Beating oreck (the beast with the souls)

Collect all ammo and go outside and up through the hole in the wall. When the zombies start to get up go back and crouch on the slope and shoot them as they approach the wall. If oreck shows up before you finish the zombies go back inside for a couple seconds. When the zombies are dead go out and look right until oreck sees you .crouch on the slope (he can't fit through) and throw grenades. If you run out use sniper rifle.
