Unlock 'One-World' mode:

On any difficulty clear the game.

Unlock Pizza Diskarmer:

Clear game on any difficulty. Activate by holding L1 on the 'Tecmo' screen until it fades.

Unlock Rollerarmor:

Complete the Necromondia Cave on 'Hard' mode to activate Rollarearmor. Hold R2 on the 'Tecmo' screen to activate.

Unlock Udon Armor

Complete Level 30 - Necromandio Cave on 'Legendary' difficutly. Hold L2 on the 'Tecmo' screen until it fades.

Unlock 'Easy' mode:

Die three times.

Unlock 'Hard' mode

Clear the game on 'Normal' mode to unlock 'Hard' difficulty.

Unlock 'Extra Hard' mode:

Clear 'Hard' mode to unlock 'Legendary' difficulty.

Unlock 'Guitararmor' mode:

Complete level 30 of Necromondio Cave (and save) to unlock Guitararmor mode. Hold R1 on the Tecmo screen until it fades to activate.

Inherit Stats:

On any difficulty mode and you have the 'Clear' data on your card you can start a new game on any difficulty level with your attack and defence values and also Mystic Stones carried over from the previous game.
