On the level "Parisian Ghetto" talk to the woman in red. Stand in the street and turn right. Go forward until you see a second manhole(I belive) to your left there should be some money laying on the ground,pick it up. Contiune going forward and go up the stairs on your left. Turn around and go back down the stairs and the money will reappear. You can do this as many times as you want.

NOTE:You MUST get the money,go up the stairs,and go back down the stairs in order for this to work.
