when you have all the other pieces you can buy it from yugis gandfathers shop.

note: you can only buy the head when you are in a certain progress with the symbol of darkness.
At least it was this way with me.
you can fuse them to create exodia something that is the ultimate dark monster
just order them like this:
LL LA Head RA RL
put them aside each other
