I Need Help To Get The Card Riryoku On Yu-Gi-Oh Duelists Of The Roses
Apparently, it's impossible to get. You need Action Replay or Gameshark or some hacking device.
I been trying to get it too, I've gotten it through a cheat engine, using this you can get every card except for one = exodia in full card, maybe if you reincarnate a card with 80 DC it might give you one with 99
Apparently, the only way you can unlock riryoku is by beating Manawyddan Fab Llyr in under 10 moves so it is impossible to get it otherwise. I hope that that answers your question.
