As you go through each level you will notice that some people will have big suker type things attached to them, if you miss these they turn into vampires.

Well if you don't skip the movie sequels from when you are just about to enter a level, you will get some random come up to you and say something like please save my wife.

So watch out for any women with these things attached to there head or whatever and try to shoot it off, if you are successful the genorous random will either give you a spare life or plenty of silver.
