPON ALERT: Also on a Chocobo Feather, get the Scout for
Wakka: it has Lightningstrike and will be VERY important with the Extractor.

Dona is not allowed to enter Mushroom Rockroad, Lulu (and the rest) is. Thanks
to "THE GREAT" Maester Seymour.

6.6 MUSHROOM ROCKROAD
---------------------

Train a little bit until you've learned all 4 -RA spells. It gets a bit easier
now, thanks to the -RA spells, you'll love to see the fiends dying.

O'aka: "Sneaked past the guards, i did."
Sell all useluss stuff for Lulu and other characters. IMPORTANT: if Tidus has
received a Lightningsteel: DON'T SELL IT.

---VERY IMPORTANT ARMOR ALERT: Get the Tough Bangle with 20% HP from the
guard. Equip this armor, it will be the armor you will be using mostly through
the rest of the game.

<<Monsters>>
Funguar 540 HP	One Fira. Overkill
Gandarewa	148 HP	One Watera. Sometimes overkill
Lamashtu	275 HP	One Fira. This one has priority; its attack is hard
and can carry slow. Its Ice Breath is also painful
Raptor 200 HP	One Blizzara, it's fast. Watch out for petrification
Red Element	450 HP	One Blizzara. Overkill
Thunder Flan	450 HP	One Watera. Overkill
Garuda 4000HP	This one is quite tough. He'll miss quite often, but
keep an eye on your HP, cause he hits hard. Just Focus
some time and try to overkill him with a Fury, it
doesn't matter which one; he has no elemental
weaknesses. But he gives quite a lot AP. If he comes
with two Funguars, kill them first.

Lamashtu is a fiend which can make your life hard, with the rest of his
friends. Take care of him first, always.

Heal yourself with Potions and work your way to the Command Center. Don't
forget the X-Potion on the way and talk to Shelinda to get Lulu's MP back.

Talk to Luzzu and Gatta and level up until you have learned Reflex. This is
very useful against the upcomming boss. If you have it, get Lulu in overdrive
and proceed to the Command Center.

Hear Wakka complaining about the Al Bhed and after some reunions with Auron's
friends, you have control again. You can buy the Blue Bangle for Lulu with
Waterward, but it's not really useful.

You can buy the Sentry for Auron. It has Initiative and can be useful in
Bikanel (especially Home), but it is expensive.

Grab the Mega-Potion, equip the Tough Bangle and the Cactuar Scope.
Keep Auron and Yuna in formation.

Save

Talk to the guard and say "yes".

 BOSS: SINSPAWN GUI PART I

HP: 12000
Overkill: 800
AP: 400

This boss is for some people a threat in a regular game, now, we can only use
Lulu. Gui has one body, two arms with 800 HP which we'll never touch and a
head with 4000 HP. The body alternates between punch, punch, Demi, repeat.
The head will use Thunder, moving suspiciously, Venom, repeat. The arms won't
do something but reducing physical damage to Gui's body and absorb Fury's
damage. The body isn't quite bad, but the head can and will hurt you. Start
of the battle, Gui will hit a character which'll will die, except when it is
Lulu or when he misses. First turn of Lulu, cast Reflex (if you have a spare
turn, do it again) The head will now use Thunder on a character. If it is
Lulu, heal. If it is someone else, good. Heal if necessary, otherwise, Reflex.
The body will use Demi and Lulu's uses Hi-Potion. The head will now move
suspiciously. Use a spell to make him not use Venom, cause Venom does about
1000 damage and carries Poison -> Bad. Repeat this until you have casted
Reflex 5 times. Gui's punch will only connect for about 10% everytime. Time
to kill the one and only threat: The head! Use Focus until it uses Demi. Use
Hi-Potion and bring a Fury (except when Gui has the chance to use Venom after
this). With a little luck; it will hit the head quite much. If not, that's
okay. The other characters are dead by now. Use any -RA spell on the head
until it goes down and heal when necessary. If the head goes down, you're
done. Only heal when Gui's attack can KILL you, because there is a chance it
will connect. Cast spells and finish with a Fury to be sure of overkill. WIN!
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Phew, that was quite intense, wasn't it? Even with RA-spells. Watch some
cutscenes, and: O no, he's back.

BOSS: SINSPAWN GUI PART II

HP: 6000
Overkill: 800
AP: 400

No Lulu. Extremely easy. Seymour can take care of him single-handedly. Use his
spells to take out the head. Than the body. When he is weak, use Cura.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Accept a lot of AP and hope Lulu receives a Dreamy Cait Sith with Sleepstrike.
Sleepproof also can be very nice. If not, pity, but don't worry.

Watch operation Mi'Ihen fail and when you have control, talk to Gatta (or not,
if you chose to let him die).

Blah blah.

6.7 DJOSE HIGHROAD, MOONFLOW
----------------------------

Fun place. Monsters here are quite annoying and like to turn your characters
into stone. It's very recommended to claim the Soft Ring from one of the
guardians. It's Stoneproof for Yuna, equip it and leave her in the party
always. If ambushed by Basilisks, you have chances of surviving, otherwise.
You are pretty much screwed.

<<Monsters>>
Bite Bug	200 HP	Cast Blizzard for overkill. Not even Blizzara is
necessary. Although it's easy. The bug is fast and
will act before Lulu. Keep those antidotes handy.
Bunyip 400 HP	Cast Watera or Blizzara once.
Garm 240 HP	Cast Fira or Thundara once. It's fast, be aware of
			Sleep and Silence.
Simurgh 200 HP One Fira. It's attacks inflict Darkness. Silly
			bird.
Snow Flan	600 HP	One Fira.
Basislisk	2025HP	These ones are annoying. If they are in a duo, i
suggest to escape. It's Stone Gaze inflicts
petrification and you need two spells each to kill
them. Four spells against two annoying fiends means
taking a risk. However, they might drop Stoneward or
Stonetouch, so fighting them might be handy.

Don't waste too much time levelling up in here, but if you want to: be my
guest.

Walk to the Djose Temple and don't forget the 4000 gil in a chest. If you let
Gatta die, see Luzzu destroying Djose temple's walls.

Enter the temple and watch the cutscenes.

---VERY IMPORTANT ITEM ALERT: In the left room is a Mega Phoenix. Take it,
without it, you won't be defeating Seymour.

Third cloister of trials. In here, you don't want to forget the treasure.
It's a MAGIC SPHERE! Again, oh yeah.

Get out, Yuna's lost. Find her (took me about half an hour in my first game).
Buy 99 Potions, some Echo Screens and a lot of Antidotes

Save.

Continue, on your way back to the highroad, talk to the people to receive
items.

The monsters are the same here as at the Djose Highroad, except for one big
fella:

Ochu 7200HP	This dude absolutely refuces to die. Don't fight this
one if no-one has escaped of your other party
members. If Lulu has Sleepstrike, it will be easy,
if she hasn't: it will be bad. Cast one or two spells
and Fira Fury and Ochu will counter with Ochu Dance.
It can inflict Silence, which is bad. It can also
inflict Confusion, which is even worse. With
confusion, you're dead. With Silence, you can live.
Heal Poison and use Fira on the triple (Ochu is weak
to it). You might kill him. With Stonetouch, you can
petrify it, but this doesn't include overkill.

Whew!!!

About the Sphere Grid: Don't go into the dead end with Acc+2, Def+2 and
HP+200. It takes too much time and really isn't necessary.

Kimahri talks with his friends (Ahem) and you'll meet Belgemine again. Accept
the fight and run away. 6x Smoke Bomb is yours. Oh yeah.

Proceed, don't forget the X-Potion, 6x level 1 key sphere, 5000 gil and a
Magic Defense Sphere.

The party arrives at the Moonflow. Tidus wants to stay. Too bad, boy. In the
next area, there are a lot of merchants. Sell any useless stuff to O'Aka or
someone else. Too bad that none of the merchants sell any useful stuff. You
can buy the Silence Ward armor, but because you can customize real soon. It's
not neccesary, unless you have plenty of gil.

Now, preperations for OTHER characters, because Lulu doesn't participate in
the next boss-battle.

Tidus, Full overdrive, Stunning Steel equipped

Save and enter the Shoopuf.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS: EXTRACTOR
HP: 4000
Overkill: 600

What the heck is Rikku thinking? This is why you should have the Stunning
Steel and the Scout.

This boss is a nightmare and maybe requires some retries. Tidus starts. Hit
him; hope that he is slowed, you have 2 more chances if he isn't. Extractor
uses Aqua Shooter which does minor damage. Let Wakka heal and Tidus hit
again. If he is slowed, phew (equip Lightning Steel for Tidus if you have it
after he is slowed) Wakka and Tidus attack and heal until he rises up.
This is bad. If he isn't slowed, you can't bring it back down, cause you
have to do 800 damage before his annihilating Depth Charges. Use Element
reels Thunder and 2 times attacking to bring him down. Keep attacking and
healing until he rises up again. Use Spiral Cut and 2 times attacking to
bring him back down. Attack/Heal. Hopefully he will sink. Deep breath. Phew.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

You arrive on the other side of the moonflow. "Shoopuf's shleeping", so you
can't go back anymore. Have a talk with Rikku. She joins the party and in
the next battle you have to cheat again: use Rikku. Don't dare to mix the
Bomb Cores as the game tells you, mix 2 Power Spheres instead to gain Frag
Grenade and overkill.

Walk to Guadosalam

6.8 GUADOSALAM
--------------

Rikku tells you that you can customize. Whoohooo.

This place is a nightmare for anyone who have completed the game 2 or more
times. It's SO BORING.

On your way to the Farplane: take the 8 Lightning Marbles hidden on the left
side of the path. Look for an armor in your inventory with one open slot. Two
open slots is even better! I had a Guardian Bangle in my game with 2 open
slots, you might have less luck. If you have it, customize Lightningproof in
it. If you don't have it, don't worry: go to O'Aka and buy a Yellow Bangle, it
has Lightning Ward and one open slot: use that slot to customize
Lightningproof as well. Kinda weird, but it is worth it.

If you have a lot of money: buy the Fatal Cait Sith with Deathtouch. I
suggest you don't buy it, cause you won't achieve Overkills with it.

<<Monsters>>
Aerouge 200HP	He only uses Thundara which does 0 damage to Lulu.
Leave until other fiends are dead and then use Watera
			to gain Overkill.
Buer 230HP	I hate Eyeballs. They are fast, have tons of Maic
Defense and can inflict confusion. Watera is enough
to kill him, but don't make him inflict confusion.
Gold Element	1200HP	Silly one. Thunder doesn't hurt you. Watera is an
			instant overkill.
Kusariqqu	445HP	He hits hard and doesn't want to die after one Watera.
Give this one priority. They luckily never appear
			together with a Buer.
Larva 1498HP	They always appear in Duo's and you'll love these!
They can't hurt you (told you Lightningproof would
come in handy). Finish them with a Watera Fury to gain
			overkill. This means 786AP
Melusine	365HP	Just like Buer, they are fast. These ones can Petrify
			Lulu. 2nd on priority-table.
Qactuar 500HP	It's absolutely IMPOSSIBLE to kill them. They have 255
Magic Defense and if you bought the Fatal Cait Sith,
			you won't hit them. Escape.
Iron Giant	3600HP	It'll take two spells to destroy them. A Fury means
overkill and 1200AP! Beware of Reaper, used every
fourth turn for about 800 damage. His regular attack
will cause about 1000 damage if it connects. A fast
			kill is recommended.

Make a run for the Agency and watch another boring cutscenes. I like Wakka's:
"Let's give Rikku a kick in the butt and go, ya. Hehehe." But that's it.
Leave the agency, pick up Lightningproof shield for Tidus, equip it and leave
him in formation.

Level up some more in the Thunder Plains and don't forget to save now and
then. Because ambushed by two Buers and an Iron Giant will mean Game Over with
bad luck.

Overkilling Larva's and Iron Giants gives tons of AP.

Save and proceed

Blue Element	1500HP	These ones are DEADLY. Watera hits hard. Thundara
will make short work of them
Iguion 370 HP	Just like his other friends: he is fast and can
petrify Lulu. One Blizzara is enough.
Murussu 580 HP	Same old story, it hits hard. It gets down after one
			or two Fira/Thundara
Wasp 360 HP	Fast, inflicts Poison, you probably know it. Blizzara
			is overkill
Chimera 5250HP	The first of two. I always like those. It has three
elemental attacks and a gravity based normal attack,
which can't kill you. Megido Flame is the worse of
all. You are mostly not able to kill him without Fury.
He is strong to Fire and Thunder, so Watera Fury or
Blizzara Fury will kill him mostly. He leaves 1830 AP
			if overkilled.
Xiphos 2700HP	Pretty fast and pretty strong. It's attacks mostly
inflict Poison, so keep those Antidotes handy. Two or
three spells will do the trick. A Fury for overkill.
Reflex x5 won't make him connect anymore.

When you leave the forest, O'Aka will be standing here again. Sell all useless
stuff.

---VERY IMPORTANT WEAPON ALERT: Buy the Sonic Steel for Tidus. It has First
Strike and can prevent some Game Overs in Bikanel or other places. Evrae
Altana and Geogaeno are huge threats without it.

Save, equip your Yellow Bangle, get Lulu in overdrive and prepare for the next
boss. Make sure you don't have any elemental weapon equipped.

Thanks, Auron, for bringing us into a new boss...

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS: SPHERIMORPH

HP: 12000
Overkill: 2000
AP: 3240/4860

This boss is very easy. In it's turns, it will use Press, which knocks of 50%
of current HP or just a physical attack which does about 250 damage.
It counters every physical attack with a 1st level elemental spell on
character that attacked. First turns: Focus a couple of times or heal when
necessary. Next turns, Reflex x5 or heal when necessary. Now, his regular
attack will connect rarely. Which means that the only way of dying is his
counter. Attack physically once, look what Spheri counters with and use the
opposite spell/Fury. Example, Spheri counters with Fire: Lulu uses Blizzara
or Blizzara Fury. Spheri counters with Water, Lulu uses Thundara of Thundara
Fury. Be sure not to use the wrong spell or you will heal Spheri. After this,
Spheri will change it's elemental weakness and Lulu attacks him physical
again. Repeat this patern and you'll be done very fast.
Note: He is suspectible to Bio, but it is not necessary. If he dies from
Poison, you won't achieve overkill. And you WANT those 2x lvl.2 Key Sphere.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

If you already reached the circle after Bio on the Sphere Grid, Don't use
a lvl.2 key Sphere Grid for the Strength +4 node.

Well, it has been fun. Another boss is waiting. A cheat-boss. Proceed towards
the snowy area of Macalania and save in the agency. You probable meet some
new enemies here.

Evil Eye	310HP	They are back. You know, Confusion is devestating.
This one has priority. use Fira.
Ice Flan	1350HP	Blizzara hits hard, but one Fira will overkill this
			dude.
Mafdet 710HP	An armored one with high Magic Defense again. It might
take two Thundara's or Blizzara's to take him down.
Reflex x2/3 might come in handy. It hits hard,
			remember?
Snow Wolf	400HP	Fast and more powerful. Fira to the rescue. Watch
			out for Sleep.

If you *DON'T* have a weapon with 1 free slot: Buy one now in the agency

Buy 2 Maps. You will see later why.
This is the first time you can buy Hi-Potions, buy some until you think it's

 Boss: CRAWLER AND NEGATOR
---CHEAT ALERT---

HP: 16000
Overkill: 4000
AP: 4400/6600

Ok, ready? Good. Rikku will have the first turn. With pain in the heart you
will have to use her overdrive Potato Masher (Map + Map, that's why :). Bam,
Negator is down. So you can use Magics again. Stay alert that Crawler will
spit out a new Negator after attacked with magic for 4 turns. But from now on,
you are not allowed to use any other characters anymore. Don't touch Crawler,
just cast Focus x5 and accept Mana Beam's damage. Other characters are dead
now and Lulu throws Hi-Potion. Unleash Thundara Fury (Crawler is weak to
Lightning). After this, refill Lulu's overdrive gauge and heal after Mana
Beam. Unleash Thundara Fury twice again and Crawler will die.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

If you receive Alchemy for Lulu, you can dance again, if not: that's okay.
Watch the Wakka vs Rikku scene and Tidus will make a ride with Lulu on the
snowscooter.

6.11 MACALANIA TEMPLE
---------------------

Fight monsters, refill Lulu's overdrive. If you hadn't already learned it,
train until you've learned Bio. Get to the bridge leading to Macalania Temple.
Get inside, claim Shell Targe from Tromell and sell it to O'Aka again. It
gives quite some gil. Watch Jyscal's Sphere.

Now, it's going to happen: one of the hardest battles in the challenge. If you
don't succeed the first times, don't give up.

Save, Equip the Cactuar Scope or Alchemy when you have it. Also, equip the
Yellow Bangle. Face him. The REAL Maester...

BOSS: SEYMOUR + 2 GUADO GUARDIANS

SEYMOUR:
HP: 3000
Overkill: None
AP: None

GUARDIANS:
HP: 2000
Overkill: 2000
AP: 290/435 each.

You ARE gonna have a hard time with this fight. Although your Sensor tells
you that Seymour has 6000 HP, 3000 is enough for him to summon Anima. First,
you want to get rid of those Guado Guardians, in my game, i needed two
Focuses and one spell to kill them. Don't know how it will be in your game. It
might be very close to it. Seymour throws level 2 elemental spells, which hurt
quite hard for about 500 damage. Make SURE Yuna is OUT of formation before she
is killed! You are allowed to do that. Lulu heals herself only when necessary,
because the Guado Guardians have full priority, if they throw a Shremedy on
Lulu, which causes Confusion: Reset and try again. If you kill the guardians,
you're past the first round. Now, it's going to be a matter of timing and
strategy. When Seymour reaches 3000 HP, he will summon Anima. Anima has
initiative and will go in Boost, but because she is so fast, she will use Pain
immediately after it, so Lulu will die and Game Over. The only way of Lulu
getting a turn is poisoning Seymour and let him die because of it:

Not Poisoned: Poisoned:

SEYMOUR -> Blizzara SEYMOUR -> Blizzara
SEYMOUR -> Thundara - Immune SEYMOUR -> Thundara - Immune
LULU -> Spell LULU -> Bio
SEYMOUR -> Watera SEYMOUR -> Watera (suffers)
SEYMOUR -> Fira SEYMOUR -> Fira (suffers)
  LULU -> Hi-Potion			  LULU -> Hi-Potion
SEYMOUR -> Blizzara SEYMOUR -> Blizzara (suffers)
  LULU -> Spell				  LULU -> Hi-Potion
SEYMOUR -> Thundara SEYMOUR -> Thundara - Immune (suffers)
SEYMOUR -> Watera LULU -> DEFEND or SWITCH WEAPONS
LULU -> Hi-Potion SEYMOUR -> Watera (dead, Anima comes)
SEYMOUR -> Fira
Now it's WOULD BE Lulu's turn!!! But
Now it's Seymour's turn!!! So: Seymour still summons Anima:

SEYMOUR - ANIMA -> Boost SEYMOUR - ANIMA -> Boost
ANIMA -> Pain
GAME OVER Lulu's turn.

Tricky, heh?

Be aware of the fact that you should have Focussed x5 by now.
Something else you should do: Seymour dies after 5 times Poison. You want him
to use Multi-Thundara when he is back. This is not possible, because Blizzara
is used before Thundara. Blizzaga can't kill Shiva, so Thundaga will kill
Shiva and Seymour's next spell will be Multi-Watera. We are going to make sure
that he uses Firaga on Shiva. This means you have to cast Bio after Thundara.
It doesn't matter HOW you do it, but you HAVE to do it. Follow the exact
table as above.

BOSS: ANIMA
---CHEAT ALERT---

HP: 18000
Overkill: 1400
AP: 2500/3750

Back to business. Lulu's turn, use a Mega Phoenix and now it's Anima's turn,
she will use Pain and someone dies. If it's Lulu: reset (you are allowed to
use Phoenix Down, but you will lose the Focus x5 status, Seymour will own you
in his second form). If it's someone else: switch the second character, not
Lulu, for Yuna and Grand Summon Shiva. Open with Diamond Dust and Anima will
suffer 9000-9999 damage. Now Anima can move three or four turns at a time. She
will go Boost->Pain->Boost(->Pain). Heal yourself with Blizzara and let her
slowly fill Shiva's overdrive. You should get a new Diamond Dust and overkill
before her Oblivion. I succeeded 3 times in a row. If you don't: try normally
attacking after the first Diamond Dust. This might work too. After the 2nd
Diamond Dust, see Anima slowly fading away.

Seymour dismisses Anima.

BOSS: SEYMOUR

HP: 6000
Overkill: 1400
AP: 2000/3000

Seymour is back on the field. Now he casts Multi-Spells and they are twice
as strong. But thanks to Focus x5, Lulu suffers only about 750 each. She will
have about 1900 HP now, so you can survive a full wave. First, Seymour will
cast Firaga on Shiva who will hopelessly die. Lulu's turn, cast BIO again!
Don't be afraid that he'll kill you, cause he will use Multi-Blizzara now,
which'll kill Yuna and does about 725-775 damage to Lulu. The next one will be
Multi-Thundara, so 0 damage! Oh yeah. Seymour suffers 1200 damage from Poison.
Throw Hi-Potion, only when you will get 1500+ HP after it. If not, throw
X-Potion.
SEYMOUR: Multi-Watera - 600 damage to Seymour thanks to Poison (1800 total)
LULU: X or Hi-Potion (try not to waste X-Potions)
SEYMOUR: Multi-Fira - 600 damage to Seymour thanks to Poison (2400 total)
LULU: X or Hi-Potion
SEYMOUR: Multi-Blizzara - 600 damage to Seymour thanks to Poison (3000 total)
LULU: Hi-Potion
SEYMOUR: Multi-Thundara - 600 damage to Seymour thanks to Poison (3600 total)
LULU: Defend
SEYMOUR: Multi-Watera - 600 damage to Seymour thanks to Poison (4200 total)
If you dare: use Fury x5/6 and Overkill! If you want to play sure:
LULU: X or Hi-Potion
SEYMOUR: Multi-Fira - 600 damage to Seymour thanks to Poison (4800 total)

LULU: Fury x4/5 and OVERKILL!
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Now, that was quite intense, wasn't it? Seymour & Co can drop nice Weapons/
Armors: Silencestrike, Silenceproof, Sleeptouch and stuff. If it is for Lulu:
quite cool, if it isn't: RESET and fight him again (just kidding).

Seymour rarely drops 2x Special Sphere, if he does: learn Steal and Use! With
this, you will be defeating Wendigo MUCH, MUCH easier. Without, it will be
MUCH, MUCH harder, but i will continue the guide, pretending that you didn't
receive the Special Spheres.

Well, another story. Blah, blah. 4th Cloister approaching. The hardest one
in my opinion.

Save

Some blah blah blah again. Kimahri's "away" is quite cool.

Continue, buy 60 Eye Drops from O'Aka and customize Darktouch on the weapon
with one open slot. Didn't buy/have it? Too bad, you should fight over and
over again until you have one.

Run away from the temple and you'll be forced to fight at least two battles.
Only the fights with the Evil Eyes can be dangerous if you are ambushed and
if they inflict confusion on Lulu.

6.12 LAKE MACALANIA
-------------------

Out of the Temple? Good, run back and Save just before the fight with Wendigo.
Train until you have learned Demi. Get in Overdrive, equip the Tough Bangle
and the Blinding Cait Sith.

(IF you received the Special Spheres, learn Steal and Use. Steal 2 Sleeping
Powders from Snow Wolves. With Wendigo, you can throw one and use -RA spells
until he wakes up. Throw the other, use some spells and overkill with a Fury).

You thought Seymour was hard, this will almost be as hard. You need LUCK in
this fight, a lot of LUCK. It might take five or more tries.

AP: 2000/3000

Wendigo is STRONG, very strong. Even when not under Berserk, he is able to
kill Lulu in one hit. Only with luck and Max HP, you might survive it. Lulu
will have about 1900-1950 HP with the Tough Bangle and Wendigo's attacks
inflict about 1900 damage. So there IS a very small chance you'll survive.
Don't rely on it. The Guado Guardians only have 1200 HP, so one spell is
enough to kill them. But don't do it yet. As soon as the battle starts, hope
Wendigo doesn't kill Lulu. If he doesn't; ATTACK Wendigo. Split Infinity's FAQ
says that he has 80% resistance to Darkness, but i blinded him quite a lot of
times, so i think he has no resistance. Hope that he will be blinded. IF he
is, he STILL is able to connect sometimes. Too bad. Guado Guardians will
mostly use 2nd level spells on Lulu or others. Next turn for Lulu: DEMI FURY!
Try to get 7/8 spells. See its HP decreasing. He will now only have 6000/7000
HP left! Wendigo is still blinded, but as i said, he still might connect. If
he does. Too bad. Don't bother to cast Focus or Reflex, you don't have time
for that stuff. DON'T Kill the RIGHT guardian. KILL the LEFT guardian, cause
the right Guardian will cast Shell on Wendigo before he dies, there's no way
to dispel it, so you will do 50% damage after that. The left one casts Protect,
which doesn't matter. Now it's time to change weapons and HOPE that Wendigo
doesn't kill you before you have a full overdrive gauge. (his Darkness status
will still be active). With a new -RA Fury, you will Overkill him.

It sounds kind of easy, but it will happen many times that you are not able
to blind him, that you are not able to get a 7/8 Demi Fury in, that his
attacks still seem to connect if he is blinded or that his Darkness status is
faded out too early.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Did it? Very good. It's even better if you received SOS Haste for Lulu, but
this chance is very small.

Save

Wendigo will knock a hole in the floor in which you fall in (didn't he really
die from that fury?). Fall and listen to some other boring stories. Don't
forget the lvl.2 Key Sphere next to Kimahri.

Sin will come and will carry you away to a dangerous place.

6.13 BIKANEL AND HOME
---------------------

Grab the 4x Remedy in the water and Save.

You'll go in a forced battle with a Zu. Tidus dies and Auron comes for the
rescue to die as well. Lulu joins, Yawn. You can try to kill him, but to
prevent a Game Over. I suggest to escape.

The fiends in here are very powerful or very fast.

<<Monsters>>
Sand Wolf	450HP	One Fira or Blizzara is enough to kill him, but it is
very fast and acts before Lulu. Sleep or Silence is
			bad.
Alcyone 430HP	Again, one Fira for overkill. But, again, it is very
			agile.
Mech Guard	1280HP	It's slow, but hits quite hard. One Thundara should
			be enough for Overkill.
Mech Gunner	2800HP	Slow again and strong again. Two Thundara's should
			be enough.
Mushussu	680HP	It's Fire Breath is devestating and it's hit is also
very powerful, although it will miss quite often.
Hit it with Blizzara and hope it'll dies. If not, do
			it again.
Sand Worm	45000HP	You can kill it, cause it will miss a lot. Demi (Fury)
works good against it. Otherwise, use Blizzara or
Watera. Every seventh turn it will use Earthquake,
which hurts hard. If you hurt him for 10 times, it
will swallow Lulu in which the battle will be over.
Defeat it before that and receive 3000 AP! Also, it
can drop Slowtouch or Auto-Potion, both of them very
			useful.
Zu 18000HP Hits hard, but just like Sand Worm, it will miss quite
much. Every fifth turn it'll use Sonic Boom. Be aware.
Demi is useful again. If it has lost 2/3 of it's HP,
it will land and Sonic Boom is no longer used. No
			elemental weaknesses.
Cactuar 800HP	255 Magic Defense and immune to Demi. You can't kill
			it.

Keep Tidus and Rikku in the party, ALWAYS! If Auron has the Sentry, equip it
and leave him in the party to completely prevent ambushes, instead of Rikku.

Tidus with the Sonic Steel can try to escape always, EVEN when Ambushed. Rikku
is fast too, if not ambushed, she can try to escape too. When ambushed by 2
Alcyones and 1 Sand Wolf or ambushed by 3 Sand Wolfs: Hope that Tidus succeeds
in escaping.

Follow Rikku to Home and make sure to pick up some useful items: 10000 gil,
lvl.2 key sphere and some Al Bhed Potions.

Train here until you have learned Death and all the -GA Spells.

In the last Area it gets interesting. Here is a chest guarded by a Sandragora.
Get Lulu in overdrive and fight him.

SEMI-BOSS-FIGHT
Sandragora	12750HP	Enter the battle and use Firaga Fury to (hopefully)
overkill it. If not, use Firaga after it. It's Seed
Burst may cause Confusion, if it is on Lulu, reset.

You receive 2x Teleport Sphere!! If you want, You can fight another Sandragora
for 3x Megalixir.

Use one Teleport Sphere to go to Rikku's path and learn STEAL and USE. MAKE
sure you have ALL -GA spells before doing it or Evrae becomes unbeatable.

Now it's stealing time:

At least 10 Smoke Bombs from Zu's or Alcyone's
At least 10 Sleeping Powders from Sand Wolves
At least 5 Chocobo Feathers from Cactuars
Optional: Some Shadow Gems from Sand Worms

Kill another Sandragora (you can use Sleeping Powder to be sure now) and enter
Home. A full overdrive gauge is recommended.

Save and go inside.

Fiends in here have high initiative and love to ambush you. The place might
give a Game Over. If Auron has the Sentry, equip it and leave him in the party
to completely prevent ambushes.

FORCED BATTLE: BOMB x3 (2200HP), GUARDO GUARDIAN (2600HP):

If ambushed: bye bye if you have bad luck. When Lulu gets a turn: Blizzaga
Fury (try to get 6/7) to win. If one Bomb is still alive. Steal some Bomb
Cores from it before killing it. They might drop Fireproof. Dance if they do.

Heal afterwards.

FORCED BATTLE: DUAL HORN x2 (3750HP), GUADO GUARDIAN (2600HP):

Again. If ambushed: bye bye if you have bad luck. First turn Lulu gets: throw
a Sleeping Powder. Goodnight. The Guardian is immune for Sleep, so kill it
the first turn Lulu get, cause it still can Confuse Lulu. Not with Shremedies
now, but by simply casting Confuse. Use Demi once on the Horns and kill them
after it with a random spell. You can kill them with Death too, if you want,
but you won't achieve overkill with it.

Run to the Save point and save.

Pick up the items after the doors. Rikku yells: "No, not that way", but she
is not right. I'd suggest picking up Elixir in the room where you have a
choice. Also, pick up Friend Sphere and Skill Sphere. Use the Skill Sphere to
learn Power Break or Dark Attack. Your choice. I'd suggest Power Break.

You'll get random encounters here. The bomb party, the Dual Horn party or two
different ones:

First: EVIL EYE x2 (430HP), GUADO GUARDIAN (2600HP):
Ambush is bad, otherwise: also bad. These eyes have a good chance of
inflicting confusion. Kill the Eyes first with Firaga and the Guardian with
another spell. A Smoke Bomb is instant kill for the Evil Eyes if you want to.

Second: CHIMERA x2 (9000HP), GUADO GUARDIAN (2600HP):
Those have an extreme amount of HP and have bad attacks, in which Meggido
Flame is the worse one. You can kill them if you cast Demi twice. After
this, a Thundaga or Blizzaga Fury will kill them (they take halve damage from
other elements). But it is quite risky, cause Confuse from the Guardian is
deadly. Also, the Chimera's have devestating attacks. Death Fury can also come
for the rescue. The Chimera's do not have any resistance and the guardian only
25%. Or you can always Escape.

Charge up your overdrive and Save.

Go through the door and Wakka and Rikku finally cooperate. Chimera's come and
you are in the last forced battle.

FORCED BATTLE: CHIMERA x2 (9000HP), GUADO GUARDIAN (2600HP):
Those have an extreme amount of HP and have bad attacks, in which Meggido
Flame is the worse one. You can kill them if you cast Demi twice. After
this, a Thundaga or Blizzaga Fury will kill them (they take halve damage from
other elements). Death Fury can also come for the rescue. The Chimera's do not
have any resistance and the guardian only 25%.

Now, you're safe. For now.

VERY IMPORTANT IETM ALERT: Don't forget the Level 4 key sphere lying beneath
the stairs!

Watch the saddest cutscene in the game. I still get tears in my eyes watching
that scene. Even after four times playing. Well... no time for this crap.
Let's proceed.

6.14 BEVELLE
------------

Airship - Long stories and conversations.

As soon as you have control over Tidus again, go to Rin and receive 99x
Underdog Secrets for collecting all Primers. Sell 69 (not more!!!)and from now
on, you don't have to worry about your cash anymore.

Wait until you are being attacked. The battles are the same as in Home, but
without the Guado Guardians. Get into a fight with Bombs and steal Bomb Cores
until you have about 15.

Stock up at Rin with a full supply of Hi-Potions, Antidotes and Echo Screens.
Also, buy 30x soft and 2 Phoenix Downs if you don't have any. Also, buy FOUR
(!!!) 10% HP armors.
-Customize one with Poison Ward -> "Serum Bangle"
-Customize one with HP +20% (You should have 5 Elixirs) -> "Vita Bangle"
-Customize one with Fireproof with the Bomb Cores you stole -> "Red Bangle"
-Customize one with Stoneward -> "Soft Bangle"

You can sell the Tough Bangle now. If you can't because it saved you so many
times: save it :)

You should equip any Magic +% Weapons and your Serum Bangle. Make sure you are
ready for something. Wendigo and Seymour were hard, well. Prepare for the next
one:

/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS: EVRAE
HP: 32000
Overkill: 2000
AP: 5400/8100

This boss is a serious threat. I tried him for WEEKS. Until i found out that
he was unbeatable. Why? I'll tell you: You can't pull back the ship, cause
only Rikku and Tidus can do that. Ouch. Evrae has two close combat attacks:
Swipe for about 1200 damage. Thankfully, he will never connect if you use the
right strategy. And Poison Breath, which adds Poison and deals for about 1300
damage. With Focus x5, it won't be more than 900.

His attack patern will be like this: Swipe, Swipe, Charge, Poison Breath,
repeat. That's it. Is it? NO! Evrae has the irritating habit of throwing a
Petrification-inflicting Stone Gaze as a random attack (as i thought, a long
time). Even if you have survived with Stone Ward: it also carries Slow, which
cannot be prevented. Even if you would steal 10 Silver Hourglasses and
customized Slow Ward, he would penetrate it, just like he will penetrate
Slowproof as well. So there is absolutely no way to prevent being slowed. The
times i survived Stone Gaze were also the times that Evrae didn't give me the
chance to make anymore moves. I just saw myself getting slaughtered without
having the chance to do anything. Luckily, thanks to Split Infinity, i finally
found out that there is a serious point where Evrae uses Stone Gaze. It is an
attack which he will immediately use after he has "gained" *6* points, in
which:
-A physical attack adds two points
-A magical attack adds one point
-An overdrive adds two points
-A skill attack adds two points
-A special attack DOES NOT INVOLVE ANY POINTS.
Because of the last line, you can survive. After Evrae gains Haste, this is
when his HP gets below 10700, he won't use Stone Gaze anymore. But if you
cross the 10700 line by giving the final 6th blow, he will still use it.
Conclusion of this all is: Use spells until he has *5* Points. After this,
only attack with items.

Start of the battle. Remember that Evrae receives half damage from ANY
elemental spell. Too bad. Let's get started: Evrae will use Swipe on a random
character. Lulu's next turn: Throw Smoke Bomb. Now, he won't connect anymore
until Darkness has worn off. Now, use your spare turns to cast Focus (or use
one High-Potion if he touched Lulu the first turn) until you have reached 5.
The first Poison Breath comes and will kill all your characters except Lulu.
Accept the 900 damage and throw Al Bhed Potion to heal Poison and to get back
HP. The Serum Bangle might have taken care of Poison. In this case, a
Hi-Potion is enough. Continue casting Focus and follow this up by Reflex x5.
If Focussed x5 and Reflexed x5, you're set. You don't have to re-blind him,
cause Evrae won't connect anymore. Harhar. If you are at full HP, unleash a
-GA Fury (2 POINTS) and see him suffer. Because a -GA Fury delays Lulu's next
turn a lot, you should watch out that he doesn't kill you. Get at full shape
again and unleash a new Fury (4 POINTS). Again, make yourself feel comfortable
again and use one last spell (5 POINTS). Now it's time to equip your Cactuar
Scope and attack with items until he gains Haste. I'd suggest stealing Water
Gems and use them immediately. You should leave AT LEAST ONE Water Gem in
stock or Seymour Natus will be an even more difficult boss. If you cannot
steal them anymore (you can easily get four succesful steals, before the
chances of succeeding decrease fast), use Smoke Bombs and Bomb Cores. DON'T
waste all Water Gems.

If, FINALLY, he gains Haste: Now he gets fast. Luckily, only one of his FOUR
attacks will damage Lulu (only Poison Breath). Heal Poison again and use
spells until one Fury can overkill him.

You win, finally, after about half an hour.
\/\/\/\/\/\/

Save? No, you can't. First, you will enter five forced battles with Bevelle
monks and machina who can be quite annoying.

As soon as you can control Tidus again, DON'T run forward to the Monks, cause
they will kill you. Equip your Red Bangle!!! If you refused to customize it:
good luck in the fifth battle.

The fights are fairly easy. One spell is enough to kill each of the monks, but
watch out: DON'T leave the "dancing-on-one-leg"-Machina as the last monster,
cause he will Eject Lulu and you can start all over again. The Flamethrower-
monks can''t hurt you and the other monks will miss Lulu most of the time.

Heal between battles.

The last battle is a little bit more difficult. Forget about the Flamethrower
monks and focus at the cannon in the distance. I underestimated it and used
a Fury. BAD IDEA. It has 129 Magic Defense and survives four -GA spells.
Just cast Firaga or Waterga (it's weak against it) until it falls. Heal if
you're fealing weak. AFTER this, kill the monks.

Some movies, some kissing, some SAVING, some marrying, some cloistering
(Knight Lance is very useful against the Ronso's), some talking, more talking,
more more talking, more more more talking. Moving on.

6.15 VIA PURIFICO & HIGHBRIDGE
------------------------------

Yuna stands there, whole alone. Stay still and listen to the music. (It's
called "Path of Repentance" and is the most beautiful music in the game.)

If you're done listening, make a run for the Save Sphere and save.

Now, make a run for Lulu! From Save Sphere: Go west, north, west, north, east.
There she is, standing in a dead end. Find the 10000 gil and the White Magic
sphere. Learn Cure with it (or Esuna, but i suggest Cure). Find them fast and
save very often, cause you don't have Tidus' Sonic Steel here. If Auron has
the Sentry, equip it.

I suggest running from the battles here, cause there are dangerous and fast
mosnters here. You have lots of time for leveling up on the Highbridge. The
monsters you find her: Bat Eye (confusion things), Aqua Flan (cast Thundaga),
Cave Iguion (petrification lizards), Sahagin (fast and strong), Swamp Mafdet
(armored one). I won't add an Enemy Parties or Monsters section, cause none
of them give much AP. Just escape from them.

As soon as you have the stuff, save and enter the path leading to Isaaru's
Aeons. Cast Thundaga on the Maze Larva to overkill it in one hit and have
a fight with Isaaru:

Round 1, Grothia (Ifrit):
Grand Summon Shiva and cast Nullblaze to nullify Hellfire. Use Diamond Dust to
overkill.

Round 2, Pterya (Valefor):
Summon Bahamut and slowly kill Valefor. Shield if he uses Energy Ray.

Round 3, Spathi (Bahamut):
Summon Shiva again and attack physical or with Blizzara. Shield before Mega
Flare and use Blizzard/Blizzara to heal yourself.

Extremely easy.

Next part is Tidus, Rikku and Wakka. Use the Sonic Steel to run from the
encounters. Save before the fight with:

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS: EVRAE ALTANA
HP: 16384
Overkill: 2000
AP: 5800/8700

The b***h is back.
Why bothering making the design? Tidus' Sonic Steel: throw Phoenix down on
him. Bam. 8192 damage. Evrae's turn, he Petrifies and shatters someone. Next
turn: another Phoenix Down. Bam. 8192 damage and overkill.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

---IMPORTANT WEAPON ALERT: Pick up Wakka's Rematch with Evade & Counter. It
will be very useful in battles and the battle with Geosgaeno will be a lot
easier.

A lovely reunion and Seymour is back. You will be transported to the begin of
the Highbridge. THIS is the time to level up. The monsters in here drop an
amazing amount of AP. A machina battle will give 9000 AP!!! DON'T USE THEM.
Cause that's breaking the rule! You are NOT on your own grid right now! Train
until you have about 10/11 Sphere Levels.

Save before doing anything. Save after every battle. Charge overdrive gauge
before trying to win a fight. You can always run if you only have defeated one
or two enemies.

The machinas are very strong. It's not easy to kill them. I suggest casting
Demi once and a -GA Fury after it. Don't forget to equip the Vita Bangle.

<<Enemy Parties>>

- 1x YAT-99 + 2x YKT-63-------------------------------: -
- 1x YKT-63 + 2x Flamethrower Monk--------------------: ++

<<Monsters>>
YAT-99 2700HP	Uses his cannon from distance on all characters and
his cannon on close combat at only one character if
monsters in front are killed. It takes a good Fury or
three/four spells to kill it. With some healing, you
can handle one of those easily. However, with his
			friends, he is deadly.
YKT-63 4200HP	It has more HP, but is a lot easier. He has less Magic
Defense and can be darked. Throw a Smoke Bomb on him.
Flame Monk	1400HP	Switch to the Red Bangle and they have last priority.
			They can't do anything.

Had enough training? Remember the last Seymour? It was very hard. Well,
this Seymour is a big threat too. It will require some luck.

You don't need overdrive. Equip the Cactuar Scope and your Red Bangle.

Save. Proceed to...

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS: SEYMOUR NATUS AND MORTIBODY
HP: 36000
Overkill: 3500
AP: 6300/9450

Ready? Good. Let's talk about his attacks:
HP between 36000 and 24000:
Seymour uses Multi-spells in the order: Multi-Blizzara, Multi-Thundara,
Multi-Watera, Multi-Fira. About 1300 damage. (About 900 with Focus x5).
Morti uses the same order, but with single level spells on all characters for
220 damage. (about 150 with Focus x5)
HP between 23999 and 12000:
Seymour uses Break, which petrifies Lulu (NOT AGAIN? Yes, sorry). Morti casts
Protect on Seymour and will use Shattering Claw to shatter Lulu.
HP between 11999 and 0:
Seymour uses Flare (!!!). It sounds bad, but it delays Seymours turn a lot.
With Focus x5, it's only 1250 damage. Morti heals Seymour with Cura in this
stage.

Form one is annoying, but not very hard. FORM TWO is a form which you would
like to skip and form three is to laugh about.

Start: Seymour starts with a Multi-Spell, following by Morti's. If it hurts
Lulu hard, stay put and use Chocobo Feather. With Lulu in Haste, you have
another turn to use Hi-Potion. Now, you're set in this form. Lulu will have
about 1,5 amount of turns Seymour will have. Use these turns to cast Focus x5
and by casting Bio on Seymour. He'll lose 1440 HP each turn. After you have
done this, bring his HP as close to 24000 as you can. Because you are in Haste
status, you have the chance to do that. Remember that Fira can't hurt you.
Take him to about 24100 HP (with the full amount of Hi-Potions, this shouldn't
be a problem). With this set, SWITCH ARMOR to the Soft Bangle!!! Don't forget
that! Now, use a -GA spell. Now it gets tough, you crossed the line. Seymour
will use Break the next turn. Morti casts Protect and it's Seymour's turn.
BREAK. If petrified, Game Over. If not: Jooohooo! Now, ONLY attack with a
spell if you have a next turn before Seymour (Morti's turn doesn't matter. He
will use Shattering Claw for minor damage), if NOT: use the last Water Gem
you have. (It's even better if you can use a spell, a Water Gem and have a
last attack left). Whatever you do, don't let him on turn again. It's
possible to get past this form with one last Fury. But don't forget that
Seymour will suffer, but SO DOES MORTI. Darn the bastard. Last turn, use a
Fury. With your extremely practice, you should be able to get in 8/9 hits.
Hope that it will hit Seymour more than Morti. Either way, Morti will absorb a
very important 4000 HP from Seymour, which will probably be the final HP you
needed to get him in his last form. If not... You have to survive another
break... Good luck.

Passed it? Good. It's Flare's turn. Well, don't fall asleep, it's too easy.
With Haste, you can heal one turn and use a spell another turn, when he is
about to die, use a Fury to overkill. Don't let Seymour get killed because of
Poison, cause this will not include overkill.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Phew... Four tough bosses in a row. Well, this isn't the end of the cycle.
Trust me. Well, moving on. The scene with Yuna and Tidus is so sweeeeeet.

Next...

6.16 Calm Lands

<<Monsters>>
Malboro 27000HP It has quite a lot HP and it's spit hurts. However,
three or four Firaga's is enough to kill him. If,
for somehow, you can't kill it soon enough: watch
out for Bad Breath (used every eight turn)
Coeurl 6000HP	Two spells (Firaga or Waterga) is enough to kill them.
Watch out for Silence and Blaster.
Mech Scouter	2750HP	Just steal from them to inflict KO. Thundaga to get
			overkill.
Chimera Brain	9800HP	I suggest to run from them, because they always appear
in a duo and they are stronger than their brothers.
If you want to kill them, use Demi once or twice and
luckily overkill them with a Blizzaga or Waterga-Fury.
Remember that Meggido Flame is nullified.
Nebiros 700HP	Blizzard (!!!) is enough for overkill
Skoll 1000HP	Use Firaga or Thundaga once/twice to overkill them
Flame Flan	1500HP	They can't hurt you. Steal from them like insane for
Fire Gems. If you can't steal from them anymore: use
			Blizzara for overkill.
Anacondaur	5800HP	Their Stone Gaze can't hurt you with Stoneproof and
their regular attack does minor damage(if it connects)
Watch out for Sonic Tail which is used when low on HP.
Shred 1950HP	A lot of Magic Defense. Firaga three times to kill
them. It attacks hard, so keep an eye on your HP.
Ogre 9400HP	If Firaga does 9999 damage; you can kill them in one
			hit. If not, two Firaga's.

First things first. Backtrack to the Thunder Plains. Why? I'll tell you. You
need some items for upcoming bosses.
Steal at least 5 Light Curtains from Iron Giants
Steal at least 5 Lunar Curtains from Larvae's
Steal at least 5 Chocobo Feathers from Qactuars

Get back to the Calm Lands and buy the Saviour Bangle at Rin's "car". It has
Stoneproof and Silenceproof!!! WOW! Forget about Belgemine's Aeon and go to

the agency and have a little save. Buy three armors for Lulu with HP+10% and
one open slot.

Steal 20 Fire Gems from a Flame Flan and customize one armor you just bought
with Fire Eater. Now, you are able to heal yourself for about 5000HP by
casting Firaga on yourself. Lulu will have about 3500-3700 HP, so one Firaga
is enough to completely heal yourself. Sell the Red Bangle with Fireproof now.

Because you will soon reach Doublecast and because a Magic Booster weapon is
near, you'll need One MP Cost. Let's do this:

Find the Chocobo Lady in the North-West of the Calm Lands and complete all
the challenges (might take a while) to earn a Level 3 Key Sphere and a free
ride on a Chocobo. Now, ride a Chocobo to Remiem Temple. Now, open up chests
without hitting poles:
First time: Cloudy Mirror (we'll need this later)
1 chest: Elixir
2 chests: Megalixir (quite useful)
3 chests: 30x Wings to Discovery (sells for a lot of gil, leave 2 OF THEM in
	  stock!!!!)
4 chests: 30x Pendulum (used for Master Thief)
5 chests: 60x THREE STARS (for ONE MP COST)

It is hard to obtain them this way, but you WILL need it. I strongly suggest
to ride the race until you can open up 5 chests. Don't use them yet.

Customize one armor with Master Thief now (Collector Bangle).

Back to the Calm Lands, we have got one thing more to do here which is quite
annoying. For Spectral Keeper; you NEED a Berserkward armor! I suggest to go
to the Monster Arena and buy a Capture Weapon. You don't have to capture now,
but for the fights to receive Berserkward it might be handy to set up your
capture weapon in advance.Buy the Capture Weapon and customize Evade & Counter
on it. Equip the weapon and the Collector Bangle.

Now, get into a fight with a Shred. Kill the other fiends by showing them
some -GA spells. Now, slowly steal 2x Hypello Potion at a time from the Shred
until you have eight. He will never hit you because of Evade & Counter. If you
want to, you can try to capture him.

Use the 8 Hypello Potions to customize Berserkward on the third armor (i
recommend to steal 32 Hypello Potions for Berserkproof, but it's not really
necessary).

Let's face another boss, a hard one, but not as hard as Natus or Evrae. Make
sure you have a full Overdrive Gauge (and a LIGHT CURTAIN). Equip the Cactuar
Scope and the Vita Bangle. Exit the Calm Lands

6.17 SUNKEN CAVE

BOSS: Defender X
HP: 64000
Overkill: 4060
AP: 6600/9900

Start by using a Chocobo Feather on yourself, followed up by a Smoke Bomb on
Defender X. Now, it's regular attacks won't connect anymore, but he STILL uses
Haymaker (for an extreme amount of damage) and Blast Punch (which knocks off
50% of current HP). Blast Punch can't kill you, but Haymaker can and WILL kill
you if you are not under Protect. So, next turn for Lulu will be throwing a
Light Curtain. For now, you're set. Just blast it with spells and heal after
Haymaker. As soon as it's HP falls below 25% (16000) it decides to cast Mighty
Guard on itself. Yawn. You can't dispel it, so you have to dispel one of the
Null-Spells by using a spell on it. The battle will take a little bit longer
than you thought, but it's still quite easy. Don't forget to Reblind him with
a Smoke Bomb and just use the SAME spell (if you use a different one, he has
another Null-Spell, making him immune). Although he has Shell, he still won't
like it. Overkill him with a Fury.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

After you've defeat him, take path under the second bridge to enter the Cavern
of the stolen fayth. Save before enter it, cause the fiends here are very
annoying. They are even harder than the ones in Mount Gagazet.

The only thing you should do here is pick up a Silence Grenade. Steal them
from Thorns (the Mushrooms). Take a couple of eight to be sure. With the Red
Bangle, they can't hurt you.

As soon as you have them, get back and enter...

6.18 MOUNT GAGAZET:
===================

Well, Zanarkand is around the corner already, but you're not done yet.
Before doing anything, Kimahri has a fight with the Ronso's. Equip the Knight
Lance and just kill them. Heal with Hi-Potions or Lancet. I won't add a
strategy for it, cause they have laughable stats (because Kimahri also has).
BUT, if you have killed them, you receive RETURN SPHERES!!! Finally, Lulu
can go back to her own grid. Use the Sphere to get back to the last node she
has activated. Now, get straight to Doublecast. You need 13 sphere levels
for it (if you followed my strategy, you will have those). Use the Level 3
Key Sphere from the Chocobo Race and the Level 4 key sphere from Home to open
it. Also, use a Level 2 Key Sphere to open the lock right from it. It has
an Agility +4 node and an Evasion +4 node. Wow. Also, you've met 100MP on your
way to it. Yoohooo.

Proceed through Mount Gagazet and fight the monsters. With Doublecast, they
are too easy. Equip the Red Bangle (with Fire Eater of course).

<<Enemy parties>>
1x Mech Leader + 2x Mech Defender------------------: ++
2x Grat + 1x Grenade-------------------------------: +
2x Grat + 1x Bashura-------------------------------: +
2x Grenade + 1x Imp--------------------------------: ++
1x Bandersnatch + 1x Nidhogg + 1x Mech Leader------: +

Bandersnatch	1800HP	Doublecast Firaga for overkill
Grat 4000HP	Firaga. Watch out for Seed Burst's confusion
Grenade 7500HP	Blizzaga. They do nothing but heal Lulu
Mech Defender	8700HP	Thundaga or just steal
Mech Leader	3700HP	Thundaga or just steal

A single Thundaga or Blizzaga or whatever does not mean that you should not
use Doublecast, it means that one spell is enough. The other Doublecast spell
can be used on a different fiend.

Whenever low on MP, use an Ether. I also found out that -RA spells sometimes
are also enough for overkills on some fiends. Well. Just proceed through
Mount Gagazet, watch the Jecht Sphere if you like. Don't forget the HP Sphere.

---VERY VERY IMPORTANT WEAPON ALERT:
When you are almost at the end, you'll find Wantz. You'll like this guy. You
really do. You REALLY, REALLY do!!! He sells an extremely good weapon for
Lulu which you are going to use against all bosses from now on.
the Onion Knight. It's called the Booster Cactuar. BUY IT!!! These are the
abilities: Magic Booster, Magic +10%, Magic +5%, <open slot>
I don't think i have to tell you what ability you should add on the open slot,
OF COURSE: One MP Cost. With this weapon, you will own everything and
everyone.

Also, buy about 10 Holy Waters

Proceed, with your new weapon, through Mount Gagazet and see every fiend
getting a 9999 diggit above their heads if you toast them. You think you are
a God now, don't you? Well, i think you know who the upcoming boss is.

Save at the last save point, equip your Booster Cactuar and your Red Bangle.

There he is again.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
BOSS: SEYMOUR FLUX AND MORTIORCHIS
HP: 70000
Overkill: 3500
AP: 10000/15000

Although you are very powerful right now, you should not underestimate Seymour
and his pal. Seymour and Morti have initiative and Seymour will start by using
Lance of Atrophy on someone. If it's Lulu, too bad: reset, cause Morti will
use Full-Life immediately and you are dead. If Lulu is on turn, use Chocobo
Feather immediately, followed up by a Light Curtain. If Seymour uses Lance
on Lulu now, you can heal Zombie with a Holy Water before Morti KO's Lulu with
Full-Life. The next spare turn will be a Lunar Curtain on yourself. Now, you
will use the following turns to heal yourself with Firaga (use the second
spell for Firaga on Seymour) or Focussing. With Focus x5, you are pretty much
set. Now, just continue on by Doublecasting Firaga's on Seymour or yourself
(when low on HP). As soon as he use Protect, you know you just put him in his
next stage in which he will Dispel your hard work after two turns. You don't
want him to do this: use Silence Grenade to make him not using it. Morti will
use Cross Cleave after two Full-Lifes which does minor damage thanks to
Protect. Before you put him in his last phase (triggered at 34999 HP), you
should have a full overdrive gauge. Equip Cactuar Scope sometimes to check
it's HP. Get it as close as you can at 35000 HP. Make yourself at Full HP and
throw another Silence Grenade when his Silence has worn of. Use Bio when you
are about to finish this form. When he is Poisoned, Lulu at Full HP and a full
Overdrive Gauge: Doublecast a spell to get him in his last stage. This is bad,
he will cast Reflect on himself, which means you cannot use Doublecast
anymore. The only way of hurting him is by using overdrives and his Poison.
Two Furies should be enough to kill him, but watch out for Flare (about 1600
damage with Shell and Focus x5) and Total Annihilation (about 1200 damage
under Shell and Focus x5). Make sure you're at Full HP when both Flare
-Seymour uses it every two turns- and Total Annihilation -Morti uses it every
two turns, first time after three turns- are coming up. It's a matter of
timing. Always use Firaga on yourself or use X-Potion when you really need to
have a next turn. With the second -GA Fury, also this Seymour will be gone
forgood.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

That was quite hard, wasn't it? Proceed by climbing the mountain until you
get a boring and confusing scene about Tidus being a dream. After this, you
will reach the Mnt. Gagazet cave.

<<Added enemy parties>>
1x Behemoth-----------------------------------------: -
1x Dark Flan----------------------------------------: --
1x Mandragora---------------------------------------: +
2x Bashura------------------------------------------: +
1x Grendel + 1x Ahriman-----------------------------: +

<<Added monsters>>
Behemoth	23000HP	It's Heave is a guaranteed kill. Three spells is
			enough to kill it.
Dark Flan	12800HP	Killing it is quite impossible, cause it uses Drain,
Flare and Demi. Besides, you can't break its 200 Magic
Defense very easy. If you really want to win, you can
throw a Silence Grenade to keep it harmless.
Mandragora	31000HP	Doublecast Firaga twice and it dies. However, it's
Poison attack is powerful. Watch out.
Bashura 17000HP	Doublecast Firaga for an instant kill. Because they
come with two, you have to watch out. They are heavy-
			hitters Throwing a Sleeping/Dream Powder is a
			guaranteed win.
Ahriman 2800HP	Again, the irritating Confusion-inflicting Eye-Balls.
Give it full priority by Doublecasting Death on it
(Death sometimes misses for some weird reason, so
Doublecasting it gives a better chance for succeeding)

Some small sidequests in here (Wakka's ball throwing game and the "swim thrugh
the right hole"-game). Complete them and proceed. Use Tidus' Sonic Steel to
escape from the underwater-monsters.

You should get in a fight with a Dark Flan to steal Star Curtains. I recommend
three or more.

Item check, this is what you definitely need:
3 Chobobo Feathers
1 Lunar Curtain
3 Light Curtains
5 Smoke Bombs
3 Star Curtains

Save

The next boss is a smart and annoying one. Get yourself in overdrive, equip the
Booster Cactuar and the Red Bangle.

Auron: It comes!

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
BOSS: SANCTUARY KEEPER
HP: 40000
Overkill: 6400
AP: 11000/16500

This boss will also act before Lulu and will have a devestating entry move:
Photon Wings, which can come with a lot of status effects (confusion or sleep
is a guaranteed game over). As long as you are not confused or asleep, don't
worry, cause the others (Darkness, Silence and Curse) don't ask for direct
priority to heal. Throw Chocobo Feather, followed by a Smoke Bomb. Now, he
can't touch you for the first two turns. Time to doublecast spells on the
triple! On his fourth turn, he will use Mana Breath which will hurt for 3000.
Throw Lunar Curtain before he uses it to reduce the damage to 1500. Focus can
be handy too. But i wouldn't suggest it, cause this Keeper will use Photon
Wings again at his seventh turn. What does he do in turn 5 and 6, i'll tell:
he mostly will use Esuna to heal himself. Now, throw another Smoke Bomb
between turn 5 and 6 immediately. Now, he will use Esuna again. If you didn't
choose to blind him again, he would have used Curaga on himself which
has a healing amount of 9999. Keep an eye on Sancties darkness status. He can
use a tail sweep counter attack which delays Lulu next turn and dispels Haste.
Ouch. If he is blinded, it will miss.

After turn seven, he will use Photon Wings again. I suggest to kill him before
that. He doesn't have an extreme amount of HP, so after turn six (the second
Esuna turn), you will have him down enough to make him bow for you.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Now, you receive Return Spheres again, you can use them for a First Strike
weapon, but it is not really necessary.

Proceed with some cutscenes and here we are, the final destination...

6.19 ZANARKAND
==============

Tidus talks about a lot of stuff you've already heard before in previous
games.

Enter the road to the Dome after this. The battles here are the same as in Mnt
Gagazet. Steal some Star Curtains again and enter the Dome.
Rikku is scared: ah baby...

Equip the Red Bangle and the Booster Cactuar (of course......)

In here, the battles are familiar too:

<<Enemy parties>>
1x YAT-97 + 2x Fallen Monk (rifle)-------------------------: +
1x YKT-11 + 2x Fallen Monk (flamethrower)------------------: +
1x Defender Z----------------------------------------------: --
2x YKT-97 + 1x YAT-97--------------------------------------: O
1x YKT-97 + 2x YAT-97--------------------------------------: O
2x Fallen Monk (rifle) + 1x Fallen Monk (flamethrower)-----: ++

<<Monsters>>
YAT-97 3700HP	They are back and have more HP. But with Magic Booster
and Doublecast, you can kill him easily with Firaga
			or Waterga
Rifle Monk	3300HP	Easy as pie, a single spell for a kill. Don't heal
yourself with any Potion/Cure if it's attack connects,
			cause their shot add Zombie.
Flame Monk	3300HP	Even easier as pie. They can't hurt you.
YKT-11 6200HP	Firaga or Blizzaga should be enough. It still hits
			hard, be aware.
Defender Z	42300HP	It's Haymaker is still an instant kill. I suggest to
escape from this battle, cause the machina battles
are easier and give more AP. Otherwise, Three
Doublecasts is enough to kill him.

Fight a lot of machina battles in here. They give 10000+ AP per battle. Too
bad that the encounter rate of them is low.

Learn until Flare, it's very useful in the next two fights.
If you have Flare, you don't have to train anymore, cause you finished Lulu's
grid. It's your choice to obtain Ultima or not. I don't think Ultima is
related to Lulu, because it's not on Lulu's grid and it's guarded by a full
bunch of Lvl.4 Key Spheres. Do it or not. I didn't (besides, if you want too,
you wouldn't have enough Lvl.4 Key Spheres).

The last thing you have to do here is stealing some Purifying Salts. You will
need them bad for Yunalesca. It's a rare steal from the Monks, so equip your
Collector Bangle. Steal three or more.

Are you ready for the next boss? Good. Complete the Zanarkand Trials and...

Save

Equip the Serene Bangle and the Booster Cactuar.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS: SPECTRAL KEEPER
HP: 52000
Overkill: 8000
AP: 12000/18000

If you repeatedly can't beat this guy: get BerserkPROOF. This dude attacks
with Berserk Tail, which does about 1000 damage and adds Berserk status,
which means Game Over. With Berserk Ward; you will survive 50% of the times.
Start of the battle, first turn Lulu gets: Chocobo Feather (nothing new).
Spectral is immune to Darkness and his counters do 1500 damage. Don't think
you can use Firaga on yourself to heal: if you still do it, you can kiss your
life bye bye. Second turn: Doublecast Flare, oops, thanks to his formidable
Magic Defense, you will hurt him for about 7500 per spell. Third and next
turns: just throw a Doublecast at his butt. Use X-Potion when low on HP,
but only when you are REALLY in danger. Otherwise, leave your HP the way it
is, because you have to beat this guy BEFORE he casts Berserk on Lulu.
You will only need four Doublecast turns to finish him off.

If he decides to plant a Glyph Mine on the spot where Lulu is standing, get
her out of there before it detonates. Otherwise, keep on Doublecasting those
Flares ans eventually, Spectral will fall.

(If you have BerserkPROOF, you can play safe by casting Reflex x5. With this,
his Counter-Attack won't connect anymore and you will only feel the 1000
damage from Berserk Tail. Focus 5 times to be sure to deal 9999 damage and
finish him easily.)
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Maybe you are wondering right now: Why wasn't i supposed to use Furies to
finish him? I'll help you out: Fury has a delay effect, especially with Flare.
Besides, Fury with Flare is very difficult. If you are lucky, you
can get 6 spells for about 40% of Lulu's normal damage, it will be less than
2 normal spells. Also, Magic Booster does NOT increase Fury's damage, while
magic attacks do. Conclusion is, if you can get 6 hits in, you will hit the
fiend for:
40% x 6 = 240% of a normal hit. Remember the delay, about 2x Lulu's turn.
While Doublecast does:
150% x 2 = 300% of a normal hit. This is stronger and has no delay. You don't
have to use Fury anymore.
Say farewell to Fury. It saved you so many times, didn't it?

The next boss is not very strong, but she is very fast and knows everything
about inflicting Status ailments. Especially Zombie. So, get those Holy
Waters!! NO!!! You don't need ONE Holy Water or any Zombieward armor. Just
equip the Red Bangle (with Fire Eater) and save...

This is the time to choose, m'lady...

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
BOSS: LADY YUNALESCA
FORM I
HP: 24000

This lady is fast. Twice as fast as Lulu is. She'll have two turns against
Lulu only one. Be aware. Don't bother to throw Chocobo Feather on yourself to
speed up, because her attack dispels it immediately. She alternates between
her dispel-attack and Absorb (which takes 50% of Lulu's MAX HP). First turn
Lulu gets: throw a Star Curtain on yourself. Because Yunalesca has the
irritating habit of countering Magics with Silence. With Reflect, it will
bounce away. Second turn, throw a Star Curtain on Yunalesca (to bounce Firaga
away from her on yourself ot be able to heal). If you've done that, Doublecast
a Firaga on her to come at full HP again and a Flare on yourself to hurt
Yunalesca. Flare does 9999 damage, no doubt about it. She will counter with
Silence, which will bounce away. Next turn: Doublecast Flare on yourself to
make Yunalesca's first form a goner.

FORM II
HP: 48000

She opens with Hell-Biter which brings Lulu in Zombie status, making her
vulnerable for any healing. But, big breakthrough: FIRE EATER ignores ZOMBIE,
so you can still heal yourself, EVEN with Zombie. Yunalesca counters every
attack in this form with her dispel attack. In her own turns, she mostly uses
Cura or Regen on Lulu to hurt her. Too bad that they both bounce back, healing
Y. You can do nothing about Cura, but Regen has to be dispeled by throwing
Purifying Salt. Meanwhile, hack away at her Doublecasting Flares. You don't
always have to dispel her Regen status immediately, cause it doesn't heal her
extreme amounts. You don't have to heal yourself that much, because Y doesn't
attack very hard (onyl Hell-Biter). Destroy this form.

FORM III
HP: 80000
Overkill: 10000
AP: 14000/21000

She opens with Mega-Death, which doesn't kill Lulu (Zombie heh?). Whatever
you do in this form, NEVER heal Zombie. In this form her attack patern is
like: Mega Death, Hellbiter/Curaga/Regen, Hellbiter/Curaga/Regen, Mind Blast,
Hellbiter/Curaga/Regen. Repeat. You want to kill her before Mind Blast, cause
this can cause Confusion or Sleep, which are absolute killers. Too bad that it
is impossible to kill her before she uses Mind Blast. Just hack away with
Doublecasting Flares (don't forget to bounce them back from yourself). Still
don't bother with Haste, cause she still counters everything with her dispel
attack. You need 5 Doublecasts to kill her, it won't finish her off before
Mind Blast. Before it comes, get yourself at almost full HP. Accept Mind
Blast, if asleep or confused; HOPE that she will use Hellbiter, so you will
wake up. If not, she will heal herself (with Curaga or Regen) until Sleep or
Confusion worns off. If you wake up, use those Doublecasting Flares non-stop
(use Firaga when low on HP). You can't overkill her, except when using a Fury,
but overkill isn't necessary anymore.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Right, that's it for now. You can pick up the Sun Crest, but it is not really
necessary. Watch the boring scenes on the airship and visit the Highbridge
and see Mika disappear into thin air.

Now, prepare yourself for the...

6.20 SIDEQUESTS:
----------------

If you want to, you can go straight to BFA, but remember that this guy is fast
and strong, so you won't win right now. The fights with Sin are quite easy,
but first we are going to do some sidequesting.

You CAN get the Onion Knight, but because you don't actually need it against
the Sin's and it's even in your DISADVANTAGE against BFA (Cause killing YU
Pagoda's is more trouble with it), i suggest you don't get it. If you like
dodging 200 bolts, get it.

First, we need No Encounters to get rid of those annoying random encounters
if you don't want them, the easiest way is killing...

6.20.6 GEOSGAENO
----------------

He is the fish in the Baaj Temple and the only reason you'll kill him is
because he drops a No Encounter weapon. Get Rikku in full overdrive and enter
the destination for the Baaj Temple:
X between 11 and 16, Y between 57 and 63

Now, get into the fight. Make sure Wakka has the Rematch equiped and Tidus
the Sonic Steel.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS: GEOSGAENO
HP: 32767

You need some luck in this battle, if Rikku gets killed, reset. Rikku mixes
Trio of 9999 with two Wings to Discovery. Now, you only have to throw one Fire
Gem to kill him, but i suggest attacking with Wakka and Tidus too. If
Geosgaeno tries to hit Wakka, he'll miss and Wakka will counter him. Remember
that you should NEVER finish him when he has swallowed a character, cause this
will cause a nasty Game Over.
It might take a few tries, but you will succeed, eventually.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

If you didn't receive a No Encounter weapon (it doesn't have to be for Lulu),
Reset and try again.

We go capturing right now. First...

6.20.2 CALM LANDS:
------------------

It's much harder than you think, so i suggest to save between every capture.

Save to be sure and equip your Red Bangle and the Booster Cactuar. Remember
that Doublecast Demi is your friend.

Malboro (27000HP):
This guy is quite hard to capture. Doublecast Flare or Firaga to bring it's
HP to 7002 and unleash Demi Fury after it. Try to get as many spells in as
you can. After this, doublecast Demi on the triple to bring it's HP to three
diggits. After this, switch to the Trapper Mog (with Evade & Counter) to
capture it. With a little luck, you can capture it before Bad Breath.

Coeurl (6000HP):
Kill one Coeurl with a Flare and use the other Doublecast spell for Demi on
the other one (if it is accompanied with two Mech Scouters, kill them with
Flare). Now, throw a Sleeping/Dream powder (if you run out of them, steal
some from Skolls) to make it asleep. Again, use Demi to bring it's HP to a
capturable amount. If you don't capture it in one hit, it will use Drain and
Blaster, so you better capture it in one with. If it wakes up, throw another
Dream/Sleeping powder (use Hi-Potion first on it if the powder will kill it).

Skoll, Flame Flan, Mech Scouter (capturing Flame Flan, 1500HP):
Kill the Skoll and the machina by doublecasting Flares. Now, use Demi until
you can capture it in a few turns. Remeber that it can't hurt you.

Skoll, Flame Flan, Mech Scouter (capturing Skoll, 1000HP):
Again, Doublecast Flare to kill the Flan and the Scouter and use SLEEPING
powder on the Skoll (a Dream Powder will kill it). Obtain Sleeping Powder from
a Sand Wolve in Bikanel. After it's asleep, use Demi once or twice and capture
it after it.

Chimera Brain (9800HP):
Doublecast Flare on one and Demi on the other. After that, unleash a Demi Fury
and try to get a lot of spells in. Proceed by using Demi until you can capture
it. Be aware of the fact that its attacks are still strong.

Anacondaur (5800HP):
Doublecast Flare on one and Demi on the other. Sleeping/Dream Powder after
this. Doublecast Demi to reduce its HP and capture it.

Ogre (9400HP):
Doublecast Flare to take out the Skolls and Sleeping/Dream Powder to take out
the Ogre too. Same old story. Toast is with Demi until you can capture it.

Nebiros, Shred, Flame Flan (capturing Shred, 1950HP):
Doublecast Flare to get rid of the Flan and the bug. Sleeping/Dream powder to
make it harmless and keep on Doublecasting Demi until you can capture it.

Nebiros, Shred, Flame Flan (capturing Nebiros, 700HP):
Doublecast Flare again for the Flan and the Shred. NOW, it gets tough and
boring. Doublecast Demi until you can capture it in ONE hit!!! This because
Sleeping/Dream Powder kills it. Argh. Switch to the Trapper Mog and while
Lulu's counters try to hit it, read a book while mashing X. Sooner or later:
Lulu will connect (took me about 20 hits).

You have captured all species from the Calm Lands, get your price from the
Monster Arena Trainer (60x Farplane Wind), buy a new Capture weapon and
customize Deathstrike on it.

Next destination:

6.20.3 DJOSE HIGHROAD
---------------------

With the Deathstrike Weapon, it's quite easy.

Garm/Simurgh/Bitebug:
Takes some turns to hit them, but don't worry. Kill the other fiends with
Doublecast Flare is you want to.

Snow Flan/Bunyip/Basilisk/Ochu:
One turn to capture them with Deathstrike

Claim 99x Petrify Grenades from the Trainer and customize a new capture weapon
with Stonestrike

Next:

6.20.4 THUNDER PLAINS
---------------------

Now, the Stonestrike Weapon comes to the rescue. Make sure to pray at three
Qactuar stones.

Melusine/Aerouge:
Takes some to turns to hit them, be patiened.

Gold Element/Kusariqqu/Larva/Iron Giant:
One to turn to capture them.

Qactuar:
Eeew! Here he is, they come in parties of three and like to run away. You have
about 20% chance to hit, petrify and capture them.

Claim the prices from the trainer and find the Omega Ruins on the map:
X between 69 and 75, Y between 33 and 38

6.20.5 OMEGA DUNGEON
--------------------

Save

You have only two things to do here. Equip your Collector Bangle and encounter
fiends, NEVER forget to keep Tidus with his Sonic Steel in the party, cause
with him, you have ONE chance to escape from a Great Malboro.

Keep walking around until you have encountered two Macheas. Steal THREE
Stamina Tonics from them and get away.

Also, keep walking until you encounter Puroboroses. Steal 21 Fire Gems (you
steal 4 at a time).

6.20.6 ARMOR
------------

Go to Macalania and find Wantz. He is at the entrance. Buy a 4-slotted-armor
from him. Now, let's customize the last armor:

80x Chocobo Wing from Thunder Plains	- Auto-Haste
20x Petrify Grande from Djose Highroad	- Stoneproof
20x Fire Gem from the Omega Dungeon	- Fire Eater
1x Stamina Tonic from the Machea	- HP +30%

6.21 AIRSHIP
------------

Well, let's kick some Sin. Equip the Booster Cactuar (if you have done it, the
Onion Knight) and the Haste Bangle.

Save.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
BOSS: SIN (LEFT AND RIGHT FIN)
HP: 65000

You start far away from him and he attacks rarely from there. With Auto-Haste,
you can attack mouch more. Four times Doublecast Flare will finish him.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

No time for saving, immediately in the next fight.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS: SIN AND SINSPAWN GENAIS
HP SIN: 36000
HP GENAIS: 20000

Easy again, with Auto-Haste, you rule. Doublecast DEMI on Sinspawn Genais.
Why? Because he counters every magic done on him with Waterga for about 2200
damage. Luckily, he doesn't counter Demi. After Demi, you can kill him with
a Doublecast Flare. During this scene, don't even try to hit Sin himself,
because Genais will absorb it. Sin will finally come out and play. He should
not have done that. The attacks he does are not even worth writing. He attacks
with single elemental spells... Jeez. Doublecast Flare twice to kill him too.
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Save and get to the deck.

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS: "OVERDRIVE" SIN
HP: 140000

Wow! That's a lot of HP. It takes 8x Doublecast Flare to kill him. It should
not be much of a problem, but Sin has the irritating habit of countering your
attack after he is targeted for the seventh time (when he has only 14 HP
left). The counter inflicts Petrification (immune) and Confusion (NOT immune).
When he did it to me, it missed. If it misses, he's finished. Doublecast
Flare one more time to make this form a goner..
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

Don't go to the Sea of Sorrow yet. First, go to the Battle Site on Cid's map:
the coordinates are: X between 39 and 43, Y between 56 and 60

Pick up the Phantom Bangle. It has three elemental eaters: Ice Eater, Fire
Eater and Water Eater.

Now, we are ready for the last battles.

6.22 INSIDE SIN
---------------

Right, moving on, you can smell the end already. Walk the long end through
the Sea of Sorrow (Bless the No Encounters weapon). Save before the stairs
and climb the upstairs. Equip Booster Cactuar and the Phantom Bangle.

Who's there? For the fourth time? One guess...

/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\
 BOSS: SEYMOUR OMNIS
HP: 80000

Don't think you will own him, cause he is harder than you think. He will cast
elemental spells, second level or third level. This is why the Phantom Bangle
comes in use. First turn Lulu gets:throw Chocobo Feather at yourself, followed
up by a Stamina Tonic. Now, Seymour will help you to come at full HP (about
9000). As soon as you see that the Mortiphasms change to yellow (this is
lightning and you are NOT immune for that), attack them and they will switch
element. In the meantime, keep on using Focus to be able to get 9999 damage,
without Focus x5, you won't hit the 9999 barrier. Let Seymour use it's spells
and don't forget to let the Mortiphasms change element if they change to
yellow. After your Focus x5, Throw Doublecasted Flares at Seymour's butt which
will do 9999 damage, thanks to Focus. After 5 Doublecasts, WATCH OUT. He will
Dispel Lulu's haste. If you get a turn in between, use it to heal yourself
(don't throw Chocobo Feather again) from the Lightning attack by doublecasting
Firaga/Waterga/Blizzaga at yourself. Now, you will see the most beautiful
spell in the game: Ultima. It causes 4000 damage at Lulu, which she can
survive (Shell or Focus are completely ignored with his Ultima, don't bother
casting it). You don't have to re-haste again. As long as you Doublecast Flare
on Seymour and attack the Mortiphasms when they go yellow, you don't have to
worry for a new Ultima. If you mess up and he uses it again (after targeted
for 5 times). Make sure you are at full HP.

This is a battle i thought would be easy and got killed twice. If you have
patience, you can kill him quite easy. Just be aware of Ultima and watch out
for Thundara/Thundaga.

The finish line is in your eye-sight. Walk around, ignore all kind of stuff
in here, cause it's useless. With the Booster Cactuar and the Haste Bangle,
you are set.

Save at the last Save Sphere and complete the game in which you have to obtain
10 crystals. Try not to hit any upcoming stalagmites. If you do, make sure to
have Tidus in the praty with his Sonic Steel to run from Great Malboros if
they ambush you.

If you have the ten crystals, you will be teleported automatically to Jecht,
who is standing there. Equip Sonic Steel (so you can switch Tidus for Lulu
immediately, cause she is not in formation at the start of the fight). Are
your ready for the final real fight of the game? Booster Cactuar and Haste
Bangle present? Ok. Good. Jecht, here we come...

BOSS: BRASKA'S FINAL AEON FORM I
HP: 60000

The first form is not too bad. This is the form where you have to prepare.
First, some talk about his attacks: Punch deals about 2500 damage, Protect
will halve it. Jecht Beam does 1000 damage with Petrification, which is
negated because of Stoneproof. When his overdrive is full, he will use
Triumphant Grasp, which strikes twice for 2000 damage, Protect is completely
ignored here. In the first turn you will do nothing but preparing. Jecht does
not really attack hard here. Throw Stamina Tonic, cast Firaga on yourself,
throw Light Curtain and cast Focus x5, in that order. While you are doing
that, you probably have to heal yourself with Firaga. When Jecht's overdrive
is full, make sure you are at full HP (about 9000 with the Stamina Tonic) and
take Triumphant Graps's damage. Forget about healing Zombie, cause you can
still heal yourself with Firaga. Done this all? Good, now you should take care
of the Yu Pagoda's first. Doublecast Flare on them to make them goners. As
soon as they reappear (with 9999 HP, that's why the Onion Knight is bad here),
kill them again. When they are down, keep on Doublecasting Flares at Jecht's
butt (it will do 9999 damage or very close to it), with Auto-Haste, you can
keep up with him. Use one of the Doublecasts to heal yourself with Firaga
if you feel weak and *MAKE SURE* the Yu Pagoda's don't have any turns. Bring
yourself to full HP before you finish the first form.

BOSS: BRASKA'S FINAL AEON FORM II
HP: 120000

He opens with Sword Swipe which will do about 1200 damage to Lulu thanks to
Protect. Also, it delays Lulu's next attack. That's bad, but with Auto-Haste,
she will have a turn pretty fast. Still, don't forget to Doublecast Flare at
the Yu's to kill them for a few turns. Jecht will use that Sword Swipe attack
randomly and also Jecht Beam is still used. Until you have him below 60000 HP,
he will still has Triumphant Grasp as overdrive. Below 60000 HP, he will use
Almighty Jecht Shot, for about 4500 damage. Each of them are bad. ALWAYS make
sure to be at full HP when his overdrive is full and don't forget about
killing the Yu Pagoda's when they are back (they charge Jecht's overdrive and
heal them, you don't want that). If you take care of the fact that you have
full HP before is overdrive, you can't die. Doublecast Flares on Jecht if you
have free turns (free turns are turns where you don't have to kill the Yu's or
heal yourself). Remember that you can heal one Doublecast with Firaga and use
the other for Flare at Jecht. That's healing and attacking in one turn. Nice.
So, one last time:
-Doublecast Flare as soon as the Yu's reappear
-Be on full HP when he has overdrive
-Doublecast Flare on Jecht, only when you don't have to do the above things.

Eventually, Jecht will fall........
\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/\/

You've done it! The challenge is completed. For the Aeons and Yu Yevon, just
Doublecast some Flares or something, cause you have Auto-Life and can only
go game over if you Petrify yourself. You weren't planning to do this, were
you?

I hoped you liked the challenge and found some help here. Maybe i'll be back
later in the "Wakka only Challenge".
