Unlockable Characters
Collect ALL 7 Dragon Balls and have the Enhanced set of Wishes which are unlocked after the second wish you make. You can only make one wish each time you collect the 7 Dragon Balls.
Unlock Ultimate Gohan:
In the Enhanced set of Wishes wish him from Shenron
Unlock Majin Vegeta:
In the Enhanced set of Wishes wish him from Shenron
Unlock King Piccolo:
In the Enhanced set of Wishes wish him from Shenron
Unlock Videl:
To unlock the wish for Videl make over 5 wishes then in the Enhanced set of Wishes wish for her from Shenron
Unlock Mecha Frieza:
To unlock the wish for Mecha Frieza make over 10 wishes then in the Enhanced set of Wishes wish for him from Shenron
