This cheat also utilizes the balls meter cheat. Get your meter full & then get the cops coming. Keep your meter full, do not allow it to turn off or you will die!! Keep up the fight until the swat arrives. Now kill them all & hold circle to come out of blind rage. Grab a carbine W/ triangle & get back into blind rage. It is wise to do this close to your mansion as this is the only way to escape cops at full heat. It will cost a bit because it is automatically deducted from your cash. If you die do not fret, as when you come back you will now have the carbine rifle. Be sure to place in your trunk & then save right away. Certain missions may cancel the weapon, but you can get it back by reloading your profile or just repeat the cheat. This cheat I stummbled across very early in the game, made playing a breeze!
