Sorry for delays.
It depends what you're after.
If you need powerful monsters, I suggest reincarnating a high deck cost magic card if you have one. Usually they provide a suijin or two, which are powerful monsters. If you have Suijins or Sanga of the Thunder, these cards when reincarnated provide very good cards. But keep reincarnating. I've gotten some crazy finds over the years.

Magic Drain it could get you. Skull Knight.redeyes is good to and can get you lots of good stuff
