1. Reach Chapter 5

2. Make sure you have less than 60,000 Gold (55,000-59,000 is fine)

3. Accept the Travelling Merchant quest

4. Save the game

5. Go from town to town until you find the Travelling Merchant ( if you don't find the Merchant in 15 days just reload the saved file and try again)

6. Try to buy the item he offers you, he will say you don't have enough money, but you will get the item and your money will be max out to 99M.
