How do you get the right leg and right arm of the forbidden one? 'Cause I already have Exodia, and the left leg and arm. How do I get the other 2 pieces?

The pieces of Exodia are some of the rarest cards to find in the game. They are mostly available only through reincarnation, and two pieces are available through the cheat codes. They also come as slot rares (getting three of the same card in a row in graveyard slots).
