Hey all it's me with a quick hint.

Want to kill your enemies fast???

Then go to Hallow Bastion for the second time. Go to where you beat Rikku. Then when you are going up the stairs to where you beat him, you should see a silvery staircase. Go up them and open the chest. And there you go, you are now the proud owner of Oblivion. Enjoy!
