Review for Robot Wars: Arenas Of Destruction

Robot Wars: AoD is an exellent game with a lot of contrasting levels, robots, and challengers. First you start off with a little money and can upgade an existing pre built robot or try to design and build your own robot. In the "Robot Workshop" you have the choice of building your own custom robot, to build your robot, you have to choose the chassis, body, armour, power, locomotion, drive and weopons. There is a wide variety of each to choose from and thousands of different ways to build a robot.

The levels include the original arena in Lndon, an oil rig in the north sea, a scrap yard in Siberia, docks in Germany and many more. You come across a wide range of robot opponents including some of the originals like Chaos 2, Hypno-disc, Mortis and the house robots. You can purchase some ofb the pre built robots from the robot workshop but they do cost a lot.

I purchased Robot Wars: AoD on its first release day and I play it regulary. my verdict 9/10
