To get Golden tickets easily do the following
In a park go to build then build a feature (like strenth test) go to camcorder mode and play it if you win it you will get a golden ticket (this only works once for each attraction)

To get an ok-good rating for your rides just have some rises and falls and about 8 loop the loops in a row
