How to find Elvira Hancock (Tony Montana's wife)

In-game hint: (Pictures of Elvira and guy in a fat "Frank Sinatra" costume on the walls of Babylon Club)

Yes, she does appear in the game, but you can't have a conversation with her as Elvira (Tony's wife). I found her in "North Beach" area walking on the side-walk with the guy dressed in the fat "Frank Sinatra" costume. She is recognized in the same (skin) outfit from her picture on the walls inside the Babylon Club.

Search in the Northern part of the map around the Margin/Grassy regions along the street. It is possible they appear at random, but it is the only location I have encounter them so far on the PS2 version. (I only own the PS2 version, but would like to own it on PC, due to PC games are better)

~Very disappointing, but at least she made it to the game!
