1.What is the location of inhert's vs mech data.
2.Who is the last character in extra missions and how do I unlock it

Master of ghosts.

You can find inhert's versus mech if you load a new game from a completed one. You find him on the 2nd level of moving pillars when you have to get to the basement.

Inherit is my fav mech. Once in the 2nd room of pillars continue to press L2 around to lock onto it, search around the pillars, I think it's the second level of moving pillars (going from top to bottom). Et voila!
You have the best mech! Others may disagree.

All the mechs are: Jehuty, jehuty v2, Damged Jehuty, Naked Jehuty and Vic viper.
Finally: Ardjet, Nephtis, inhert Anubis and Aumaan Anubis.
