"The Staff of Royalty" is in the chapter of when your going to get the lions sacrifice right so you know the part with the mine key upstairs well when you first see the place you know the guy with the torch when you enter dodge him or kill him and there's another path and you'll see stair going down and you see this other guy with a torch by himself apprehend him and there's a grave looking thing open it there's "The Staff of Royalty"

Easy:Go at the back of your target,then they will attack you{on their strait direction not on the back},then take out your knife and slash untill he dies!!
Normal:Go to your target,if your close to them go back because he will attack you {it is faster than the easy),then when he is finish take out your knife slash him untill he dies!!

So all these people keep asking, "how do you open the dead ringers", so I'm here to help, first go to the grave stones in front of the church, look at all of them, you wil find three that have an insignia, go to the dead ringers and make those three light up (the insignias will vary depending on the difficulty which is why I'm not just giving them to you.)WARNING, THE GATE WILL CLOSE AND YOU WILL ENCOUNTER TWO GANADOS, put a catseye(or something you don't need) into the spot where you got the round insignia, then the gate will open :D,run past the ganados and put the insignia in the church door, it will now open.

Here's something I thought would be a little fun to try out...
In Chapter 1-3, as you are heading off to fight Del Lago, head onto the dock where the boat is moored, but don't get onto the boat. Instead, get out any weapon and start shooting into the lake. After shooting enough times, Del Lago will emerge and devour Leon, along with half the dock.
If you knew that already, here's something I bet you didn't know. It's a glitch caused by triggering the same cut-scene. Fire into the lake, but don't do it from the dock. Shoot from further away. When Del Lago emerges to eat you, he will only eat the dock, as you are not standing on it. However, the game will count it as a death, and you will see the 'You Died' message, despite the fact that you can actually hear Leon getting up. Weird, eh?
You can obtain several weapons in this game for free. Here I will list the locations of these weapons:
Handgun - Automatically available from the start of the game.
Shotgun - Found in the house that triggers the villager attack cut-scene in the village in 1-1. It is in the upstairs bedroom, hoisted on the wall. However, on the Easy difficulty, it is automatically available from the start of the game, like the Handgun.
Punisher - Shoot 10 of the 15 Blue Medallions around the village and cemetery. The Merchant will give you this gun for free the next time you see him. If you shoot all 15 of the Blue Medallions, you'll also get a free Firepower upgrade for the gun.
Rocket Launcher - Found towards the end of 3-3, in the large room with the bridge crossing it. Cross the bridge, but instead of going through the door at the opposite end, turn left and head down the passageway in this direction. In the middle of this large room, there is a glass cabinet filled with ammo and, of course, a free Rocket Launcher. Beware, as there are Zealots lurking in this room.
Broken Butterfly - In 3-2, Leon will pass by a locked door with a high window that he mentions he may be able to get into with the help of another person. Backtrack to this area in 4-1 when Ashley has rejoined you. Leon will give her a boost up to the window, and she will climb into the room and unlock the door. Inside the chest in this room is a free Broken Butterfly, which is well worth getting considering how expensive this excellent gun is to purchase. There are also several other goodies in this room.
Rocket Launcher (Special) - Given to you by Ada in the final battle against Saddler, once you have damaged him enough. You can only use it against Saddler.
1: Always keep your guns loaded.
2: Never buy the Rocket Launcher, it's a waste of money, it's a waste of time, and you only get one shot.
3: Always know your surroundings.
4: Go back to the other Resident Evils, remember how you HAVE to hit them in the head? Do that, it kills them faster.
5: Have a problem? Try something new, you might surprise yourself.
6: Always stay on the move and fire only when you have room.
7: Kill the guy closest to you first, then the next one.
8: Have a problem with a chainsaw guy? Shoot him in the leg twice, he will be on the ground so you can shoot him in the head and not worry about him getting too close.
9: Have a problem with a Regenerator and you don't have an infrared scope? (I hate them too.) Use your left over grenades. Still alive? Take out your shotgun (or TMP) and fire at his torso, his head, his legs, and his back. Still alive? Repeat that last step untill it explodes.
10: Never run away unless you HAVE to.
11: Never make the same mistake twice.
12: Save your money for the Cache Cases. You won't regret that.
13: Buy the treasure maps. You get more money out of it.
14: If it's not a Spinel, an Emerald, or a Velvet Blue, it probably fits into something, so save it for the two Elegant Masks, the two Butterfly Lamps, the Beerstein, and the Golden Lynx. Trust me. You won't regret it.
15: Can't shoot them in the head? Go for the legs, it will make them stumble or fall and then you can either knife them to conserve ammunition, or you can just shoot them in the head.
16: Try to save ammo when you can.
17: Always check your surroundings for ammo or healing items.
18: Ways to save ammo? Knife door locks or chains, (except for the big ones, you need to shoot them with a shotgun or magnum) shoot or knife enemies in either the leg or head to stun them, then kick them or suplex them, always shoot the most critical point on the enemy, (usually the head, except for the Village Leader and the Bosses with the big eyes like Salazar and Saddler), and finally you should use your surroundings to your advantage.
19: Always make the enemies go through narrow areas so you only have to deal with one or two of them at a time instead of being surrounded. Examples of areas like these are rooms with one doorway, a narrow hall, or a high area that has only one way to get to it.
20: Study your enemy! Learn their patterns so you have the advantage. It might take a minute, but it's well worth it.

Before you go into the prison leave ashley there.she wont scream for help or anything she will be still and quite and she wont get in your way. When the garrador brakes out move back and shoot the bell cause he will come straight to you . Now the best way is to kill him with the MT. And if you run out of bells just sneak around him your going to haev to move really slowly and don't run. Hope this help 
When you fight salazar you have 2 have a broken butterfly and a rpg now salazars monster is wut you're going to c take the broken butterfly shot him in the I 1 or 2 times den you're going to c salazar shoot him wit the rpg n hes dead you get the items around you get the money from when you kill him deres a door behind him were he was you go out dere n you're done just killed salazar easily!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The church light puzzle isnt that hard but it can take a while to solve. The arrows on each circle have to be pointing up like this ^^^. The combination is Red down , Green left, and blue right.
in the castle when you have to fight the monk with the turret buy a rocket launcher save it before you fight him get it out when its the part when he tricks you (you jump down and he go's up through the hidden door and kill the guys there)and aim the missle at him soot it right before he go's through the door and you will not have to fight him

to get 1000000 pts you haft to keep the rocket launcher with the red tip at the end at the end of the game.(instead of using the special rocket launcher. use a normal one or keep shooting saddler and stabbing him in the eye.)so then start a new game sell it to the merchant and get 1000000 pts.
Before fighter krauser make sure you have a shotgun and 3 incedinary grenades and 1 frag grenade.When fighting with krauser shoot his legs with the shotgun and he will be crouching.Quickly throw a incedinary grenade and he will move on to Second section.Again do the same as you did in the first section and he will go to the third section.while in the third section shoot his legs with shotgun throw incedinary grenade he will wake up again shoot him in his legs and throw a frag grenade and then krauser will be dead

On Resident Evil 4 after you get the shotgun get the shotgun shells off the bed and equip the handgun press L1 by the window with two Los Illumnados or zombies and slash your knife at the window they should then fall backwards jump out of the window and shoot them with the handgun until they die and avoid the man with the chainsaw then jump down off the building and run to the tower climb the ladder and get the shotgun shells equip the shotgun and jump down the ladder and get on the right side inside the bottom of the tower and aim the laser on the shotgun at the doorway and if you run out of shotgun shells if you have one equip a hand gernade and throw it at the downed man with the chainsaw and throw it at him.

When You finsh the game on(eg. Easy) you can't keep all your weapons and money when you load another game on the another level. But you can go on same level and keep yout stuff on the same load game.
Ok, so, once you beat the game, (and I suggest you save up a lot of money before you beat it) you get the choice of starting over with leon's RPD outfit. Do so, and you can now buy the infinite launcher, and the Matilda(3 round burst sub-machine pistol) don't even buy the matilda, it sucks, and it wastes a bunch of handgun ammo. Instead, wait till you have a million dollars (1,000,000$)and buy the infinite launcher. If you get tired of accidentally killing yourself, then beat Mercenaries with 5 stars for every character on every level to get the handcannon, this is possibly the best gun in the game once fully upgraded, because then it has infinite ammo. If you (for some reason) don't like it, beat seperate ways with ada, and go buy the Chicago typewriter for another million, infinite ammo, and fully automatic. So, if you feel a little incomplete with ALL these awesoome guns, beat pro difficulty to get the P.R.L 4.12 laser cannon(A.K.A. Star trek rifle) even though it has to charge up to kill people, it goes through the ganados and hits the ones behind them as well. So, now you (hopefull) know how to get the best guns in the game, I have beat the game with every single one of these weapons, and even once just using the laser rifle, so, happy gaming!!
Resident Evil 4, like the other games in the series, features three different types of healing herb, which can be combined in numerous ways. However, due to the removal of the Poison status from the game, the Blue herb is replaced by the Yellow. The chart below lists all possible combinations and the effects of herbs when used:
Green - Restores a small amount of health
Green + Green - Restores a large amount of health
Green + Green + Green - Fully restores health
Red - Cannot be used alone
Yellow - Cannot be used alone
Green + Red - Fully restores health
Green + Yellow - Restores a small amount of health and adds an extra 5 percent to total health
Green + Green + Yellow - Restores a large amount of health and adds an extra 5 percent to total health
Green + Red + Yellow - Fully restores health and adds an extra 5 percent to total health
Note - You cannot combine more than three herbs together at any one time. It is impossible to combine three Green herbs and a Yellow, for example.
Note 2 - Yellow herbs are useless when you have completely maxed out your health bars. However, there are precisely enough in the game to max out both yours and Ashley's health bars by the end of the game.
Note 3 - White Chicken Eggs restore a small amount of health, Brown Chicken Eggs restore a large amount of health and Gold Chicken Eggs fully restore health. Also, First Aid Sprays fully restore healt

If youre not sure if you need to shoot something or if an item is breakable aim at it with a weopen that uses the laser and a little red dot will appear. The dot is brighter than the beam
When You Go Into The Village The First Time Don't Go And Get The Shotgun When You Get It The Chainsaw Guys Come Just Wait It Out. When You Meet The Merchant Buy The Shotgun Then When You Get Back To The Village Go To Where The Shotgun Is And Grab It So You Have 2 Shotguns And You Didn't Have To Fight The Chainsaw Guys.
Note: If You Grab The First Shotgun In The Village You Can't Get The One From The Merchant Because It Says You Have One Which You Do. Also If You Grab The Shotgun In The Village You Have To FightThe Chainsaw Guys If You Don't Believe ME Try It.
